Start to notice
Notice your body
Ask yourself: Where do you feel your breath the
most?
Reserve judgment
Acknowledge the fact that your mind has wandered, don't judge it.
Assess
Once your time's up, notice how you feel. Does your body feel different? Are you
more relaxed?
