Hi, I'm Jack!! 😽

Furry playmate🐈

Hi my name is Jack!! I am a very playful 2 and a half year old! My fur mom adopted me during the pandemic and I am glad she did because I would have had a hard life otherwise! My real mommy's fur mom could not keep me and they were looking for the right person to give me a home. I met Diana when I was 4 months old. I love to play fetch on my spare time and I also like to play catch. I am very well mannered and will not scratch your furniture if you invite me over for a playdate!

I got really sick when I was just over one year old. My doctor said I had FLUTD, which stands for feline lower urinary tract disease. My urethra was obstructed and I could no longer pee on my own. Blood started to come out instead of urine. The doctor put a catheter in me to help me so that my bladder would not explode. We tried this for three days and then he took it out. When I did not have the catheter anymore I still could not go to the bathroom on my own, so we tried again. The doctor told Diana that she needed to make a decision whether to operate me or let me die. The operation would be risky but it was the best chance I had and I could still live a normal life if there weren't any complications. I went to surgery and they had to make a bigger hole so I can use the bathroom again. Even though I was born male, after the surgery, I medically became female. I am a transgender kitty and that surgery saved my life!! It has been over a year and I feel so much better now. If there are any pet parents out there whose fur baby is going through a similar experience, I say, do the surgery!! I am a very happy cat and I am playful again 😸
