  📍 Welcome to Olumo Rock
  Olumo rock was a natural fortress for the Egba people during inter-tribal warfare in the 19th century. It provided protection to the Egba people when they needed it.A trip to Olumo rock usually commences with a climb, up the man-made stairs carved into the rock. Coming from the foot of the rock, through the stair case, to the top is aprox. 125 STEPS.

  Adire also known as tie and dye. Abeokuta is considered to be the capital of adire making in Nigeria. Adire is the textile material Egba people wear often.

  Amala (Lafun)
  Lafun also called white Amala (cassava flour fufu) is a Nigerian swallow made with Cassava flour. It is eaten with soups like Ewedu, Okro Soup, and other delicious Nigerian soups. It contains resistant starch which benefit the digestive tract and reduces bloating and inflammation.
