In SheCodes Plus, you'll learn about Advanced JavaScript, API's, and hosting, along with advanced HTML and CSS.

In SheCodes Responsive, you'll learn about responsive design to build your very own online portfolio and get creative with your coding skills. You’ll use your existing coding knowledge and will also learn some new technologies to build a unique online portfolio. You'll learn things like advanced Bootstrap (Navigation, Utility Classes, etc.), Flexbox, Multiple Page Hosting, Media Queries, and more.

In SheCodes React, you'll learn React, one of the most in-demand development frameworks today. It's currently used by companies like Facebook, Instagram, Walmart, Uber, Tesla, and Skype.

1. Lessons You will watch lesson videos and read through detailed documentation at your own convenience.

You will be able to ask questions on Slack as you complete each portion of the workshop.

Duration: 2-3 hours

2. Coding challenges Each lesson has coding challenges you'll need to complete. While working on them, you will have access to technical support and once completed, you will have access to a suggested solution.

Unlike other courses, our workshops are much more focused on doing rather than just listening.

3. Homework You will submit homework each week. There will be deadlines for homework to be submitted in order for you to move on to the next part of the workshop.

You can ask questions and get help from the instructors and other students on Slack.

You must have already finished the SheCodes beginner workshop before the start date of the workshop.

This workshop is for students who have already finished the SheCodes beginner workshop. If you want to learn advanced JavaScript, responsive design, and React to strengthen your development skills, then this workshop is for you!

What if I was enrolled in the SheCodes workshop a while ago?

It doesn’t matter how long ago you took the SheCodes Workshop. Students from all past and existing SheCodes beginner workshops are welcome to join SheCodes Pro. It’s recommended that you review the SheCodes Workshop material and come prepared to dive deep into the new material.

Who teaches the workshops?

The workshops are taught by SheCodes founder, Matt Delac. He is a full stack engineer with over ten years of experience in the field of development.

Can I watch the lesson videos whenever I want?

Yes! You can watch the lesson videos whenever is convenient for you. Keep in mind that you’ll have homework deadlines, so just make sure you watch the designated weekly lesson videos in time to complete your homework.

How can I complete the workshop payment?

Do I need a laptop to join?

You’ll need a laptop or desktop computer to complete the workshop. You'll also need to make sure that your device is able to download the necessary free software required.
