Definitely not an easy process but worth it. I had a lot of challenges building and pushing my work ,the are many times where I wished to just quit because my codes would not work after trying a numbers of times, getting help from slack but I got all the assistance I needed from the team . I have to say, this one was a little more challenging than what we previously covered. But, it was an incredibly rewarding experience. This course pushed my boundaries and expanded my skills in ways I hadn't imagined. Firstly, Matt was phenomenal as always. He is truly an expert in this field and has a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. His passion for coding is infectious, and it continues to keep me motivated throughout the course. What I loved most about this class was the challenging part of it, which was to apply everything we learned from the lessons on a project. I really enjoyed seeing everything coming together with each and every style, action and function that got applied. Despite the challenges, the class fostered a supportive learning environment. The incredible team from slack was forever on standby to assist wherever they could. In the end, I emerged from this class with a much deeper understanding of coding and a newfound appreciation for tackling difficult problems.

Definitely a very challenging workshop. It was nice to see how powerful React can be and be able to build a weather app from scratch however, it felt very frustrating and some of the lessons seemed just like bits of random pieces of information. I found a lot of youtube tutorials were actually more helpful. Nevertheless, the team was always there to help and solve approached issues. I am very happy to have this introduction to React but it’s definitely not enough to feel fully comfortable using it.
Thanks to the sheCodes team for helping me learn React, I was able to understand it, how to create components & etc. and I created my first weather project. It was easy and I quickly got the hang of it. I recommend everyone to take this course, because the information is well presented and the explanations. Now I can dive deeper into learning React.

Plus was a bit challenging but I had fun troubleshooting my JS when it wasn't working. The videos are easy to follow and a huge shout out to the SheCodes team on Slack for always responding to my questions and Athena AI for being my companion.
I had so much fun! it was more intense than the previous project however I enjoyed every lesson and it really showed me how the smallest details can affect your code, it could be the smallest thing you missed but eventually you manage to figure it out thanks to the support from SheCodes team

I had joined the She Codes workshop earlier this year and it has been a total eye-opener. The experience has been inspiring in the sense that i was able to learn and challenge myself and what i thought were my limitations. Despite my initial apprehensions, what started of as curiosity and an attempt to get out my comfort zone ,is proving to be a journey of personal growth and purpose. There were times i felt intimidated and way over my head ,but because of the way the lessons were structured i was able to understand , whilst having zero prior experience or knowledge in coding. Matt and his team's supportive approach and the warm atmosphere they created made it easier for me to engage and participate. Because the workshop is self-paced, i felt less pressured by time, the Slack app was a great platform to engage with other students so i didn't feel alone , even the She Codes Athena AI was a great tool for me and other introverts alike. It is truly all-inclusive. This SheCodes workshop was amazing! I learned all about AI integration, writing code to work with different AI models, and even how to tweak CSS using JavaScript. Plus, I got to play around with useful JavaScript plugins. Best part? I built my own AI Inspirational Quote Generator using everything I learned. After months of returning to studies in the field of technology, from which I had been away for almost 4 years, I went through a journey from the basics like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to more advanced information like understanding how GitHub works, hosting, exploring Visual Studio Code, and many other knowledge areas that revolve around development. Finally, I have reached the most current and exciting learning, which utilizes and expands all this knowledge: React. I applied to the SheCodes Foundation for Indonesian Women while studying in my second year as an undergraduate in technology. I'd like to thank Matthieu Delac and his team for making it possible with their well-thought-out training and SheCodes for helping me understand coding better.
It was a very good 8 weeks experience of learning development. Although some lessons were tricky but managed to get them correct with the help of SheCodes team and learners. I now know how to create a Weather App with CSS,HTML,JAVASCRIPT adding/inserting the API Intergration using VISUAL CODE. Then add my work to my GitHub account, Commit it to main and Push it. Also link/add my coding to/with netlify

I really enjoyed the challenge and feel I have learned a lot in the process. The support is good and while the schedule helps you stay on track, the team are very flexible if you need more time which is great.
8 weeks of knowledge, not complaining at all. I have learned a lot about search engine, API integration(it was not easy but taking my time and replaying the videos until I got it right helped a lot, also not to forget help from the slack team as well) and so much more. It is crazy that I can now create a functioning forecast weather search app. Grateful for the opportunity to learn such skill at no cost.
. SheCode exceeded my expectations in every way. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and Participating in SheCode has been a transformative experience for me. Not only did I gain proficiency in new programming languages and technologies, but I also developed important soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. I highly recommend this course. The lessons are very well-structured and Matt is a great instructor able to transfer his passion for coding through the lessons. I was having much fun learning and applying my new skills. The challenges go well with the insights achieved during the course, challenging me to just the right amount, and making sure that I got what each lesson was about. Great format. Also thanks to the SheCodes community & team - I've felt supported all the way through the course. I want to learn more!
This workshop has challenged me more than the previous workshops I've done so far. It has definitely tested my resilience and will and I am better for it. I would like to thank the SheCodes team for their assistance and guidance, always. I am forever grateful to Matt, our instructor, for simplifying our lessons and breaking down every thing into sizable bites so it's easier to consume. I cannot wait to learn more and see what the future has in store for me.

It was quite challenging, had to stop and start multiple times because I would have to debug often(My fault because I forget to put semi-colons on my JavaScript). The support from the SheCodes Slack team helped a lot and referring to Matt's lessons to refresh my memory. Overall, it was an amazing experience, it was thorough, challenging and insightful. Thank you to Matt and the team! I can't wait for the next workshop.
