I had a great time learning. Unlike other coding resources, this was very interactive and had lots of fun to do. I was looking forward to the projects and to testing out the knowledge. I also liked being able to work and learn at my own pace but still being encouraged to work to a deadline.

I would compare taking this course to a rollercoaster ride. It was fun, challenging, and personally frustrating for me for like 85% of the time. But what stood out to me the most, β and honestly what pushed me to finish the course β was the constant encouragement from Matt. He acknowledges that learning how to code is tough and that we'll DEFINITELY be stumped from time to time with the course homework and challenges. Yet he emphasized that these are vital stepping stones in the learning process and that the end result will be rewarding β and indeed it is! I highly recommend this course and Matt's empowering approach to anyone eager to learn how to code.

At times it was a tad confusing and even overwhelming, especially having no prior experience in coding. But the community here is always eager to help, and the resources online make it possible for you to keep pushing through! I enjoy Matt's teaching style and how he doesn't edit his videos to the point where he seamlessly eases through the lesson. Mistakes are shown and corrected, and that's what truly helps me learn!

I found SheCodes a year ago and join the free webinar. After taking the webinar I was scared that I wouldn't be able to learn how to code. Fast forward to now I decided to take a leap of faith in June. I signed up and I am glad I did. Matt is wonderful teacher. He really puts a lot of thought in to each lesson and I really appreciate that. I have been in the IT field for 2 years now and coding was one for the goals that I had made for myself to accomplish. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as person.
SheCodes plus was an opportunity for more learning and growth from Delac Foundation. I have learned alot, was able to produce things I have never thought I would produce. The SheCodes Basics workshop was very challenging experience for me. However, learning the concepts was not hard at all. The overall experience challenged my critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills. I would have never thought that this is what this experience have taught me. I enjoyed how the workshop is set out , the lessons were not too long which allowed me to grasp concepts easier. I loved how straight to the point all the lessons were.
The SheCodes Responsive Add-on Course has taught me more about grids, tables, and filters. It was a challenge to make the entire site responsive, but it was fun learning new ways to code in css and html. The travel project is one of my favorite projects so far. I have enjoyed this course and I look forward to the React Add-on Course next.

With the best support team and instructor by my side was I able to learn and create my own HTML. I was stuck a couple times but was to afraid to approach anyone. When I finally did I was able to step out of my comfort zone and my problems were solved. I learned so much about coding and web development as just a starter.
