I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics Add-on course. It was a great way to build on the foundations from the Basics workshop while introducing more practical coding skills. The lessons were clear, engaging and easy to follow, and I loved being able to see my projects come together as I progressed. It’s given me even more confidence and motivation to continue developing my coding skills.

This course was a really nice refresher on the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge I first gained in high school! I would definitely recommend it to anyone curious about whether coding is something they could see themselves developing a genuine interest in. It has definitely reinvigorated my love for coding! :)

I loved the React part of the SheCodes bootcamp. It took me from components and props all the way to building and deploying my own weather app with a 5-day forecast. Challenging, but so enjoyable — and I learned a huge amount along the way.

I loved building the AI Travel Planner, I love that it is a tool I can use in the real world.

It is hard to believe the level of comfort and confidence achieved over the past few courses leading up to this Responsive Add-On course. I'm blown away by the things that are just 'clicking' now that I had to think so hard about before. This is what I love most about how Matt has structured the course. I never once felt intimidated or overwhelmed by the mountain because he always keeps your focus on one foot in front of the other. The mountain is simply scaled on its own. The coding starts to flow..on its own. Fantastic feeling of accomplishment!

Building the World Clock project was such an amazing experience! I loved learning how to work with Real Time zones using Moment.js and making the application fully interactive. Big thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team for making coding so clear and exciting!

I really enjoyed this workshop! The material was well-structured, thoroughly taught, and covered a lot of great concepts. While I personally would have loved to practice directly in VS Code to get used to industry-standard tools, I completely understand the convenience of the platform for assignments. Overall, I definitely recommend it!

Loved the first 3 weeks! Easy to follow videos with fun challenges and the basics project was super fun!

It feels amazing to have completed this last challenge and the whole responsive workshop. I love SheCodes training in general, as I have already said before in my other reviews, and I recommend it 100% since it is just easy to follow along the videos and the process is so enjoyable, or atleast that is how it feels to me. I am just missing a more elaborated feedback about how we can improve our personal work when the solution we send is valid, instead a just 'valid solution' answer. I hope they can work on that matter for future students.

SheCodes Plus was an incredible journey for me! Building the weather application step-by-step allowed me to bridge the gap between theory and real-world development. I recently wrapped up my second Python course, which provided a great shift in perspective by focusing on data visualization and graphing techniques. It was interesting to see how Python operates in a data-centric environment. A note for fellow students and the course creators: Much of the course content relies on tutorials from several years ago, which means some of the external tools and websites are now deprecated. While I successfully navigated these challenges, I would love to see these materials updated to reflect current industry standards. Despite the outdated technical examples, the underlying concepts provided a new layer to my skill set as I continue my journey into front-end development.

This course was great. I love the moment.js library and will definitely be using it in the future.

I really enjoyed the Python AI course. I had already learned the basics of Python and built a weather app with the SheCodes Weather API, but this course made it even more fun. We built a travel itinerary planner that used both the Weather API and the AI API, and I loved seeing how they worked together. It was a really fun project!

SheCodes has been an amazing journey for me. Although it was sometimes frustrating as coding can be when you’re dealing with errors and don’t know how to fix them, it was all worth it. Those moments taught me the importance of perseverance and reminding myself not to give up. Through this experience, I’ve learned how to build real projects with confidence. I especially loved creating my Switzerland project, which allowed me to combine creativity with coding in a way that felt meaningful. This journey has made me even more excited about tech, and I’m truly proud of how far I’ve come.

I honestly thought writing code would be the hardest and most pointless thing in the world, but I decided to try it. It took me some time to wrap my head around some concepts but the moment they click you realize how powerful this can be when you have a specific use case! I love the fact that we learn by repetition, it's so much new stuff that doing it once doesn't suffice but I think it's very useful and practical knowledge!

I gave the SheCodes Basics class 5 stars because I genuinely had such a great experience with it. Before starting, coding felt a bit intimidating, but the course made it feel approachable and actually fun. The lessons were explained in a very clear and easy-to-follow way, so I never felt completely lost or overwhelmed. One thing I especially loved was the structure of the course. The videos are short, focused, and straight to the point, which made it much easier for me to stay concentrated and absorb the information step by step. I also really liked that I could complete the lessons at my own pace and spread them out over different days depending on my schedule. That flexibility made learning feel much less stressful and more enjoyable. The hands-on exercises and challenges after each lesson helped me immediately practice what I had just learned, which made everything stick much better. It is very rewarding to see yourself actually build things instead of only watching theory.
