I really enjoyed building this dictionary application although quite challenging. I learned a lot again! Great tools are given to know how to build powerful applications.
I really, really enjoyed this one! It has been so, so satisfying pulling together all of the skills learned from previous SheCodes courses in order to produce even more adventurous and advanced projects. I feel as though all of the courses are very well paced, so you feel a little challenged along the way but not completely out of your depth! I've truly been really enjoying this experience. Collecting the certificates of the Bootcamp course has felt as addictively satisfying as collecting PokΓ©mon! "Gotta catch 'em all!" π
Taking this course was a great experience. Python, which I thought would be complicated, suddenly made sense. The course is fun, interactive, and very beginner friendly, giving me a solid foundation to continue learning and building with Python.
SheCodes Plus AI was the perfect challenge to level up my skills. I really enjoyed learning how to integrate AI into a real-world application. It was an interesting and fun process to go from a blank screen to a functional prompt generator that reflects my own style and aesthetic.
A Very good workshop, loved learning more about AI
This project challenged me in the best way possible. Building a fully responsive travel webpage with a hero section, cards, grids, embeds, and CSS filters helped me strengthen both my layout and styling skills. I learned how important structure, responsiveness, and clean code are when designing for multiple devices. It wasnβt always easy, but seeing the final result come together across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens made the challenge truly worth it.
SheCodes has been an incredible learning experience for me. Matt explains coding concepts in a clear, simple, and practical way that makes everything feel achievable, even for beginners. The workshops are well-structured, the exercises build real confidence, and the projects helped me understand how to create real applications from start to finish. I didnβt just learn what to code. I learned how to think through problems, break things down, and stay patient with myself when things felt overwhelming. There were moments of confusion, frustration, and βwaitβ¦ why isnβt this working?β but every challenge pushed me to understand JavaScript and logic more deeply. What I loved most is that it didnβt spoon-feed answers. It encouraged real understanding, curiosity, and growth. By the end, things that once felt scary started to click, and that confidence shift is priceless. Iβm proud of how far Iβve come, and I genuinely feel more prepared and excited to keep building. This workshop didnβt just teach me skills. It strengthened my mindset as a developer.

I liked this workshop as it was not only challenging but also fun to build the project lesson upon lesson. The step-by-step videos were easy to follow and learn from.
I found the lessons easy to follow and they straight to the point. The programme is well structured. Outside of the lessons I found that the programme encouraged me to take my own learning into my own hands as the weekly homeworks we received required for me to perform addtional research.
Before SheCodes, coding felt intimidating. Now it feels exciting and achievable. The lessons are clear, hands-on, and motivating, and Iβm proud of what Iβve learnt so far

The shecodes workshop is so great , self-paced and mostly you are never doing any coding alone from Matt teaching you step by step to having an additional platform where you can ask the team if you are feeling stuck. This foundation makes you want to do more and learn more and that is just amazing.
Enjoyed working on this AI Plus workshop! Though it was short course I had certainly learned a lot like writing prompts and knowing about AI tools... It certainly helped me understand more about coding and I was able to practice more on integrating API in the project. Thank you, SheCodes! π

This course was effective for applying coding skills and learning new ones (such as creating cards, grids and embeds). All the skills necessary for building a functioning and professional website.
Such a great add-on to SheCodes Basics. The walkthroughs for each step were really helpful and made the final project feel much more achievable. Just four weeks in, and I already feel much more confident learning to code. The deadlines also helps a lot with staying accountable!
The Responsive Add-on workshop helped everything finally come together for me. I learned how to think about layout, grids, and responsiveness as a system instead of treating each issue separately. By the end, I felt confident structuring a full project with cards, embeds, filters, and responsive behaviour that actually made sense. It gave me both clarity and confidence in my front-end skills.
I'm so glad I gave SheCodes a try! This was a great intro and I look forward to learning more.

Learning about time zones was really exciting and I had a great time understanding the java script.
I really, really enjoyed this course! As Matt very rightly mentions, Python is very similar to Javascript, only a lot more intuitive (thankfully)! Learning code is beginning to feel a lot like learning spoken languages (in that "if you know Spanish, it's easier to pick up Portuguese or Italian," for example). I can really see and appreciate the potential for the utilisation of Python, so I'm really pleased to have attained this knowledge and certificate! The course was very well paced and explained. It didn't feel too overwhelming (likely having a background in Javascript from previous SheCodes courses has helped). Matt gives really solid recommendations, such as for free extensions and packages to help facilitate navigation and use of the various programmes, as well as sharing lots of great free resources! I'm really looking forward to trying my hand at Python AI and the more advanced Python material.
After the weather app, I was curious how one could update time/date based on different time zones, well this course answered that. This must be very complicated but Matt is such a brilliant teacher who explains coding in such a logical & simple way. Happy to have learnt under his guidance. I absolutely loved using the skills I learned in Python Basics to create a more interactive project in Python AI! One of the difficulties I had with Python Basics was that I always wanted to go a bit further with the code, and that's exactly what the Python AI course allowed me to do. As with all the other SheCodes courses I've taken, lessons were succinct and engaging, and the challenges were fun to complete. One of my favourite aspects of the course is how customisable the final project is, thanks to how you can personalise your prompts.

As someone who is completely new to python, it was a bit challenging. However, the course was structured and the topics were interesting, especially when learning about APIs.
I enjoyed learning html, css and javascript. As math teacher, I expected to progress through the course a lot quicker, but it was fun. I'm looking forward to taking the Basics Add-on and javascript course.

It was a very interesting and enriching experience that allowed me not only to learn new things, but also to apply other tools I had learned previously. I work with this on a daily basis (mostly Java), but never actually 'studied'. Much was very familiar, but it was still interesting for me. I sort of know 'what it does' already but never got the actual logic behind it until now. It is easy to follow, very educative and I learned a lot. Looking forward to the next step!
This was a lot more challenging than I had expected! although the design is basic I learned how to use moment.js and moment Time zone to get real-time data without having to use an API. I really enjoyed this project and will be one I go back to later down the line to improve on the CSS.
This is a great course if you want an introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Personally, I had to do a lot of Googling and extra research alongside the course to fully grasp some of the concepts, but I actually really enjoyed that because it helped me learn even more. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and I feel SO much more confident creating my own small projects now :)

This workshop is a fantastic introduction to the world of web coding. While mastering three coding languages in a short period takes dedicated effort and further study β as youβd expect β the hands-on approach of building projects is the most effective way to learn. In less than three weeks, I went from knowing nothing about CSS and JavaScript to confidently writing code, troubleshooting issues, and even analyzing website elements. Iβm excited to continue my learning journey!
This definitely had its fair share of mind bending, challenging moments but the video tutorials really helped break it down and unpack the logic behind the various stages of advancing and refining the code. This workshop made JavaScript feel practical and achievable by guiding me through building a World Clock from scratch. Learning how to handle time zones and dynamically update the time was both challenging and rewarding. The lessons were well-structured and empowering, and finishing the project gave me confidence in my ability to build real applications. I would highly recommend this workshop.
It's very interesting to learn a new language in the midst of the bootcamp and very satisfying to see this first weather project come to life. I still feel generally confused about Python, but hope that the next courses will explain more about how python integrates with other coding languages and in web applications.
This was a steep learning curve. I had to do a lot of outside research to keep up with the classes. I will say this was my least favorite to learn, only because there were so many rules and it seems React is so sensitive. I did enjoy the projects I built, and the troubleshooting and trial and error to get my code to work. I Thanks immensely for teaching this!
