SheCodes workshop is a great place to learn coding and Matt is an excellent teacher. He teaches coding in a systematic, interesting and fun way. I've really enjoyed learning coding, I feel have learnt a lot and I had fun along the way. I can say now that I can code. Looking forward to learning more... I chose video games as the topic for my SheCodes Basics Add-On project because it’s a hobby I really enjoy. Matt Delac is an excellent teacher. It was really fun turning my idea into a real project while improving my HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. This experience motivated me to keep learning and exploring coding further. In the future, I wanna keep growing, learning and making even more projects. Thank you for everything.

There's a lot of information, but the lessons are very bite-sized so it's easy to take a break when you need to or go back and find the specific directions for one thing you learned if need be. The challenges are fun to complete and help you see progress in real time as you learn. Matt's a great teacher and everything is very clear - even for those like me who have never programmed!

I learned a great deal from this course, particularly around building responsive websites. SheCodes Basics has been such a fun way to learn! As someone who enjoys creativity and problem solving, coding has always been something I've been interested in. I'm lucky I stumbled across SheCodes by accident; Matt and the team are wonderful, supportive teachers - and the challenges are perfect to ensure the knowledge sticks.

Creating an online dictionary was a great way to connect my background as a journalist and English teacher to my new path in tech. It was really fun to create the ocean-inspired design too.

This was a tough one! My first project using React application. Very challenging but a lot of fun! Matt, allowed us to figure things out ourselves at the same time guiding us through the entire project. He is an excellent teacher. Very excited to continue with more coding adventures! ^_^

Overall not a bad course, but I personally found some parts difficult to follow, because English is not my first language and it obviously isn't the teacher's either, so sometimes he would go on a bit of a tangent or start rambling and it would be be quite hard to understand what he's trying to say, especially if he's introducing new concepts.

The bootcamp has been the most understandable and helpful out of all i have gone through. A massive shoutout to Matt Delac for being an exceptional teacher and the entire SheCodes team, the experience has been beautiful and very educative. I would highly recommend this to anyone, anywhere around the world looking to start their tech. journey

I just completed the SheCodes Basic Coding Course and honestly, I loved it!👌🏼 The course was designed for absolute beginners and ran over three weeks. It gave me a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while introducing me to VS Code in a hands-on way. The platform was super user-friendly, and Matt Delac is an exceptional teacher. His approach made coding feel less intimidating and more like solving creative puzzles .I enjoyed the balance between learning core concepts and exploring my own solutions. It kept things interesting and made me think more critically about what I was building. I can't wait to start the SheCodes Plus program, diving deeper into the nitty-gritty of front-end development and continuing to grow my skills 💻✨.

Python was a lot tougher compared to JavaScript, and I still had a blast learning this new language. I definitely will continue to practice more, as I see the value. I really enjoyed python, at first i thought it was going to be difficult, it turn out to be much fun, one great thing if python uses words not symbols or abbriviation like from html and java. My outstanding is Matt is a really good teacher, step by step you get to understand every detail.

Highly recommend SheCodes! The course was very well structured -- it makes sense to learn HTML first, and it leads really well to CSS and Javascript. The lessons/videos were very well made, and the challenges/homeworks/projects really reinforce your understanding. The interactive portion was especially nice -- there are real teachers grading your homeworks, allowing you to update your solution based on feedback.

Working on my 'AI Daily Challenge Generator' project has been an amazing experience. I wanted to build something that not only pushed my coding skills but also helped others stay motivated to learn new things every day. Integrating the AI API wasn’t easy, but I have learned so much along the way and it really stretched my problem-solving skills. Through this AI generator project, I explored AI tools, strengthened my coding abilities, and learned how to turn a simple idea into a functional project. I’m really proud of what I was able to create with the step-by-step instructions of the wonderful teacher Matt Delac and I'm very excited that others can now use my daily challenge generator to get inspired too!

I really enjoy learning these languages through SheCodes because the explanations are very clear, supportive, and natural. I am not a native English speaker, but I was able to understand the lessons thanks to the teacher’s excellent pronunciation. Also, I have to say that the challenges are appropriate for the developed topics.

I'm just enjoying every lesson in every video. Every day I learn more about coding and my capabilities. Matt is such a cool funny teacher 😂 and he makes coding so easy to understand🤗

The SheCodes Python AI workshop was very fun and easy to follow. It taught me more about prompt engineering and AI APIs, allowing me to explore their potential under the teacher's guidance. The final project was pretty exciting, but not without its challenges.

Enjoyed this course thoroughly. AI search is constantly changing, so a lot of tweaking is needed for the results you want. Great teacher Matt explains things really well.

Honestly, I can't believe that I have managed to complete the Shecodes basic coding. I am so happy, coming from a fashion and hospitality background, I wanted a change and to get new skills. An Incredible Leap from Fear to My First Own Code! My experience learning in the She Codes basic course was a real discovery! I remember that initial fear of the unknown world of programming. The information seemed chaotic, everything got mixed up in my head, and I felt a certain confusion. But thanks to the clear structure of the course and the skillful presentation of the material, step by step, everything started to fall into place. I especially liked the learning approach, where after completing the homework, we received a detailed explanation of its solution. Another great module to learn and work with. Having worked on a weather app using vanilla JS in the earlier modules makes me really appreciate tools like React.
