I learned so much through this project and would highly recommend this beginner Python course. I had always assumed Python would be very complicated, but the course made it approachable and easy to follow. Whenever I was struggling to understand something, I could get immediate guidance instead of waiting. Athena helped me see where I had gone wrong and explained why another approach worked better. Amid the numerous graduation ceremonies happening this month, I’m thrilled to officially announce my “graduation” from the SheCodes Front-End Development program. This has been an immensely rewarding journey, as both a technical achievement and a personal milestone. Along the way, I've found striking similarities between the tech and music worlds: both demand discipline, the ability to navigate complex technical challenges, and harnessing the creativity to produce something that is not only functional, but thoughtful and well-crafted. What began as a personal challenge (to prove to myself that I could step confidently into the role of “tech girlie”) quickly strengthened my resourcefulness, persistence, and confidence in my ability to learn and build. I had some problems at the beginning as Replit changed its UI. Because of these issues, I ran out of credits for the free access and I decided to sign op to be able to continue the Python course. Unfortunately, only hours after I signed to Replit the SheCodes Python course was changed to working with Google Colab. Nevertheless, Human support at SheCodes was really good and working with Google Colab is easier than with Replit.

Matt’s tutorials were incredibly helpful and made learning feel approachable and manageable, especially as a beginner like myself. The way concepts were explained step by step really helped me build a solid foundation. I also greatly appreciate the rich library of resources provided, along with Matt’s recommendations for external tools and websites. These not only supported my learning but also encouraged me to explore beyond the course and develop greater confidence in my coding skills.

I can’t recommend SheCodes Python enough! The lessons are clear, the platform is beautiful, and the technical support is top-notch. I never thought I’d actually enjoy learning about loops and dictionaries, but the way SheCodes gamifies the learning process makes it addictive. I walked away with a solid foundation in Python and a project I’m genuinely proud of. Best investment I’ve made in myself this year! The only downside was working with Replit; it felt completely different from Matt’s explanations and often contradicted the Replit documentation, which was a bit frustrating at times.

This was admittedly a challenging workshop, but extremely worth it! I'm really pleased with my final project. As with all the previous workshops, the guidance and support from the team was excellent. Matt does a really great job of breaking things down in order to explain the "plumbing" of how a react app works and describing what the code is doing at certain stages, (such as in the case of how the props are passing through to the other components and how the useStates help to set and define the data for further functions to operate). It made it really accessible and digestible to someone who still feels relatively new to coding!

Matt does a really fabulous job of guiding you step by step through the process of building your own fully responsive and professional looking portfolio page. I also really appreciate how honest the video tutorials are in that Matt doesn't edit out any of the "oops, something's not working in my page/ my code has crashed" moments, not hiding the reality of how common place it is for all Developers of all experience levels to inevitably encounter problems that require a little problem solving. The support team were also really helpful when I ran into a bit of a hitch, getting back to me really quickly! The SheCodes team really do offer an excellent service!

Loved this! I honestly can't rate the support features provided by the SheCodes team highly enough! I used the Athena AI for the first time when I ran into some difficulty importing a package to my HTML for Javascript and it helped me resolve the issue within about 10 minutes. These courses really are so well paced. Suitably challenging but feels accessible at the same time. The endless resources provided also help enormously!
