While the workshop is designed to be completed in around eight weeks, it took me considerably longer due to some personal circumstances and because the jump in difficulty was much greater than I expected. After completing SheCodes Basics and the Basics Add-on, I felt like I was building confidence step by step. SheCodes Plus was also a stepping stone, but it introduced much more complex concepts and required a deeper level of problem solving. At times, it was challenging, and there were moments when I felt stuck. I also can't underestimate support from the SheCodes team. The explanations were clear, and whenever I ran into issues, the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me. Looking back, Iโm glad I persevered. Iโm proud to have completed SheCodes Plus, and Iโm excited to continue my programming journey with the SheCodes Plus AI.

SheCodes Python Advanced workshop was an incredible journey that took my coding skills to the next level. Before this course, I had a basic understanding of Python but this workshop gave me the confidence to work with real-world data, APIs and visualization tools. I learned how to read and manipulate CSV files, work with complex data structures like lists and dictionaries, filter and analyze data and create meaningful visualizations using Matplotlib. One of the most exciting parts was building the Travel Itinerary Planner where I integrated both AI and Weather APIs to create a fully functional project. I also learned how to write clean, documented and well-organized code following best practices. The lessons were clear, practical, and project-based which made learning enjoyable and effective. The React Add-on week was the most fun I had in the whole Bootcamp. After the earlier weeks โ which honestly tested my patience with a lot of debugging โ everything started to click here. Building the Dictionary app piece by piece (search, definitions, synonyms, audio pronunciation, photos) and then designing it with my own branding was genuinely enjoyable. By the end I had a polished project that integrates three different APIs and actually looks like mine. Seeing it all come together, live and deployed, was a real confidence boost and a great way to finish the course. Amid the numerous graduation ceremonies happening this month, Iโm thrilled to officially announce my โgraduationโ from the SheCodes Front-End Development program. This has been an immensely rewarding journey, as both a technical achievement and a personal milestone. I had some problems at the beginning as Replit changed its UI. Because of these issues, I ran out of credits for the free access and I decided to sign op to be able to continue the Python course. Unfortunately, only hours after I signed to Replit the SheCodes Python course was changed to working with Google Colab. Nevertheless, Human support at SheCodes was really good and working with Google Colab is easier than with Replit.
Mattโs tutorials were incredibly helpful and made learning feel approachable and manageable, especially as a beginner like myself. The way concepts were explained step by step really helped me build a solid foundation. I also greatly appreciate the rich library of resources provided, along with Mattโs recommendations for external tools and websites. These not only supported my learning but also encouraged me to explore beyond the course and develop greater confidence in my coding skills.

I canโt recommend SheCodes Python enough! The lessons are clear, the platform is beautiful, and the technical support is top-notch. I never thought Iโd actually enjoy learning about loops and dictionaries, but the way SheCodes gamifies the learning process makes it addictive. I walked away with a solid foundation in Python and a project Iโm genuinely proud of. Best investment Iโve made in myself this year! The only downside was working with Replit; it felt completely different from Mattโs explanations and often contradicted the Replit documentation, which was a bit frustrating at times.

This was admittedly a challenging workshop, but extremely worth it! I'm really pleased with my final project. As with all the previous workshops, the guidance and support from the team was excellent. Matt does a really great job of breaking things down in order to explain the "plumbing" of how a react app works and describing what the code is doing at certain stages, (such as in the case of how the props are passing through to the other components and how the useStates help to set and define the data for further functions to operate). It made it really accessible and digestible to someone who still feels relatively new to coding!
