I can't believe it comes to an end. I enjoyed the journey a lot, I learned a lot more. It was one of the best classes I have ever took because the structure, the homework, and the finals projects were really perfect to practice and were added to your portfolio. It's not often that an online course happily surprises me as I'm a learning professional... SheCodes however, has exceeded my expectations with each week. SheCodes Plus takes SheCodes Basics to another level. This is an opportunity to really hone your programming skills and build a fully functional weather app with real live data. I have never built an app before and I am so happy that I can now say I have done so. There were some lessons that were super challenging but with the help from the amazing SheCodes tech team I managed to pull through.
When I started 2 weeks ago, I was a novice to coding- I mean a complete beginner, and I will admit did not even think if this was something I was capable of doing. 2 weeks later, I am creating a landing page. This workshop has given me an array of hope that it is doable (with time and effort, of course)! Thank you, Matt, for being an outstanding instructor and the whole SheCodes team. You just removed the giant fear I had to step into the tech industry!

He breaks down concepts in an easy, brief format (each lesson is less than 20 minutes). One of my favorite things is how he provides solution videos to each challenge and homework assignment. I would define this experience as: challenging and fun. There were many moments where I stayed late into the night working on my projects and I don't regret anything. I'm super happy I chose to participate in this workshop! It's amazing how much I learnt in this relative short amount of time. I will definitely continue with the next workshop aswell to deepen my knowledge further. Thanks to Matt's good explanations and the support of his team I could understand complex problems and solve all the tasks without any issues. Another thing I like about the workshop is that we can watch the video tutorials over and over again to refresh our memory about all the techniques we covered.
This was an intense 3 week journey, I had in mind many times to give up, I was saying that this is not for me, I can't learn it, but I am so glad I have not gave up. I loved the support you get, in case you get stuck, so many options to sort your issue. I was not alone, I was getting instant help from staff members, even from the community members who joined SheCodes. I think what kept me going is the time line to submit your homework, if was not in place I am sure I was not to follow up and give up easily. Very organised step by step course, clear messages and instructions, the best coding course. I hope more people discover this and give a try, it's not as hard as you think and if so, you are not alone, a lot of people are going through same thing as you and many more are there to help you. Thank you Matt and the team, thank you the SheCodes community. I finally did it 😊🎉
The plus workshop was great. learning more about JS and how to integrate API calls is really helping me understand more about how things work that the team I am a business analyst on have been coding up for awhile now.

Before knowing anything about the coding world, I always thought that's a complicated and boring field to me, but since I've learned about it and I've had the opportunity to be a part of Shecodes learners, every day feels like an adventure! I've got to learn many interesting things without being scared of making mistakes as there was always a team there for helping me get better. I enjoyed my experience very much and, of course, I'm willing to learn more.

At first I was a little scared because I have no coding background. But the lessons were so thorough and easy to follow. It was truly a great course, in every way! I have always wanted to brush up on my basic coding skills with a structured course that you could take at your own pace while working. This program is accessible and very easy to follow and the SheCodes team is always here for us if we need them.
The SheCodes Basics workshop lessons were the perfect blend of quality instruction and guided troubleshooting. I had never coded before and was nervous about getting lost- that never became an issue. React is definitely interesting. It’s so much easier to organise than vanilla JavaScript. I thoroughly enjoyed making the dictionary app because I’m a bookworm. I also just started a new job in my absolute dream company and one of my tasks is updating the website. I love having front-end knowledge that I can apply to both my day job and freelance side business. Thank you to the whole SheCodes team for the journey!
Absolutely loved SheCodes Plus. Definitely found this course more challenging and found myself hitting a mental block on more than a few occasions, but I'm embracing that this is part of the process and nothing a break away from your screen and a fresh mindset won't resolve. Very practical, loved the objective approach I had learned without struggling with the languages. The support team was available always I needed.
SheCodes React was challenging but so rewarding. It was my fourth and final course and I am so happy that I discovered SheCodes half a year ago. I still can't believe how much I learned in such a short time and I am proud of what I achieved. At the same time, I am already sad that my SheCodes journey is now over - at least for now -, it feels a bit like leaving home. I will always feel connected to SheCodes and I hope that there will be more advanced courses in the future. I would definitely take them. Thanks a million to Matt for being such a skilled and wonderful teacher and for creating this amazing platform. Matt is an amazing teacher and the SheCodes team is incredible - they're patient and explain everything you might not understand or need to make your code function as it should. It has been a challenge, but also a wonderfully rewarding experience. In just a matter of a few weeks, I came from not having any idea about how an app would work to building one myself! I can't recommend this course enough.
REACT was challenging and difficult to achieve at first. What impressed me was its potential, how you could use it to extract data from different sources and display it. The SheCodes team is amazing, always very attentive to our questions, and again, Matt explains everything so thoroughly that it makes the learning process lighter.
SheCodes Plus was very challenging but I learned a lot more about coding. Finishing the real-life project gave me a real sense of achievement. I still can't believe I made a working weather app! Thanks to Matt and of course the slack team for the immediate support!

SheCodes is an amazing! I've learned so much about coding, which is something I never thought I'd do. I started with SheCodes Basics but then I had so much fun that I decided to continue with SheCodes Plus and React. SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenging workshop. There were a few moments where I felt really stuck. Luckily, the team on Slack helped me quite promptly and was very helpful in general when addressing students' concerns. This aspect is why I'm so glad I took this course. It's very easy to feel lost and isolated when you are taking an online course. I never felt that way during this workshop, and I'm proud of the work I did! I'm taking the React workshop next.

I joined SheCodes to have a first experience in coding as recommended by some friends. Matt is an excellent professor and it's amazing to have such a strong support from the SheCodes team whenever I got stuck in coding. Ok now this was exciting, challenging and confidence boosting at the same time. Its never easy learning a new skill but i genuinely had so much fun learning with this workshop. This is a great workshop! I knew nothing about CSS, HTML or JavaScript and this gave me the basis to create a website and learn more about computer languages. The team is also fantastic, they always respond in a short period of time and give you tools that are very helpful! 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

SheCodes Basics was a fantastic way for me, as a Product Manager, to gain a better understanding of the technical side of my job and improve my knowledge of what developers do. The first week was quite intense but manageable, and the team are always on hand if you are struggling with any of the lessons. I'd highly recommend this course.

I absolutely love this programme. It really helped me realise just how fun and creative coding can be! You are such an enthusiastic, well organized, passionate, talented and creative instructor. Before engaging with SheCodes workshop, i had a negative impression about online courses. However, SheCodes (Matthieu) helped me out from that negative impression about online course. Now, I'm more passionate to do some other online course. Thanks again to Matt. Just finished the last project and still cannot believe how much I have learned, with a great support of SheCodes team, during these 6 months. It was a lot of fun and quite challenging. Feels kind of sad the course to be over, but I am excited about where the new knowledge will bring me next.
This is the fourth month of learning how to code and I've built a solid front-end foundation with SheCodes Intro, Plus, and Responsive courses. Thank you so much for the ongoing support from the SheCodes team and our instructor, Matt, and for providing well-structured courses and coding challenges. During the last 5 weeks I've been learning how to make websites responsive, so that the user experience would be seamless no matter what device a user is on. I finished the first iteration of my personal website(something I've been trying to do for a while). Every time I thought I'm done, I would find more things to add/fix. I can't wait to start learning React next week!
