Before starting React, I thought I would face a very challenging coding journey and complicated codes. While learning it with Matt, I found it very enjoyable. Hello to my SheCodes friends, We know that JS is powerful and awesome. I have heard that some developers hate JS. During this course you are gonna learn how to code without hating JS. Because React is more powerful than JS. and makes it easy and have a clean code.

It's a great experience!

Learning the basics of coding has been as intense as challenging but at the same time really enjoyable and in a way, easy. The videos are really efficient and Matthieu's explainations cannot be clearer. I could not complete the week 1 homework and challenges in due time but it was easy to request an extension, and the team was very understanding. I found the course very flexible, fun and interesting. I feel like I really understand how HTML, CSS and Javascript work, and feel more confident for the future. I was starting a UX design course at the same time, and was hoping to learn about the basics of coding since employers often like potential UX designers to be able to communicate and understand developers. I feel so much more confident now with the basic but yet thorought and solid knowledge SheCodes gave me!

The SheCodes Responsive workshop was, like the others, as interesting and challenging, but I had more fun in completing my final project and using the tools we learned throughout the weeks. I felt more confident in completing my Portfolio and put finishing touches to my previous projects. Even after weeks of following the workshops, seeing a project come to life, after hours of work, will always be satisfying and rewarding.

SheCodes Basics is a very nice introduction to coding, nicely explained and easy to follow. I enjoyed very much learning with the videos of Matt and can't wait to start the next workshop!

SheCodes Plus was very fun!

It was a great 8-week experience to take the basics I learned in the first course and apply them to create a fully-functional weather app. I wouldn't believe it if someone told me I'd learn how to do this. The challenge was real, and there are always ways to improve, but I'm happy with my progress and the support SheCodes provided for times I got stuck. I would love to keep adding to my skills in the future with the next SheCodes course.

Learning step by step, while practicing and consolidating previous knowledge adquired is the winning formula to keep people motivated to go above and beyond, enjoying doing the workshop. I highly recommend!

Hi.I would like to introduce you my Portfolio project. I had a lot of fun while I created this and I hope you will like it.

By far, this workshop was my favorite one. I really enjoyed learning React and it made me realize how much faster coding can be using React because I have built two weather applications, one using only CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and the other one with React and although the latter seemed complicated at first but was much easier once you get the hang of it. Of course, thanks again to the SheCodes team and Matthieu for this amazing workshop.

The tutor, Matt Delac, is professional, the course is challenging, and I would like to appreciate Shecodes for this opportunity. It teaches me how to learn independently, how to try my best finding a solution for new challenges, and how to stay enthusiastic learning new skills in my life.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the SheCodes workshop and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in coding and web development. The workshop was very interactive, which allowed us to have a lot of hands-on experience. We were able to practice what we had learned by building our own websites and projects. I also liked that the workshops provided us with helpful resources such as cheat sheets and reference materials, which I found very useful.

These three weeks of coding have been amazing! As someone who didn't know a thing about coding such as HTML, Javascript and CSS, this has been a great way to educate myself about modern technology. One of my goals this year was to learn a new skill and coding has helped me to achieve this! It seemed challenging at first and I didn't know what the ending to this course would be but I've fallen in love with the skills of problem-solving, logical thinking and new ways of creativity!

One of the best workshops I’ve ever participate, With more practice through these lessons, challenges, and projects, I am feeling much more confident. The result of my project made me feel so proud of myself and motivated me to continue learning, I'm looking forward to the next workshops.

I have really enjoyed the Basic path and can only recommend it. Prior to joining the bootcamp, I already had a little HTML/CSS knowledge but had never had the opportunity to really use it toward something concrete. I enjoyed learning about Javascript and I honestly can't wait to jump to SheCodes + and learn more about it. SheCodes has figured out the right mix of 1. guided lessons and 2. freedom to explore and work on your skills on your own. The final project was super cool!

It was really easy to follow the courses through videos. The courses are built for you to learn how to code step by step even if you didn't know anything at all about coding before starting ! The fact that we have homework to do with deadline to respect keeps me motivated. Also the explanations are easy to understand. Would really recommend if you want the basic coding knowledge!

Great experience of coding. Even though sometime the learning became hard, there were people to help me (on slack), so I never felt desperate and I finally went through it !
