It's amazing how much you can learn in just 3 weeks. It was lots of fun and gives an incentive to learn more. Coding is definitely no longer just a male thing!
The workshop is very well explained and the format is really great with the lesson and then the exercise to apply what we have learned. Also, the challenge at the end of the week is very useful and I learned a lot π©βπ» I highly recommend SheCodes Plus π
Much more challenging than SheCodes Basics, but very satisfying once we make it through each week challenge! I felt like it was a real step up from last workshop and makes me want to learn more. Thanks to the team for their help !
Just when I was said that all my SheCodes courses had finished, Matt added add-on modules to complete the previous modules. This module was so much fun because I learnt I could do things myself instead of relying on Bootstrap! Can't wait to check out the other modules! Many thanks to Matt and the entire team!
I always wanted to learn how to code but didn't know how and where to start. A friend told me about SheCodes and there I am. It was really easy to follow and with fun challenges. I usually have trouble sticking to something (especially online classes) but it was stimulating and kept me going easily. I will probably do an other SheCodes program soon to expand my knowledge on coding.
The course is wonderful. Sometimes its easy do understand, sometimes its a challenge to find solution for the code. Thanks for people who did all this project to share their knowledges

Very good formation for learning the first steps of code. Interesting and nice way to learn. The instructor is a good teacher, anticipating the potentials problems or misunderstoods we could meet. He explains in a clear way every lessons, even if it's already more technical. The team is also very good. I really enjoyed the SheCodes workshop. I thought it was well planned, easy for me to follow. The work load was just enough, so i could finish everything with enough time, learn about the topics and not feel over loaded and rushed. The experience of this workshop has being nothing but positive.
I have always been fascinated by science, but mostly as a spectator. Now I finally have a chance of going to the other side. Moreover, SheCodes make the code skills come natural to you. The way the information is given, you get the feeling you're playing Lego. This boosts you to continue because you sure don't want to give up your favourite game.

I really enjoyed studying! For several years I didn't start learning programming, because it seemed to me difficult and boring. And when Matt said in the video that we were going to have fun, I didn't believe it. But now I'm really having fun in class! There is a war in my country and tough moment for me and my family. I truly liked this introduction to coding course! It was easy to follow (although the first week of classes was quite challenging: more than 20 classes!). The material is interesting and I like learning by doing, (in coding it is especially important). I also like the fact that for final projects we have much freedom so we can choose a topic we want to work on and the way it could be done.
I really enjoyed the courses, it was easy to comprehend even as a real beginner. Matt explains everything very clearly so it does get overwhelming, even if there are a lot of elements to learn. I recommend this training to anyone eager to start learning about code !

I've been curious about coding since 1 year ago, when a friend gave me a glimpse of what front-end development was. Following this introduction, I started looking for online courses so I could learn without abdicating from my daily (and full-time) job as physiotherapist. I tried many different online resources, but it was when I stumbled upon SheCodes on Instagram that my interest started to feel like an actual career possibility as I was reading the different testimonies. The start of the course was exhilarating to me: after working from 9am to 5pm, I would come home excited to learn new things at the rhythm of Mattβs explanations. What I thought could be a hard thing to reconcile - my daily job and the coding assignments - turned out to be quite affordable (not only in price but also) in self-motivation to do more and better. Overall the course is simple, organized, well-explained, inexpensive and gives me lots of tools far from the coding itself as I learned how to Google my obstacles away in a productive manner. Furthermore, I think itβs great to know that you are not alone in the learning process, as there are many others sharing their own doubts on slack! I completely recommend this course, especially for people in the same situation as myself who have found an interest and would love to explore it without compromising their current economic safety :)

The pace of the workshop was great and each lesson was quick enough to fit into my daily life and long enough to be detailed and thorough.
At the very beginning of this course I was so passionate and eager to just dive into it and learn all about coding and learn the principles/basics of the programming languages used in the web these days and I would be lying if I said that this passion had died out during the process of learning, as throughout the course I met challenges and obstacles at some points where I was trying to understand something or achieve a certain goal, these challenges had only encouraged me to keep going and to finish and submit everything on time, and now that I have done it, I feel satisfied and proud of what has been achieved and I will definitely keep exploring this world or programming in more depth in my upcoming days :)
Yet an other great course, I very much enjoyed learning how to use API and how powerful it can be in a project such as a weather app. Thankful to the SheCodes community and the team because I never thought I could do this 3 months ago.
I'm really glad I took this course. Each lesson had a very clear explanation, with bite-size challenges that made the course esy to follow. I think I will be back for more advanced workshops!

I started SheCodes Basic with very little knowledge about coding. After the 3 week workshop, I'm quite impressed with all I've learned. The lessons are well timed and organised, which made them easy to fit in a busy schedule. Matt explained everything perfectly and personally I didn't need any additional help, however if you need some, the SheCodes team is very accessible and ready to help you out. I love the experience I had so far and I will continue to learn and develop my coding skills with SheCodes PRO!
