Learning how to code with SheCodes was an incredible experience. The concepts were easy to grasp thanks to Matt's excellent explanations. While it was challenging to integrate everything, completing each project felt immensely rewarding!
It is challenging but at the same time fun and simple, by following the steps of each lesson and if you are disciplined to follow through. Great course!
I highly recommend SheCodes Plus, it is so far my favorite workshop because I learned a lot! I was already familiar with some things, but this one is definitely is a game changer. All the challenges were fun and you get all the support you need in case of questions. The workshop structure is well defined and aligned to learn new skills every week. I loved this add-on and I think it was easier because it was very easy to follow the instructions and mindfully think of the why the code is not working or if we used a new piece of code, it was easy to follow Matt.
A course that it's easy to follow and understand, even if you're very busy it's still possible to finish it :)

It's an amazing tool to learn! I would suggest making your home page as clean as you can, SEO friendly, adding header and footers, and with as good structure and class names as possible before adding the rest of the pages, this will save you a lot of time when building the rest of the pages.

When I heard of SheCodes i was amazed that it was for only for women, to empower all the girls around the world to follow this adventure. That women can code, we are capable of, and is so fun. My brother, who is a software engineer, has told me so many times that I have good problem-solving skills and that I should learn coding. He tried teaching me coding before, but when he did, to me it was very overwhelming, and so I thought that I coding was never for me until years later and I found a free coding session of SheCodes online. I decided to give it a try because I thought, "What's the worst that could happen?". There I found Matt teaching coding in a very approachable manner, explaining everything as if he were taking me by the hand leading me step by step. The way he makes comments on subjects make the lessons relatable so that I did not feel intimidated or overwhelmed. Surprisingly, I enjoyed so much that I decided to try out the 3-week course. And now that I've finished the 3-week course, I can actually see that I do have a potential to make this my career so I've decided to dive into SheCodes Max to invest in myself for my future. I would not have been able to learn on my own if not for SheCodes. I'm excited to start next week!

I was able to do some exciting things in Apps Script and play around, but it wasn't until I found SheCodes that my learning experience started to take shape. Building my personal portfolio was both challenging and exciting. Being able to showcase the projects built in the previous workshops makes you feel that you are closer to becoming a front-end developer. This Add-on workshop is a very useful addition to the Plus workshop. It focuses on using libraries and working with time and dates. As in every other workshop, the explanations are clear and the challenges help you to build knowledge progressively.

I really enjoyed the Basics Workshop. It's easy to follow Matt's explanations and together with Athena AI, Slack and Matt's tips to look for information in Google it's easy to problem solve. Now I feel confident that I can complete all of the SheCodes workshops! I've made more happy dances in this past 3 weeks than I had in a long time, it feels great to solve a coding problem!

ThisWorkshop is incredibly well explained. I never thought I would understand coding so fast. Of course it's not easy to learn it but with practice and the challenges you can become better.
I enjoyed this course. Realizing is not THAT hard. Of course requires time to understand all of the features. But realizing you got this. Everyone can do it. I feel proud that after years of saying I am not a tech person, now I know the very basics of coding!
This project was fun to work on. Had a few obstacles to overcome, but was able to move forward and finish successfully. Can't wait to start working on the next workshop. ππ

SheCodes basics was a freshening reminder of the little coding knowledge I had. The way Matt explains things so directly and understandably, with technical but also, very understandable and non-technical explanations, just eased this right in for me. I had a bit of a harder time because of the little time I had to work on this, but as the course progressed, my passion for each challenge and homework increased, until I decided to be creative and have fun with my project as well. It was a challenge, trying to figure out how to exactly turn my idea to life, and I was able to! :) The help of all the tutors, the guide of Matt, and the realization that this is something I want to do from now on led me here, and I wouldn't change it for a thing.
