Great introduction to coding. Loved week 1 , at first struggled with week 2 but at the end it all made sense. Now onto next step.
Participating in shecodes workshops was an amazing experience for me. The instructor Matt Delac's great choice of topics, motivated me to challenge myself, pushing my limits to have a deeper understanding of Version control/Git, Rest API, Data visualization, Responsive design and frameworks.I will highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to pursue a career in Front-end web development.

Great workshop! Learned a lot, also because I sometimes tried stuff before the explanation and only went further when it (finally) worked or I had ran out of ideas of how to make it work. As always, great videos that are easy to follow. Also good to see there are optional parts if you want the extra challenge.
Such a nice approach to learning how to code. The curriculum consistently keeps building up to one big useful projects that constantly and seamlessly combines all the skills and tools that you need to succeed. SheCodes plus was a really fun experience for me and I learned a lot. I am very much excited to now know about all the interesting stuff such as API and GitHub which once seemed too complicated and scary to me! In fact I was so excited that I almost finished my weather app with all features by the sixth week and just followed the videos to make sure I know everything Matt wanted to teach us :)

I really like the workshop. I think it gives people a general overview of how things work and then it is a matter of practice. For my final project, I did a website for my sister that is the entrepreneur of Barro. She lives in Mendoza Argentina, that is why, you will see information in Spanish. For the 3rd question (after clicking on the button) - if the person writes Mendoza, he/she will receive an email with information about face to face and virtual courses. Very comprehensive basic introduction. Information in bite sizes, challenging but doable, so that you can get through it fast without getting too frustrated or bored. Literally learned basic webpage building in a good 3 days. Very pleased with this!

Before enrolling in SheCodes, coding seemed impossible to me. However, SheCodes Basics was a game-changer. The short and clear lessons, along with small challenges, made learning enjoyable and easy. It was a very fun course! I learned a lot about React but I still know what my limitations are. I love how it is self paced, and how much help I get if I am stuck!

Super recommended! Very crystal-clear videos with tons of tips, and tricky yet interesting exercises that force you to think a bit further beyond the lesson.

It's been almost three months since I joined SheCodes and I have completed the basic and plus program, it has been an incredible journey filled with a great deal of knowledge and fun.
This workshop have taken my coding skills to the next level. I am super excited and thankful that I am able to create new stuff and that I can challenge myself to do better.
I feel so happy and motivated to have learned how to code using React. I thinks that the program is very well made and structured, and the projects and exercises are designed to really help to turn all the theoretical knowledge into (very enjoyable) hands-on experience. I definitely feel driven to continue learning and keep working on this field.

The videos are easy to follow and keep you motivated to want to do more. I finished the basic course within a week. That's how fun it was. Can't wait to learn how to do even more stuff with CSS, HTML and JavaScript.

This was a super fun way to learn grids! I've tried learning grids before but it just always seemed annoying and difficult. I'm very proud of what I ended up building and I can't wait to showcase this on my portfolio and show my friends and family what I made thanks to Matt's lovely explanation.
SheCodes has given me a better understanding of coding. After following the Basic course back in 2021, I didn't do anything with my learnt skills. Despite that, I was able to complete the Basic add-on course relatively easily and had a blast during . It's amazing to see that Shecodes is able to quickly offer in-depth insights into coding that will stick with you for years.
It was amazing learning how to code with SheCode, the learning videos were very professional and helpful.
I loved this course, I've tried multiple other courses before but they all got me at learning JavaScript. It all seemed too complicated and there were no videos to help. Matt explains everything in a fun way so now I understand what I am doing and what I need to do to fix problems.

As I took the basics workshop, I believe it covers the basics well. It's also nice that you get extensions so you have more time to learn and grasp the concepts!

After SheCodes Basics, I realized I was motivated to continue learning how to code with SheCodes. Seeing the final project, programming a weather application, seemed like a great challenge for me to expand my coding skills and understand how APIs work. I enjoyed the step-by-step guidance in each video and the exciting background of APIs and applications. I can't wait to continue my workshops!

The SheCodes Basics Workshop was my very first contact with coding in my entire life. I used to believe that learning to code from scratch was impossible. When I first started the workshop, I was completely involved, it was challenging but also quite fun. Matt is an amazing teacher with an excellent teaching method. Last year, I did She Codes Basic. I decided that I want to continue learning. Then, due to personal circumstances I didn't/couldn't continue with the course. However, now I am ready to continue but I was afraid I didn't understand the things I had learned during the first course anymore. I found Basics Add-On a great way to remember the things I've learned during my first course. I really enjoyed working on the Add-On project and learned some new things as well. Can't wait to go to the next course.

After I was finished with SheCodes Plus I moved on to React.js and it was more challenging than I thought it would be (the good kind luckily). Definitely the most challenging workshop so far, but I'm really glad I was able to complete it!
The course was well-organized and easy to follow, especially the videos which are short and precise about the topic. The thing that made this platform unique is the fact that it has it all, like instructors that know the subject area well and explain it well so that everyone can understand within a short amount of time. There are homework's and projects to see your progress, and another platform called slack that help you communicate with other students/peers and the SheCodes team. I learned so much in a short amount of time even though I didn't have any prior knowledge about the subjects (html, CSS and JavaScript) before and now I'm already applying what I learned to my work. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to learn new skills or have new career.
Personally, I enjoyed this course. In the sense that it helps to understand the basics of web development.
