I came to SheCodes as an absolute beginner. The Basics workshop is exactly that, the basics. I didn't think that I would be able to learn the basics in HTML,CSS, and JavaScript in just three weeks. 🙂

I loved this course. Although I new the basics of HTML and CSS already. I still learned a lot of new things through this course.

Easy to understand instruction by Matt! Each step was well explained, would definitely recommend if you have interest in learning the basics.

I all ready knew Some html and css butt i loved to get it fresh in my mind. The video’s and projects where good and easy to follow.

I really enjoyed this workshop and I've learned a lot. I really had fun building projects. Can't wait to learn more.

If you always think that coding is baffling and you do not belong to the coding world, SheCodes can change your mind. This workshop was a great journey for me and I'm looking forward to start the next one. The best part about the workshop is that each topic is divided into short videos and challenges which by completing each of them, you feel accomplished. In other words, it builds your confidence step by step. Matt is a great teacher who makes everything look like a piece of cake. Thank you Matt and SheCodes team for support!

I never ever suspected to love coding. It wasn't until recently, when i discovered "SheCodes" and signed up for the free coding class that i discovered exactly how creative the process of coding really is. I felt excited in a way i never would have imagined and so i signed up for the course. I have a long way to go and i'm in search for a balance between my full time job, after work activities and SheCodes courses now as well. thankfully, Matt created a safe space here on the platform to ask as many questions as you need in order to get where you want to be. And thanks to the entire SheCodes team i was able to follow the Basics course on my own time. I am very excited to continue my journey and i am looking forward to the next course!

I really like this program and it's good that if I have some knowledge I can move with my speed. I just completed my homework on week 1 and week2, but still didn't get any feedback about it, so I can't understand is everything ok. So I like this course and will keep moving with you.

SheCodes Basics is a great way to start your adventure with coding!

I had a lot of fun during the clases even though that i had trouble doingtem on time due to some incoming deadlines.

I really enjoyed this course! It went straight to the point and I could watch it in my own pace. I totally recommend this course to anyone who wants to start coding or wanna refresh their mind on the subject.

Enjoy coding

I just pass through Shecodes basic workshop but I have to admit that this is absolutely what every woman with an interest in coding should experience. It is a journey in which shecodes team accompanies you step by step and support you whenever you need it. I started this journey without knowing anything about coding, and now here I am at the end of the first journey, so excited to start the next workshops. Of course, I strongly recommend shecodes to everyone!

I would recommend these workshops to other but they have to practice and search much.

Everything was great and I really enjoyed learning coding with you.

The workshop was a fun and accessible way to get started with coding! Matt explains everything step by step, making it easy to follow along. I liked the ratio between the theory and the challenges. Another big plus for me was that I was able to work whenever and wherever I wanted to.

I've always wanted to learn how to code but because I was trying to learn it myself, I struggled a lot and as a result I thought I'm just not cut out for this. She codes proved me wrong! I was motivated and I loved learning how to code here and I think She Codes is a great way for beginners to start.

This is a great introduction to coding 👩‍💻. Easy to follow step by step approach, which worked really well for me. I enjoyed the short well targeted lessons that gave me the ability to see myself progress. I am extremely happy😁 that I choose this course .

It was an amazing experience to be able to understand the basic concepts of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within 3 weeks. The lessons are broken down to short and easy to follow videos. This workshop introduced me to HTML, CSS, and javascript. It made me use my time appropriately to learn something fun, practical, and useful. Creating a webpage from scratch was lovely. SheCodes Basics Workshop was a challenging but informative and enjoyable journey. While I still feel I have a lot more to learn, I am much more familiar with the fundamentals of HTML, CSS and Javascript.

I'm really suprized. I didn't expect to learn anything really useful in this course but let me tell you I was wrong. I enjoyed every minute of learning the lessons and practicing . Matt is really a good teacher. He doesn't make things comlicated, and explains everything straight forward with a voice full of compassion. This course gave me lots of self-confidence about this new path that I'v started fearfully. I'm so grateful for the chance that was given to me to participate in this course. I had lots of fun.

I believe this is one of the best courses I have ever taken.

In simple words, I am glad that I joined this program. I have had several web designing projects before but cause I never understood what exactly is going on there, I couldn't deeply connect to UI designing. The final project was the first time I knew what I was going to do and I did it without the desire to break my laptop in the middle of it. Thanks to the great instructor and his wonderful, friendly tips and explanations. I am looking forward continuing this field and start my professional career.

I should admit that workshops are the best in coding classes and the whole classes I have attended. Matt has incredible teaching skills. I have to congratulate the SheCodes team for their fantastic platform and method of teaching coding with short videos, challenges, and solutions.

Hii everyone... it has been over a year that I'm trying to learn how to code and I really like it.But before sheCodes I thought it was a failure.. now it's just about two weeks that I'm coding with sheCodes and it has been AMAZING!! Coding was completely new to me, but I really enjoyed it. I've learned a lot from SheCodes Basics. Everything is explained step by step, but is still challenging which makes is a lot of fun. oh it was a great pleasure for me to start my coding journey with she codes. every lesson had a homework which helped us to engage more with the challenge and learn new things.

I really enjoyed doing the SheCodes Workshops. I always wanted to get into coding but found it too intimidating and didn't know where to start. SheCodes provided me with that structure that I've been searching for. The lectures were short, making it easy to follow and absorb all the information. I particularly liked the project deadlines because they kept me committed and disciplined.

The SheCodes Add-on helped me to easily get back into coding after a break. Fun to play around and combine the things learned in all the previous workshops!

The way the course is designed and Matt's teaching made me even more passionate about front-end development. It's the best workshop experience I've ever had. I just completed the "SheCodes Basics" course and I can't wait to learn more.

When I started my conding journey with SheCodes, I didn't know much about it but my curiosity and interest in new tecnologies broutght me here. Basic Coding(HTML,CSS,JavaScript)

I am working with IT teams but always hesitated about if I should try to code myself. But now I am so glad that I did not miss this chance. Matt's workshops are amazing. Nothing superfluous, overwhelming, as clear, succinctly and comprehensibly as possible for a student of any level.

It took me waaay longer than planned to complete this course, but I gave it my best between my full-time job and personal commitments and hobbies. Despite having extended this journey, the feeling of completion is still highly rewarding. The course is made in a way you can really express your creativity in coding as well as in the app design, which was very nice to experiment with. Moving forward to SheCodes Responsive!

The workshop was educational, reflective and fun. The challenges that were designed in almost every lesson encouraged me to be creative. It's the learning-by-doing approach that I like! It provided me with new set of tools for starting designing my own website. Taking a coding class with Matt was definitely a great experience. I feel like I have strong foundation to start coding, and of course will not stop me to keep learning and progressing. I started from beginner level,but now I have created my first web-page with HTML,CSS and JS!!! It is great, and I am very happy getting new knowledges. I really enjoyed this course. I have a hard time focusing on videos sometimes, but I love that they are very well divided and digestible, so it doesn't feel like too much information. Coding itself is so fun and I appreciate that SheCodes creates such a comprehensive guide to it.

I wasn't sure if coding is something I could figure out but after the online workshop I was very curious. I decided to apply for the SheCodes Basics workshop to see if I could do it. The videos are very clear and I liked the challanges because I could try it myself. I've now completed the Basics workshop and I hope to join the other workshops soon!
