SheCodes Plus introduced more JavaScript capabilities, which is more serious than the previous course. Still, my interest is growing and I try to strike a balance between challenging and achievable. I had to make this course in a longer time due to personal reasons and I am grateful for this opportunity.
The knowledge I gained in the SheCodes Basics workshops helped me get through university, as well as landing a job in my current company. π I decided to broaden my knowledge now to be able to perform better. SheCodes Plus helped me to learn more about front-end development. Iβm excited to use this knowledge in real-life projects now!

It was a challenging but enjoyable experience.
This workshop was definitely more challenging. Having no previous programming knowledge, JS was getting quite overwhelming at times. Nevertheless, with the help of each video, I was thrilled to be able to build my very first app at the end of the course! I'm excited to see what the next workshops bring and I believe with time, it will all become more intuitive.

SheCodes+ course is quite intense, but all things are explained super clearly, which makes learning fun. When I first started the basic course, I was an absolute a beginner. I'm happy that SheCodes platform was the place where I first learned to code. I had all the tools I needed, including the instructor's step-by-step video instructions and challenging assignments that made me to do some research in addition to simply following the example. And I truly appreciated working at my own pace and whenever it was comfortable for me. I look forward to continuing the SheCodes program.

It's an amazing journey that I'm glad I've started and still continue, when I looked at my final project, I couldn't believe that the code was written by me and that the whole process was without pain or tears. These are the words of a 25-year-old who thought, that her potential was tucked away somewhere on top of a closet and forgotten, gathering dust, but it turns out she could start from scratch once again! Finally! I couldn't be happier to have completed this part of the amazing SheCodes workshops. It took me much longer than most people, I was in a really dark place mentally, and even though it was hard, I did keep pushing (pun intented) and I am extremely joyful that I did. I learned so much more about JavaScript, got acquainted with GitHub, Axios and APIs. Understood the importance of an organized code, now I'm confident that the flexibility of the code always comes first and beats aesthetics. I used to self-study CSS, HTML, and JavaScript with FreeCodeCamp. While this provided me with a basic understanding of these languages and made most of the concepts familiar, I must admit that SheCodes made my learning experience more interactive and engaging.
I found this workshop very useful. That was educational, reflective, and fun! It provided me with a new set of good tools for day-to-day situations and gained practical skills and great reference material.
It's great that at the end of this course we have first app in our portfolio and we're learning how to use GitHub and Netlify!
