In the last few months, I got familiar with HTML, CSS and JS. SheCodes Plus is a good upgrade to the Basic program, which helps me understand some principles of coding when hiring developers. The program does not take too much time and you can adapt it to your own rhythm.

As a recruiter with a strong interest in programming, I decided to join SheCodes Basics. This workshop is incredibly user-friendly, allowing you to learn at your own pace and convenience. It's a great starting point and I am super excited to see where SheCodes Plus takes me!

I am glad I decided to start coding with SheCodes! I always thought coding would be impossible for me to understand and now I feel so empowered that I am able to write my own code. Looking forward to continue with the SheCodes Plus workshop.
The Plus workshop is a lot more advanced than the Basic one. However, if you put in the hard work it requires, you end up learning a lot more. Difficult at times, but the SheCodes team is always ready to help you solve certain problems you may come across.
The Add-On Workshop is a great way to expand your knowledge in a very short time. The lessons are clear and simple.

I decided to try the course to gain basic knowledge of programming, to improve my understanding of programming tools and the challenges developers face everyday. I saw this as a way to improve myself as a recruiter and HR person working in tech. These three weeks were fun and very educational, thank you SheCodes team.

I've never seen a better online workshop than this! SheCodes is an awesome platform to start your coding journey. Even with life getting really busy I still managed to complete the course and am looking forward to the next one. SheCodes made coding simple and fun and anybody can do this.

I can't recommend this workshop enough! This was my first introduction into the coding world and it was so much better than I had expected. If I'm being honest, I thought coding would be mundane, possibly even boring, but it's really not. It's exciting and way more creative than I thought. I looked forward to every lesson and learned so much. Not to mention the fact that the entire community is super helpful. I really recommend this to everyone - those who are looking for a new career and those who just want to learn something new :)

Good course for beginners! SheCodes team and SheCodes community are there to support you. I love that this is self-paced learning. All lessons are easy to follow and exercises are well-structured.
Who knew learning could be this fun! These workshops are incredibly well structured and so easy to understand and follow. Doing homework every week after each lesson and voila - you've created a functioning weather app with no prior knowledge of coding. Absolutely amazing!
I tried learning HTML, CSS and JS a few times before. The HTML and CSS part has always been clear to me, but JS was a bit tricky. Matt explains it realy good and I had no problem writing these simple functions. :) It got me really excited for the future and I can't wait to keep learning with Matt and SheCodes.

I really enjoyed SheCodes workshop. I got a lot of knowledge for a beginner. I wish I would have a little more free time to really capture all of this, but I think that this is more than enough for now. The workshop has a really good foundation and support.

I really enjoyed these three weeks of SheCodes workshop. Everybody was really nice ♥ I learned a lot.
I learned a lot of things in a very short time. i liked that we do task and then in the video explained how they were supposed to do.
SheCodes Plus workshop was far more challenging for me but I enjoyed solving the puzzles. I am considering moving to the next workshop SheCodes React.
Had a lot of fun coding and looking forward to next step.
Lovely workshop, I am a complete beginner and I definetly learned a lot, I do however feel that a bit more could be added to the final week.
SheCodes showed me that coding can be fun even for people coming from backgrounds other than computer sciences. The structure of the course, the daily challenges and weekly homework, and constant support by the support team, are just some of the things that made this experience so special. I believe this program is a wonderful initiative in bridging the gender gap in programming, and would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to gain experience in this field.
I had fun learning coding. To make an application from scratch has been a great experience - it was challenging yet super rewarding. I'd highly recommend it to women who love challenges and would like to expand their skillset.
It was great fun completing SheCodes workshop. Was really easy to follow for someone with zero knowledge of coding.

It was amazing experiance. Before I had no idea "What is programming". Now I could set up a basic webpage with html,css and basic JavaScript knowlege. Based on the times (Covid-times) it is perfect time to learn something new and so far I love it!
This is a really well built course for beginners - good structure and explanation, nicely sized learning block, good support via Slack.
I decided to try SheCodes to get an insight into the world of writing software, to understand better the process of writing code and the challenges developers face on a daily basis. I believe it will make me a better HR and recruiter. Since I am continuing with the next stage of SheCodes I also hope it will provide a foundation solid enough to partially transition to QA as well. These three weeks were fun and very educational and I would recommend it to everyone no matter the profession or age.
I have always wanted to learn to code in any way possible, but never knew how or where to start. I know problem of a century. Covid-19 solved this problem for me by giving me time to actually find a course that sounded interesting, and oh boy this past 3 weeks by SheCodes flew by like a lightning. Matt and his team are great and there is a chat support if you need it Thank you Lexi for kind words, questions like: How are you doing with project or homework? I hope that you also have it available after the Corona virus outbreak if possible otherwise I hope to meet you all in person one day. Take care and have fun coding guys!
