I enjoy SheCodes workshops a lot. I sat down and completed the course within less than five days, although the course was supposed to be 3-week long. The instruction was simple and easy to understand. I like the fact that SheCodes provides a challenge right after each lesson, which allows students to apply what they've learned to practice. Additionally, it also provides a support system where you can chat with other students from all over the world or ask the instructor. Highly recommended!

I've had some coding background that I rarely used in my professional life. But I've been in search of a short and structured coding workshop and this was perfect to expand my skillsets quickly. I always wanted to understand coding better but never knew how to start as I am not an autodidact and my experiences thus far with other "beginner" courses, e.g. in university, were very frustrating (for various reasons, among them a fast pace or condescending tone). A colleague of mine recommended SheCodes - and I am very happy to have signed up. The course gave me a great first glimpse into the world of coding and had a very hands-on approach, which made it not only instructive but also a lot of fun! The team is super friendly, joyous and knows how to explain things in an accessible way. The most important part for me was that SheCodes creates an environment in which every question is valid and the general understanding is that everyone can and should be enabled to learn. I enjoyed the weekend workshop very much, didn't stop playing around afterwards and am looking forward to continue coding!

It is one thing to learn coding at home and another to walk down the road alongside many other like-minded people. It was educational and, most importantly, a fun experience. Is isn't easy for first timers, however, but will serve to gauge of our interest to further pursue coding. In my case, it was a resounding "yes!". Highly recommended for all who are curious about programming or wish to partake in a field in great demand.
