Coding with React makes me feel like a magician. SheCodes have helped me reaching a huge milestone of my life which is to learn coding. Difficult concepts are explained step-by-step with challenges and regular datelines that make it easier to follow the schedule and deliver the final projects while having a lot of fun. I love learning at SheCodes! I have recommended more than one student to study here. I used to start teaching JS many times, but I had a hard time understanding the process. Studying here is the best thing you can do when you are starting your education in coding.
Let me start with a little background. I graduated high school in 2011, took 1 recordkeeping and 1 accounting class, and have not touched a computer other than to surf the web since. I currently am self-employed, and run a home cleaning business. Before I started cleaning, I was a stay at home mom for 5 years. I have known that this was not the path I wanted for my life, but I was worried to try something new. A good friend of mine recommended SheCodes to me because I showed some interest in technology. I was nervous because I came into this not knowing ANYTHING about coding. Once I started on my lessons, I really got the hang of it fairly quickly, and it turns out I thoroughly enjoy it! I am so happy to have found SheCodes and everything I have learned so far.

I was looking to enhance my professional skills and a colleague of mine recommended I start learning how to code. I was very skeptical, because I have absolutely no background training in coding!! Some parts of the course pretty challenging, extensive study material and a lot of information to be assimilated, but it was definitely worth the whole time I spent on it. Almost all of the subjects presented and explained in a very clear and understandable way. There is always some support available, in case of getting lost. Also Matt has this typical radio voice, so it is quite pleasant to listen to his video recordings :) Highly recommended!
Matt explains everything in a really accesible way and the team is super helpful. Recommended even if you have no coding experience and regardless of your professional background. Also very manageable while working a full-time job as it is split up in shorts lessons and you can orgainze your own time.

This is really a great introduction to coding! I've gotten an appetite for learning more. It's not too much or too little, but the perfect amount if you want to 'sniff it out'. I exceeded the recommended weekly work hours of 5 though each week, as I kept wanting to learn and understand more - not complaining though, haha!
