I always resisted learning how to code because I thought it would be boring and complicated, but this really changed my mind!
This was a tricky module for me, however I managed to make it to the finish line. As always Matt's videos were clear and informative. I enjoyed this course. Learning the Javascript was difficult at times but this helped me understand more of what developers do. I liked using the API and Github as well.
This project was very challenging, and I wish I had used my own design (but was hesitant in case I messed up terribly LOL!)... but I am pleased with how it turned out. I learned so much coding this project and look forward to creating a website of my own design in the near future!
This was a really fun experience to experiment with AI and see all the work that goes into prompting and generating a response. Learning from these projects, I became excited to work more with AI tools in the future.

I love new adventures and career changes. This is my first time with hands on real coding, it is a lot to learn, but nothing is impossible! There are no regrets, the way the whole bootcamp is set up is all in your hands, the sky is the limit. Motivation is the key.
I'm an Au Pair in the USA, so combining an au pair job with a coding bootcamp can be a challenging but rewarding experience. I always dreamt of a career in tech, but balancing work and learning seemed impossible. Then I discovered the coding bootcamp with flexible schedules. Working as an au pair provided the flexibility I needed to complete the classes at night and dedicate weekends to coding challenges. It wasn't easy, but i was able to push through.

I have always wanted to break into coding. I had heard about SheCodes a while back, but I was in the middle of another career transition then, so I gave up on trying. I decided that I wanted to give coding a try again this year. I was enrolled in another Bootcamp, but as someone with ADHD, the long bricks of text, and non-consistent help, in conjunction with the persistent reminders of deadlines made me nervous and kept me stuck. I took the SheCodes free class and found renewed confidence in my abilities. I IMMEDIATELY switched to SheCodes and have been moving full speed ahead since. The videos break things down into powerful bite-size lessons, but also I am immediately able to practice what I learned right after. I feel like I was always suppose to learn here at SheCodes. I will be continuing with the SheCodes Bootcamp next.

I really enjoy how the concepts were explained and the course was build e.g. with the mix of theoretical video, challenge and homework - it allows students to remobilise what they have learnt without feeling too overwhelmed. Week 1 too me more time than expected so I was a bit worried whether I would finish the course in 3 weeks, but actually week 2 and 3 are less heavy, so all was fine!

I was a little disappointed at first to be building another weather forecast app. Eventually, I was glad I did - it's good to compare your work then and now and to see how you can approach the same project differently. At first, I was initially intimidated by React.js complexity. However, the workshop's well-structured curriculum and hands-on approach made learning React a breeze. All thanks to instructor Matthieu Delac. He broke down complex concepts into digestible chunks. By the end of the workshop, I felt confident in my ability to tackle React weather project independently.

I like Matt's approach to teaching. He shows us some things but then challenges us to try and figure out other things based on what we have learned. For someone who has long been a self-confessed technophobe, I'm surprised at how much I've enjoyed this. Frustrating at times, yes. But I love seeing the immediate result of something I've done. You type a code (a correct code lol) and the page outputs what you've done. And I must say I'm quite happy with my final project!
It was such an amazing journey, learning Java React and more CSS. the lessons are well-constructed and easy to understand and follow. I enjoyed everything I have learned and of course, it was challenging, especially Java but that is the fun part of learning.
