I am honored to have completed SheCodes' full front-end course! It was an amazing journey to change my profession and stay busy during these frightening and unstable times. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from SheCodes, and I encourage everyone to complete this course if you are considering a career in the IT industry with a super interesting and creative work.

I really enjoyed the course. The program was so beneficial, and the lessons were conducted understandably for beginners. This platform allows you to learn new things and try out what you've learned, which makes instruction stick. I have loved every minute of the workshop. Thank you so much for the opportunity. I'm eager to learn more!

The course was broken up into bite-sized chunks that have made it much easier for a total beginner to grasp the concepts taught. I have tried to learn on my own before (and I have been taught by a colleague) and it has been too overwhelming for me to continue. But this has given me the perfect amount of motivation, drive and a bit of deadline pressure to get me to complete the course. Huge thank you.

SheCodes React was very challenging but very fun at the same time. I learned SO much in such a short amount of time and I can't wait to use this knowledge to continue to grow my coding career.

I had so much fun learning to use React, this workshop has helped me deepen my skillset as a frontend developer and has been a great foundation to keep improving!

Really challenging workshop especially with learning how to make the websites responsive but I guess that's why we need to know how to do this. I enjoyed the lessons and am now more confident in building responsive websites.

I learnt so much in this course in such a short period of time!

I've always been afraid of coding & felt I'm not gonna learn it ever! But SheCodes has shown me that it is not impossible. Each lesson covers several new things but finishes before you get bored and I think this is the golden point. So happy to start this journey.

Thanks to the Delac Foundation that gave me this opportunity to be in this workshop. It was incredible! I've never imagined how interesting JS would be, also Matt (the instructor) teach every subject plainly so that everyone can learn and understand in the best way.

Admittedly, I was a little overwhelmed at first. However, while I was working on the project, I felt like all of the elements I had learned during the course came together. Creating content about material that I am knowledgeable of pushed me to develop a page that I am proud to share.

I found this course to be pretty fun. But it's definitely pretty fast paced. I would've struggled if I hadn't already learned some basic html and CSS through other platforms. But I really enjoyed all the challenges and homework. I felt like with other platforms I was just coding along and doing what the instructor did. This platform allows you to learn and try out what you've learned, which is what makes instruction stick. I'm excited to go through to the next few workshops!

I am a recent graduate with a BFA degree. I realized I wanted to learn more coding (as in UX/UI) and hopefully become Front End Developer. I was unsure about SheCodes, but took the leap of faith. Totally worth it. I love everything about SheCodes, I always feel motivated coming here to learn and play with my creativity!

I really had so many pre-conceptions about coding! Luckily I joined Matt's free introductory talk and I was hooked. I decided to give it a go and see learning programming as learning any other language (which I really love, and I'm good at), and it worked. Though challenging, I'm loving the process and all the growth I can see myself gaining. Definitely recommended.

I had so much fun doing this project and learned so much throughout this workshop. I had tried coding before but unfortunately, I would always find it boring, Thankfully Shecodes made the learning process fun and interesting. Now I am looking forward to starting Shecodes plus. I have enjoyed every second of this course. I started to gain interest when I joined my current job at a tech firm but working in a different function. I have loved learning this new skill and cannot wait to complete more courses. Matt explains everything really well in a way that it doesn't feel scary and is understandable. SheCodes has been the best path for learn coding for me! I did not have this much fun learning coding during my first Computer Science course in college. The classes are easy to follow and even a busy mom like me can work with the self paced curriculum. I this course, I learned some tips specially in working with VS Code. Also cheat sheets are useful for every newcomer programmers like me.

I never thought i could come near coding because i use to believe it's for people who are good with formulas haha just hearing javascript i feel sick so i feel am only good with Nutrition 😂 Before now i couldn't write a single line of code but see what i have built in 3 weeks of learning with Matt! This was a fun workshop to learn how to create a responsive site with multiple pages! I created my portfolio to showcase my projects with the skills I learned in this workshop. Cannot wait to add more to my portfolio!

I was looking to broaden my current skills and become more marketable when I found SheCodes. I was able to learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while working full time at my current job. The flexibility, support, and videos really set SheCodes apart from other bootcamps. I highly recommend this bootcamp for anyone looking to learn the basics of coding and wants to land a career in tech!

I completed the initial Basics workshop and decided to keep going with SheCodes Max. The Basics Add-on was the next step. I loved learning more fun CSS & JS properties that I can apply to my next projects and challenge landing pages to spruce them up!

This program was super flexible and convenient. It truly helped me get over my fear of learning to code and broke down the process in a way that was easy to understand and engaging but still challenging. Each correctly completed exercise that preceded built my confidence for the homework submissions, and the homework submissions made the final project that much easier to complete. I am eternally grateful to have followed through with SheCodes!

Good introduction into coding, good learning resources

Great workshop! Nice to learn more about how designs are made through programs such as Figma and how to code websites with purely using HTML and CSS without Bootstrap

This is an amazing course, I have learned so much in so little time, and Matt is an excellent teacher. Because of his amazing teaching style, I am able to learn individual concepts and put them to use in different ways. Everything has been clicking so well. I am loving this process!

I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to gain knowledge of responsiveness on different devices, especially using Bootstrap, which seems to be a skill currently in high demand. It's a great opportunity to make your portfolio while you're learning, then you can use it as soon as you're done with your learning process to apply for jobs. Great job SheCodes!

SheCodes Basics was a good introduction to the world of coding. I appreciated all the challenges along the way. Being able to watch tutorials and then put those ideas into action really helped me learn. The projects and homework were my favorite because I felt like those allowed me to create and problem solve independently. Great course so far - looking forward to what is next.

This course was amazing because it takes you by the hand and teaches you how to code, step by step. I love the Matt features in the course videos, making the learning fun. However above all, the course is well structured so it is easy to get inspired and implement the techniques. All in all, I expended a great time during this course.

SheCodes lessons are easy to follow and understand even for someone who have never coded before! Thank you, I learned alot!

I loved this workshop, I was able to learn so much about the job market. I wasn't feeling too confident about looking for a job before taking this workshop but now I feel way more confident!

React was certainly more challenging but in a good way. You get to see the difference between each workshop. React is more complex but Matt guides you and explains every single step for the projects. You get to learn and understand the each step for the components and every code. Also, the slack channel also helps you understand and add any new code you like to add to your project.

This program is easy to follow and the instruction is great! Even during the more difficult courses, Matt's explanations and examples make the information far less intimidating. I also like that we are doing real-life applications of the programs/languages during the courses. The programming cheat sheets, color gradients, etc., were an unexpected find but are super helpful and easy to navigate. Coding was something I always wanted to do and thought I could learn on my own, but as a mother of two young children, a workshop such as this is exactly what I needed to help me stay accountable, organized, and motivated to become certified as a Front-End Developer.

I really enjoyed the workshops. I would love to learn everything about Java with SheCodes!

In these three weeks I learned a lot. I totally recommend it!

I would say that the "she codes" workshop was terrific. I loved the workshop environment, the teaching method, and the exercises. I highly recommend "she codes" to everyone I know who has a passion to learn to code.

This workshop has been most helpful in learning the basics of coding. I love there are bite-sized lessons, challenges, and homework so we can integrate the material we learn. It doesn't take too long to complete and the information needed is all within the workshop.

I kept seeing people post about the SheCodes workshops anytime I looked up coding workshops. I am so glad I decided to join the SheCodes community. The lessons were very informative and easy to follow. I love that there was a challenge after the lessons. I had a lot of fun learning React and working on two different projects. Although it was challenging at times, I am so happy with all I have learned and what I was able to create using React.

Loved everything I learned in this course! I know so much more about API's and how to use a repository/how to host your code on a server. Additionally, I enjoyed the advanced coding on how to organize my code to different locations on a page, and use of containers.

I have a digital marketing degree but have always wanted another skill to distinguish myself from others. Hence, I have taken up coding despite having no prior experience. This course has really helped me improve and refine my capabilities as a beginner coder and I could not be happier! Javascript was a bit trickier and sometimes frustrating, but it was the right kind of difficult to help one improve upon their skills. The videos from lessons were always detailed and easy to follow as well. In the worst-case scenario, the Slack group was very useful in me solving any difficulties I had. There are many tools at one's disposal in the event that they are stuck on anything. I learned a lot in the past couple of weeks and would recommend this course to anyone wishing to learn code!

SheCodes Plus is the perfect course for anyone who wants to learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The lessons follow a logical structure and it was nice to get to build my own weather app one step at a time.

The shecodes workshop basic was absolutely amazing for people who want to learn coding and the instructor ,Mr.Matt is actually fluent in teaching technical lessons and I could learn html and css and java basics which never going to be forgotten 😀 . I have tried to learn to code a couple of times before but could never get into it. I signed up for SheCodes Basics on a whim, thinking a little bit of HTML knowledge might help me in my current role, but I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did - so much so that I am seriously considering changing careers! The way it is taught makes all of the difference. Short, well-explained, bite-sized lessons followed by practical exercises really help solidify what you are learning and make it fun and interesting. Plus, no maths in sight! I could not recommend the course enough!

SheCodes is brilliant! This course is challenging but so well constructed, I really didn't believe how much I could learn in such a short period of time.
