Learning never exhausts the mind
This course really opened my mind that everybody can try something new and if you will try hard and you like it, you will finally succeed. There are lots of things ahead to learn, but I can see the list of them now and at least I can create a planβΊ.
She codes it's amazing to start learning the basics!!
The whole material was fascinating and useful. You learn something small from the every single video and then suddenly in the end of the week you realize that you can actually program the REAl-DEAL web-site with buttons, links and interactions!
I absolutely loved working with SheCodes and I've learnt how to do basic coding. I look forward to doing more coding in the near future!
Great 8 weeks of learning! I really enjoyed the course and way how material is presenting. It was just the right mix of theory and practice.

I really enjoyed this course! I think it's great for people like me who are not able to concentrate for a really long period of time. The lessons were short and easy to understand, while the little coding projects were really fun. This is the first course that I actually ever finished, and let me tell you I learned a lot of new things. I really recommend this workshop to people who want to try something that sparks their creativity while also teaching them new things.
At some points it was quite challenging to understand. But as you move forward, you begin to understand the logic. Good that everything is based on practice where you can learn with small steps.

Although challenging at times, this was an amazing way to dive into learning how to code. Matt and his team and as well as all the SheCodes students on Slack were just so helpful every step of the way! I would feel overwhelmed at times but I always ended up understanding how to do it every time. I am so proud of myself for building this weather app from scratch and can't wait to tackle other things! Thank you Matt and SheCodes team for providing me a fun and amazing opportunity!
This workshop was really awesome, I learned how to make my projects responsive and SEO friendly. All information was clear. So now I'm looking forward to continue course and to start learning React.
I had a lot of fun and I was surprised how easy I was able to learn, I think Matt might be part of it, the is straight forward and easy to understand. I like how SheCodes also has a lot of tools to help you find the right color palettes, gradients, etc, it is very helpful, specially if you are not someone super creative like I am. This course is amazing because it takes you by the hand and teaches you how to coding step by step and start your career as Front End Developer. The course videos making the learning easy and fun . The course is well structured and easy to understand.

SheCodes is a great initative to learn and understand coding. It has a great format which makes it possible to learn coding next to your full-time job. The Basic course was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to the Plus sessions.
The first week was so my favourite, I learned sooo much in such a short amount of time. I'm not sure what I expected going into this but didn't expect to make such a beautiful final project.
I've had so much fun learning new skills and improving my existing ones. I can't say it was easy, some task were pretty challenging but solving them and seeing what I can do now was so worth it. I can't wait to continue my coding journey!
I learnt a great deal during this workshop. For anyone interested in getting a taste of coding, SheCodes is a great place to get started!

I really liked all the SheCodes Workshops! I am really grateful for this entire journey, although I still feel like I know nothing about coding! There is so much more to learn about it. Anyways I feel confident, that I can achieve learning a lot of other things about coding! Doing the SheCode basic course has helped me to test and prove that this world is interesting for me and that it can be "within my reach and capabilities" if there is routine and effort. It is an interactive and useful way to learn the basics of web development, which can be applied in the future to any project I have in mind.
A perfect introduction to coding! A great course for a quick or slow learner as you can do it on your own phase. Great challenges every week to test your understanding of HTML, cc and js.
I liked the training very much. Matt is very accessible in expressing his thoughts in the video. You need to prepare that most of the information will need to be learned on your own. The most important thing is to practice after each lesson. Thanks for the lessons.
I loved that I could fit this course around my full-time job and other micro-credentials. I really feel like I have the confidence to learn more and be successful at it!
I'm nowhere near the end is what I told myself a few months ago and today, I am proud to announce I have been able to complete my final project for this workshop. Learning the skills I need to nurture my career in tech has been a source of motivation for me. Although I have a long way to go, what matters most in everything is to trust and enjoy the process and you would definitely achieve great results!

I am so grateful to SheCodes team for these courses. I started my coding journey 7 months ago thinking that I would never be able to understand the complexities of code and now I learned so much and gained so much in autonomy over the last months that I feel that I can go further on my own. SheCodes taught me something essential that I use in everything I do, being able to troubleshoot yourself. I tried to apply that along the whole cours but when I had a more serious issue, the SheCodes team was there to help. Wish I could continue on this journey even further with them but I managed to get to the end and I'm so proud and thankful to all of them. Big up to Matt once again who is the best teacher I ever had!

SheCodes Responsive was exactly what I needed to fully engage with and practice the information learned in the previous course: SheCodes Plus. It also allowed me an opportunity to build a portfolio page that I plan on sprucing up and showing potential employers. JavaScript is challenging, I'm still in the process of learning many new things. That is a great course, which allows you to master many essential skills. Not just create an HTML page and style it with the help of CSS, but to know how to host it, and how to implement API.
It is so amazing how a simple course can change your life and make you discover a new passion. I hope coding changes my life! Thanks to SheCodes I learned the basics of front end development, which led me to find the job I wanted. SheCodes led me along this wonderful coding path and made me discover a real passion. I am ukrainian girl and I have just started to learn coding with SheCodes. I like traveling, taking photoshoots and playing with my two kids.
Now I can make a simple site with a button that can have some functions. I have learned the basics of HTML, CSS, and some JS.
I really enjoyed SheCodes Plus, coding was challenging at times, of course, but the simple explanation from Matt, transformed the journey into something fun. I'm happy with my choice to enroll in this course and to learn such technologies as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, or as I like to say, discovering the secrets of this magic world. React was definitely the hardest one of all the four courses I've done with SheCodes! I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone that wants to learn a new and interesting framework, and honestly wants to use it later, in the end when we understand it can make our life easier.

I've been learning frontend basics on HTML, CSS & Javascript. Really appreciate the efforts from SheCodes' teams for making such highly structured courses. Concepts are explained very clearly and I am now able to build my own projects (e.g. currently a page recording my learning journey of pilates) with interactive elements via Visual Studio Code.
SheCodes opened a new world for me. I never wanted to learn how to code because I had the idea that it was tedious and complicated. Now I love it and can't wait to code my next project. I still have lots to learn about coding, but now I am super excited about it.
Matt's tutorials are super clear and straightforward. I haven't had too much trouble following and I really enjoy the process of figuring things out and making things work. I have learned a great deal through my SheCodes Plus workshop, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in coding!
Likes the workshop, a few doubdts are still remaining, but I beleive they will be resolved in the advanced learning. Being able to create a page from scratch is a big proud of myself :)
I enjoyed the course and spending time figuring out how to make the weather app looks great and function well. One of the things I really like about this workshop is that Matt has mentioned how we should code within our capability and best knowledge, and not to over complicate our codes. There is more to learn and challenge ourselves in the days to come, less is always more. It is a good platform for everyone in every place and age to learn html, css, and javascript coding. Since you could have your own website hosted on a sever and let other people to browse it, I am super engage it finishing this fantastic workshop. I sincerely look-forwarded and wanted to enhance my skills in another workshop here!

SheCodes guided me through some muddy waters in React, and without Matt's guidance, this would have taken me a lot longer to learn and many more broken API keys would be mine.
This one was definitely a challenge. It goes more in-depth than the introductory course so it took me longer than I thought. I kept working on my project little by little, kept rewatching the old videos when needed and kept coding. So in my own tempo, I've graduated and now feeling confident and curious to play with my code, to learn more. And I've also found new friends through SheCodes community. What a success!
