I really enjoyed this workshop. The lessons were clear and easy to follow. Although I already had some coding experience, I learned some new and interesting things. I liked being able to challenge myself with my final project. Looking forward to the next workshop!

I was a bit nervous diving into React, but this workshop made it a breeze! The weather app project was simplified, and breaking it into different components not only organized the code but also made it way easier to grasp. I genuinely enjoyed the workshop and learned a ton. If you're thinking about it, I highly recommend giving it a shot!

The basics coding workshop offered a practical and straightforward introduction to web development fundamentals. The content was well-paced and easy to understand. The final project was an amazing opportunity to visualize my own creative ideas through code.

Easy to follow, but still challenging!

I enrolled in SheCodes Max to have the complete experience from learning to getting ready for a job. I recommend it to all of those people that are sure that want to pursue a career in Development but don't have any idea how to start or how to get the first job after. Here the path is really easy to follow and you have the backup of your class colleagues and the SheCodes Team all the time, as a first experience is really nice because you don't feel alone or lost. Now, is the time to keep practicing and learning but I can say that the basic knowledge I get it from a really nice Academy.

All courses are well explained and easy to understand. the exercises are fun and challenging. It is possible to repeat all courses in order to repeat and improve codes. 🖥️ The Basics Add on course repeats and expands knowledge from the Basic course. The time can be freely allocated. In short 😉: I would highly recommend SheCodes! 🙂 🚀

The SheCodes Basic Course not only demystified coding concepts with its well-structured curriculum but also fostered a supportive community, giving me the confidence and skills to navigate the world of programming.

I have wanted to learn to code for a long time and SheCodes Basics was the perfect place to start. It is beginner friendly and kept me engaged the whole time. Especially the homework was really fun and made me fall in love with coding. It made the time fly by. Matt is a great teacher and I look forward to the next course.

For a long time i wasn't sure what i wanted to do and i tried so many things. I knew always that my love was towards computers and technology. I tried a couple of times to learn programming by myself, but sadly it was so overwhelming and chaotic. Also i didn't have anyone to share my questions or my troubles which made it very frustrating and underwhelming. After 2 years and my life being not very easy i was thinking about my future and what i really love. And the answer was always there: Coding. But i was afraid and i didn't know how to start, till i found out about SheCodes and this amazing community with a really friendly CEO and an incredible teacher, Matt, who helped me found my passion again and this time in a very solid way. My journey won't stop here with the Basic Course, rather the opposite. My journey has just started. ☺

This course was amazing at quickly and efficiently teaching all the basics of coding websites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It uses the newest versions of everything to always stay up to date, and if you were ever stuck on a challenging task, the Team was always there to help! :)

I like it a lot, very awesome! I have already some knowledge with the basic coding before I registered for SheCodes, I had a big fear that it's gonna be such wast of time, but I was totally wrong, the course was super fun, and Matt had explain everything in a very simple way, makes me believe that I can do it. also my whole life I was nurse and working in Hospitals. I never had work or learn anything about coding before last year, when I decided to give it a chance, and after maybe one or two months I gave up. The time flew and I finished my 8th Workshop. I should say that React was the hardest Workshop, but thanks to the SheCodes Team, the colleagues in Slack who answered all my questions and more, and of course Matt who explained really well, the end was really nice to learn. For someone without any Tech background, almost 40 years old, I could say that I recommend SheCodes for all the women who want to have all the ground knowledge about Front End. The best investment in my education, career, and future. I can only say THANKS A LOT!

There is always One more thing to learn. Falling down is no shame, but staying down. I'm so grateful for this chance!

I'm glad I learned how to style a page using vanilla CSS, but I'm also glad Bootstrap exists lol

I loved working on this project so much that I'm seriously thinking of keeping the page as a personal blog. Every technique I used, both new and previously learned, was invaluable in giving the project my own personality. I recently completed the SheCodes basic course, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A few years ago, I embarked on an computer science degree. This left me with some coding experience, but not in the areas of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that are so essential in web development. I feel more confident in my ability to create websites and work on coding projects, which brings me one step closer to achieving my goal of working in the IT field. Hard to believe that I have good results))))

The weather app was interesting and fun to build. I learned a lot. The structure of the course was sometimes confusing though which may have been due to the course being updated while I was in the middle of it.

For anyone who wants to start learning code, this workshop is very usefull. You will be challenged with different exercises, and everything is well explained, homework and deadlines are good for keep focus)

There were some insights that I can use in the future for my application process, such as the Chrome extensions and the event pages.

This add-on course: SheCodes Responsive is a good practical exercise of what we have learned so far, and that is making the website responsive to different media sizes.

This was so much fun! I loved how the lessons built on each other, and the exercises were short steps so I could follow very well how it all came together! It was a relief to be able to get one extension, as I needed to spend more time on some exercises, and now I believe I got what it takes to continue!

I learned so much in this workshop in such a short time. I couldn't have done that in any other course. The structure of the lessons is so understandable and that makes it a lot of fun to work on the challenges and homework. I can hardly wait to start my last part of the workshop and at the same time I think it's a shame that this journey will soon be over.

One more awesome lesson with Matt. I've learned all these new techniques about React. Many thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I had so much fun during this workshop. I found myself excited to log on and learn and practice instead of Netflix and chill at night after work. I have so many ideas of things that I'm interested in doing with this new knowledge and will absolutely be continuing my journey with SheCodes!

With the techniques and tools used in this course, I learned how to build a simple and elegant portfolio, in which I can put my projects and share them with future clients.

I had lot's of fun completing weekly challenges and the project. The biggest advantage of this course is that you can postpone a submission date and study with your pace.

Sometimes it was difficult, it took a lot of time to figure out some details, although the material was presented well and clearly. Even though it wasn't easy, I received an incredible pleasure from the result and the process. Thanks to SheCodes for such a cool opportunity.

As an informations designer I've always wondered how my designs come to life when developers take what I've prepared on figma or other prototyping software and translate it into a working program or interactive medium. Understanding the basics of coding was a logical first step to take. I found the course very helpful and am looking forward to taking a deeper dive into the world of coding.

Before I started the SheCodes workshop, I was looking for a task in which I could immerse myself and get into the flow. And I know that I have definitely found that in coding now. The workshop was very good structured and the topics easy to understand and to learn. Especially the SheCodes AI Assistent helped me a lot to understand my mistakes and to improve my codes very fast. I am really happy for finding this wonderful online workshops and can highly recommend it.

Challenging and interesting course on the way to learning web-development with React and NPM. Also it gives an opportunity to compare strong and weak sides of development in pure JS or using React components.

I can't imagine learning at the same pace at any offline coding school. I can't recommend SheCodes enough!
