I have always had a passion for technology and how it makes our life easier. It's been my dream to pursue a career in the AI field, for which coding knowledge is obviously needed. Before learning about SheCodes, I thought coding was complicated and unachievable. However, thanks to SheCodes, now I feel encouraged to continue to be involved in coding lessons and get the best out of them.

I have been always interested in discovering how things work at the backend of the websites, and this introduction course was a perfect demonstration of how each webpage that we navigate is built. I realized it is a lot of precise work of front-end developers but it is also very creative and exciting. The skills I acquired during this workshop will definitely help in my career path.

Learning with Matt was a very unique and thrilling experience. While learning how to code, I felt like I was at a chemistry lab mixing it all up, testing and then Voila; magic happens. It was an easy introductory course to learn from scratch how to interact with HTML, CSS and Javascript. Concepts are clear and you can organize your time in order to repeat the lessons as many times as needed.
It's been a great course, learnt new and more challenging stuff that helped me built an app from scratch! If you asked me 1 year ago if I would ever be able to code, my answer would have probably been "no way, I could never do that!". The lessons are easy to follow, even with no previous knowledge. Matt explains everything very well, getting to the point very quickly. It's flexible so you can really learn on your own rythm, but with deadlines so you commit to it. I also got help very quickly on Slack. So overall, a very good experience!

IΒ΄m in love with coding. It has been quite a challenge but each day IΒ΄m learning more. I enjoy the classes, they are easy to understand and I like how Matt guides us through each step and gives us tips to go on our own and trust our research instincts.
Coding was always something I had in mind, but didn't know where to start stuying. As an Industrial Designer I have always designed products for the fashion industry, but I had never gone digital, until 3 weeks ago that I discovered this unlimited field. I am very exited to see what is coming next!
I would recommend SheCodes to anyone interested in learning coding. The workshops, apart from everything being well-explained, are really fun. 300% better than what I was expecting. I worked the course around working and having a new baby. It's a flexible and informative course with all the support necessary.
With the SheCodes Plus workshop I have been able to expand my knowledge of HTML, Java Script and CSS. It has required a lot of concentration and time of dedication but it has been worth it. All the videos, slack channels and information sources available have been of great help. I will certainly continue this path of learning.
I have enjoyed the rate at which the videos/classes are given, how specific they are and how they are divided into pieces of information in order for beginners to understand and get a good grasp on things. It is repetitive in the sense that you are building slowly to achieve a final goal at the end of every week, which is PERFECT for learning coding. I have no background in coding and I feel that now with SheCodes Basics I have a better understanding on what it is and how to read it, I feel that with the knowledge that I acquired I can easily create some simple newsletters for example. To start learning about coding was a personal (and professional) challenge. During these 8 weeks I actually had fund and learned a lot doing so. I would recommend this workshop to anyone willing to learn about coding! I work as a Technical Support Engineer and now, more than even, I feel even more ready to apply the knowledge I acquired in my day to day tasks.

I wouldn't have imagined that I would enjoy it so much! It's just so amazing to train our brain to work in a different ways. It felt like html, css and js were different layers and parts of me, and how beautiful it is to see them dancing together into a landing page.

This workshop has really helped me to have an overview of the coding world. It seemed like a lot at first but thanks to the way the lessons are explained it becomes easier. Everyone who is thinking of teaching how to code should follow SheCodes example. It is designed for you to learn at a fast pace but understanding every little thing every step of the way while creating your own project. I have done every SheCodes workshop available and cannot get enough. If there would be a new one some time from now I would also be doing that one.
