I have enjoyed this course very much, at the final challenge I kept getting angry at myself as I kind of want to do things that I havent learned yet, so this has me very motivated to continue learning to code :)

I had a lot of fun learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with SheCodes! All the little tasks and weekly projects keep you focused and motivated so you can learn a lot in a few weeks.

I have very much enjoyed this workshop. I took other courses before, but it was never so easy to understand the basic concepts of CSS, HTML and JavaScript. I highly recommend it to all those who want to learn these concepts in a very smooth process. Very fun!

I have enjoyed the SheCodes Plus workshop. I had little knowledge of JavaScript and I have learnt a lot in a few weeks. Matt's lessons are clear and interesting. I can't wait to learn more and complete the React workshop too!

I had a really fun time learning to code with shecodes. At times it was frustrating but the end result was great. I did the course with my sister and doing the course together was a great bonding time while being apart during the pandemic. I loved working on my final project and I feel happy with the end result.

Once again, I would really thank all the SheCodes team for their work. This second workshop has been more challenging for me, but I managed to complete it. Mostly thanks to Joao's patience with my doubts and the overall structure of the course that is very flexible.

This workshop was so cool! Deeply educational, the tasks and projects are not very hard to achieve, and yet challenging, which is the perfect mix! It really follows the 'baby steps' principle (very important in my opinion.) I totally recommend this for anyone who wants to learn code.

This has been such an amazing experience! Never have I imagined I would actually find coding easy and fun. Such a well structured workshop, each homework makes you feel accomplished and motivated to learn more. Matt is a great teacher! It's been an interesting and powerful ride! SheCodes opened a whole new world for me, one I had been wanting to visit for a very long time. Now I can't wait to travel deeper into it.

SheCodes is a wonderful workshop that helps to understand the basics of coding. From the very first Lessons, it opens the doors to a whole new world. I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone that would like to get a first sight of what is coding like and what is possible to create with it. I'm happy to say that, now, I know that coding has little to do with maths and more to do with being organized, imaginative and creative.

Coding first caught my interest a few years ago when I realised it was all about languages. Having studied Philology myself at university I became quite fascinated but at the same time saw it as something completely outside my understanding. I thought one needed to be a Software Engineer to even start to understand coding. Also, with no women references around me it was even more alien to me. Then, whilst scrolling around I stumbled across SheCodes and had a little peak at their website. It suddenly appeared something a bit less alien and so I decided to watch Matt's webinar and here I am... It is so much more creative than I had imagined. So far I am in love with coding and I am eager to continue learning! I can't wait for new challenges. Bring it on!

This course is very interesting and easy to follow. I'm happy I decided to learn how to code with SheCodes.

I didn't think I was wired to be able to understand or write code but this workshop proved me wrong! The lessons are broken up in a way that's really easy to understand, and there's ample opportunity to practice what you learn. Little has been said about how gratifying it is to fix a coding bug or when you get a function to do what you want it to. I had a lot of fun in this Intro to Coding workshop and would definitely recommend it to others!

I really enjoyed my three-week course at SheCodes. I started the course because I wanted to know if coding could be something I enjoyed, and to learn something new. I have found the methodology of the course particularly good to learn. The structure between informative videos and challenges to be completed peak your interest and help you learn at an adequate pace. I also feel the content of the 3-week course was adequate for complete beginners to immerse themselves into coding, but at a level that anyone dedicating a bit of time could follow. I would definitely recommend SheCodes for people that want to start their coding journey.

Although some classes were quite intense, the course has been easy to follow. The challenges kept me motivated and inspired; after all, coding is a game in which your creativity and analytical skills are put into practice. Thanks to this experience I could unlock an exciting path in the tech industry, and grow one of the most demanding skills nowadays. The course has undoubtedly changed my perspective on the world of coding. Looking forward to sign up for SheCodes+ sometime in the future!

This has been an awesome experience! Very challenging but fun all the way. I can finally say I am a coder!

After seven years working for big corporations in logistic I have started my biggest project which is my family. I have two wonderful little kids which are actually owners of all my time. I am looking for new challenges in new areas (not to become completely crazy ) and coding was one of the things which I have always wanted to learn. Shecodes provides a program which is perfect for busy woman like all mothers are. I am super happy that i have decided to invest into that workshop. I am going to continue in studying because I find this area perfect for my future career.

The classes are very well explained, and I love that you can go back to all of the videos in case you missed something, and that you can do it in your own time. Also I find it great that there is a video for the solution as well, so you can compare what you did.

The course was easy to follow. It was very understandable. I really enjoyed it. I am excited about the next workshop! Highly recommended!

Matt's lessons feel very entertaining and thanks to the course organization (short videos with explanations + homework), you feel so empowered and see amazing results in just a few weeks! I'm really enjoying this workshop and I'm so glad I joined :)

I couldn't be happier with SheCodes. The speed of every class is perfect: Matt explains everything step by step, he makes very clear why each piece of code is important, and his classes are full of tips on how to clean it up and understand it when you read it again. They are divided by chapters with clear names, so you can always check it and have it right there whenever you have doubts about how you did it the first time. Class after class you can see your evolution and each time you can challenge yourself. In the moments in which I have felt that I couldn't do it (which surprisingly have been only a few), I always have known that I would find an answer either on the internet with the multiple tips and keywords that Matt suggested; in slack with other students who have had the same or very similar problem; or with João's help, as helpful as always!! I really really couldn't be happier! Next step: React!💪

Totally amazed. When i first took the example class, i was dazzled. The instructor made coding look so easy that I couldn’t believe it. I thought you needed to be a mini Einstein in order to know how to code. I was reluctant but I gave it a shot with the 3 week workshop and I am glad I did. SheCodes workshop has been a great experience! I had never coded before and I was scared it would be a nightmare, but SheCodes made me feel excited to learn, with lessons which were easy to follow, enough practice exercises (with explained solutions), while still being challenging.

I'm so glad that I had the determination to initiate this course! It's been years ago since I felt curious about coding but never felt it was the right moment and I dind't know where to start. Like most people, I had the idea that it was a difficult and innaccessible subject, plus, my area of study is not related to it (psychology). But this course is so well structured and the lessons are so clear that it made me realize it is possible to understand the basic principles and enjoy it. In summary, I think I've learnt something really worthy and as my limiting beliefs faded I feel encouraged to continue my journey in the world of programming!

I had so much fun doing the workshop. Even though coding was a new world for me, Matt made it so easy to understand. I loved it! I must admit I got frustrated at times, but I mostly had a lot of fun and learnt so much in such a short time! I'd definitely recommend it, and I've actually already done so! :)

Very clear and objective video lessons and learning format/tool. And well explained content. Of course, at the end of the course, some topics (which are more complex) still need to be deepened and the review and continued practice is necessary, after all, a different and new content for me. But it provided a very good level to start creating independent projects!

I always felt curious about coding world. Nowadays I work full time (in a completely different field) and I don't have much time for myself. This coding bootcamp it's been an amazing introduction to coding. If you are not sure (like me) if coding world is for you, this bootcamps is really helpful. Easy explanations and challenging exercises that will lead you to know more about coding. Thanks to shecodes I feel I've discovered a totally new hidden skill. I'm eager to beggin the next workshop!

I enjoyed every second of this workshop. Even with the challenges I have encounter, I did not wanted to stop coding. It felt like an addiction. No matter how hard the topic might be, Matt makes it super comprehensible and you end up building and coding stuff that you never thought would. Gotta give it to Matt and his team for helping me through the entire process with issues/questions I may have had. It was a super and exciting ride. I am still not done since I have to continue with the react workshop now and cannot wait!

This course is wonderful, you overcome the fear of coding in a very practical and didactic way. The teacher's explanations are excellent and at a pace that neither bores nor loses you. The support in the chat is also constant and very friendly. Without a doubt, a good choice that I would recommend to my friends.

I was so impressed by the free 60-minute SheCodes introduction and learned a lot from that alone. It was an easy decision to go forward with the Basic Coding workshop. I've found the SheCodes Plus course very helpful and inspiring. I've always been curious about trying coding, although I was scared it would be too complicated and even boring. But SheCodes showed me the contrary, it's actually fun! Matt explains everything very intuitively with detailed steps so if you are a newbie in coding you'll get the content very fast, and you'll get instant help along the way.
