SheCodes is engaging, understandable and challenging! This has been my first experience with coding and I am eager to sign up for SheCodes Plus to build on what I have learnt on the Basics course. I totally recommend SheCodes as a helpful, approachable and worthwhile (and fun!) course for beginners!

I would highly recommend the SheCodes Workshops!! Everything is well explained and broken down into short videos, so you don't get overwhelmed. What's more, you can apply what you learn, on the coding challenges, which helps you understand everything so much better. I am really enjoying the workshops and I cannot wait to continue with more.

The SheCodes React course was the most difficult and I still have a lot to learn; however, it was informative and tons of fun building new sites. I hope to change careers in the near future. It was a great course to start coding and gain more profound insight. I loved all the videos that explained in detail each step and all the exercises. Plus, I had a lot of fun doing the weather app. Would recommend it to anyone!
I enjoyed it, the photo gallery and dark mode features are really cool. They seemed complicated at first but then with some repetition through the exercises, it all became clear. It was fun!
After months of trying to learn web development on my own, I realised there was way too much information out there for me to know what was important or not for a newbie like me. After months of trying to figure things out the best I could I finally joined SheCodes and after having done the first workshop I already know it was the best decision ever. Matt knows what we should know to begin with, he knows how to spread the knowledge in all these lessons depending on the level we are in at that moment. Amazing course! I thought that in the end, I'd be able to understand a basic HTML code when I saw it. However, I had no idea I would be able to create a webpage myself. Now that I know it's not magic, but hard work, I'm willing to learn much more.

After completing all of the SheCodes coding workshops, I felt a bit uncertain how to proceed. Learning React is not easy, but in this workshop I started to get a grasp of some of the principles while building the project. I have done several SheCodes workshops in the past, and this was, once again, a very pleasant experience. Everything was explained in a very detailed way, and the challenges were just right in terms of difficulty. Thank you for a very nice workshop!

Very clearly explained, easy to follow for people that do not have any knowledge on coding and if necessary help is available, which is great. Also love the challenges after each new topic to pratice them directly, and in the end the homework to summarize all the info.
It has not been easy but totally worth it! I feel more and more confident every week and super eager to learn more in the next workshop. Hopefully, I will be able to start my new career in tech very soon!

It was a very nice experience and I learned a lot in this basic workshop. Matt explains very well and the course is very structured. For the moment I will stick with the basics and do easy websites for friends. But my plan for next year is definetly to do the SheCode MAX Workshop and to go all in. SheCodes workshop was my first contact with coding and I strongly recommend it! They use a simple language to teach, you have support 24/7 and with the Homeworks you are also able to apply what you have learned by your own. I will definitely enroll to a second workshop soon.

I am really glad that I decided to subscribe to the basic workshop because now I have definitely a clear idea about the coding world! I am even considering enrolling in the more advanced courses even if I would like to transition to UI/UX Design so I am not required to know it all, but the structure and learning material is so well done and interesting that I would like to learn more!
A great experience, what I have been trying to learn for years, here IΒ΄ve learned it in only a month. Every lesson had the exact explanation without going much into detail. The practical side is a plus because with coding you have to practice nonstop. Also, the projects were difficult but itΒ΄s the best method to learn with projects that you have to think about and try every CSS and Html tag. It made coding fun than seeing a bunch of tags all rounded up in columns. Highly recommended!
I'm a total rookie on web development and I still don't know what is more atractive for me, Front-end or Back-end. If you hesitate more on Front-end, you should surely sign up for this course.
