I started this course as I was working on a new website build and was struggling to understand the coded side of things, this course has given me a wealth of knowledge! I thought it was all explained very well and having a challenge after each lesson really helped to cement what I'd learnt! Would highly recommend!

I'm excited to announce that I've completed the SheCodes basics online course. I am a Microsoft trainer for a Global Feeds company, and I have always wanted to know more about coding. I have a basic understanding of coding using power platforms but nothing on web design. I have loved this course so far, and can't wait to continue!

I was a bit worried about starting this workshop as I didn't have any knowledge in advance. The lessons were very well explained and it was not as difficult as I expected at all. Most lessons have challenges after the videos, really enjoyed thinking about them and finding the solutions. After graduating from university with my degree in graphic design, I felt like something was missing and I wanted a new challenge. During my degree, I became increasingly intrigued about the coding behind the design process and I wanted to find out more about it. With the help of SheCodes, this has enabled me to do this and has allowed me to feel more confident about pursuing a career as a Front-end software developer in the future.

As a complete beginner, this course was really easy to understand and follow. The course builds on the knowledge learned from each lesson step by step. I like that it is a mixture of learning videos and tasks, this ensures you have to implement what you have learned in a practical way too. Great that you can do it in your own time and ask for extensions if you cannot complete the workshop in the given week assigned. Will look at the other course and see how to expand my knowledge further.
I've had such fun, I can't wait to carry on my learning journey with SheCodes!
Great introductory course for learning the fundamentals of React.
The hardest part was actually finding the time to complete the course as I was working full-time. The course itself is informative and Matt really explains everything in detail and provides examples in the videos. I liked the fact that if you were stuck on a challenge you can ask a member of the SheCodes team on 'Slack' and they will help you out with any technical question you have.
Responsive workshop brought alot of missing puzzle together. Challenging but really good
SheCodes exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. As someone who is neurodivergent, I found the structure of the program to be incredibly supportive. I loved this workshop! This was the perfect add-on and refresher off all the SheCodes basics skills and I feel so confident now going forward and creating my own project.

Coding always surprise me sometimes I underestimate How long I was do a project or how fun, challenge even stressful it can be but I will always came back. This SheCodes+ course provided great further teachings and insights of what it means to code. Whilst at times it was a bit challenging, it was still enjoyable and educational. There was a balance of learning new techniques without it feeling overwhelming.

SheCodes 100% definitely is the best coding workshop out there! Before starting SheCodes basics I thought I would feel discouraged or disinterested after the first week but it was completely the opposite. Throughout the course I was engaged and motivated to challenge myself and complete the tasks. The challenges and videos made coding feel so much more easier and it helped me stay on track. One thing I loved about the workshop is that I could go back to any lesson which I didn't fully understand and work on the challenges at any time of the day which is extremely useful for people who are busy. I've learnt so much from Matt and can't wait to begin SheCodes Max! π

React is incredibly fun and challenging, this project re-worked my memory into remembering what I learned for my weather app a long time ago, and what not to do!
This has by far been the most challenging yet extremely motivating project yet. I have enjoyed scratching my head, trying to figure out where the lesson is going to go ahead of our teacher and really seeking external resources for guidance. I can see closer to my reality as a web developer day to day now. What a great learning experience.
