SheCodes Plus was very challenging at times, but equally as rewarding in the end. I realised how much I could take with me from the SheCodes Basics course but also how much more there is to learn. Hoping to gain some more understanding of JavaScript with my next project but I am overall feeling good about my progress and is enjoying the ride very much still!

Lessons are clearly lined out and very easy to follow. Well planned out and split into bite-sized chunks that are easy to digest. Examples make coding easily understandable and application to real life makes it more fun.

This React course was packed with new information and challenged, especially the final week of putting all the components together and getting them all to work together. I have learned so much during this course, and spent hours trying to figure things out while I kept breaking it! Had a blast! React is fun. Hard, but fun! :)

Learned a lot in this course again and saw how important react is for developing a great website. I rate this course a little bit lower than the others, since the documentation is not as complete and thorough as in the other courses. I had a great time designing my own icons and backgrounds for my project to mix it up, but it would have been great if this would have been a new project subject, not a weather app again.
I haven't taken time to do anything educational since I left school, I've just concentrated on working my way up through my corporate career which I have done with little qualifications, but I found myself wanting to learn something new and had no idea what; I don't know how I came across SheCodes but I am SO glad I did! I have really enjoyed learning a new skill and who knows if I'll take it any further than that, but for someone who isn't one for education, this has certainly taught me a lot!
I was an absolute beginner starting out, I had no experience of CCS or JavaScript and I've learnt so much. I really enjoyed the challenges throughout the course to help me test out my understanding and the final project was really fun to work out. I'm looking for a career change so this course was brilliant to help boost my skills and confidence in trying a new industry.
I would recommend doing the Add-ons. Doing this course and project has helped me refine my skills and have a better understanding of JavaScript!
I have been a nurse for last 20 years. Due to my medical condition its getting to difficult for me to work and do what I loved. So I stumbled upon the 60mts session my Matt which came across as very comprehensive, interesting and very easy to follow along which made me to join the Basic course. I thoroughly enjoyed it and looked forward to solve each challenge or homework. Hopefully I would continue this journey to achieve my goals.

This course has been a fantastic introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript and I've enjoyed every minute. Sessions are delivered in well explained segments with small recap tasks to really help consolidate the teaching, the challenges are well explained and build upon the skills learnt, and the concepts are taught and demonstrated through engaging examples. There's also a really lovely community of other students eager to help each other out, which has been super useful for learning how to troubleshoot and problem solve. I'm so grateful to the SheCodes team - thank you!

What a way to start my coding journey! I have thoroughly enjoyed every step of this SheCodes workshop π It is only the beginning, but I started this journey not knowing anything about coding, to actually putting a web page together from scratch - which is incredible in just 3 weeks. All of the lessons, tasks, and homework each week were very useful, not only do they help you gain a bunch of coding skills, they're actually tricky and challenge you! It's also really fun and has only made me excited to continue on this journey. π
I really enjoyed the She Codes basic programme. It was a great introduction to coding, and the lessons where enjoyable. I loved having little projects throughout the workshop and enjoyed working on the final project at the end, which tied everything you learn in the programme together!

I really enjoyed learning how to use React. There is still some much I would like to explore and I am looking forward to continuing to develop as a front-end developer.

I had never done any coding before I started this course with SheCodes. I was very anxious I wouldn't be any good or able to understand it, but the lessons are well paced and very well explained. Matt does a wonderful job of using analogies and descriptions that make sense! I would recommend SheCodes to ANYONE wanting to start coding!

I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in this program. A coding workshop for women from around the world?! I mean how amazing is that? Yes, very. I truly enjoyed every moment of it. It's a fantastic initiative that empowers women in tech and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to dive into to world of coding.
I really enjoyed looking at more advanced techniques which Matt made easy to understand. The ability to go back and rewatch all the course content also makes it easier to embed everything you have learnt :)

I have really enjoyed learning sheCodes basic. Matt is a good teacher and it is helpful to be able to pause the video/replay etc so I have time to write down notes.
As a complete beginner, SheCodes has been fantastic in introducing me to basic coding including HTML, CSS and JS. The workshops and videos involved and all resources available really suit my style of learning and has made it super easy to digest and understand in a short amount of time. I work full-time but SheCodes has made it easy to incorporate lessons in my schedule. I hope to continue to learning and developing in my coding journey π

I loved this introduction to coding, I always imagined it would be super inaccessible to me but I slowly picked everything up and found it very satisfying to watch the progress in real-time. Definitely worth the price.
SheCodes has changed my perspective about coding, in a positive way. Coding Has opened a passion I was unaware of. I am still unsure what I want to do with Coding (career path-wise) but once I figure it out, I know I am going to give it my best and more. In the process of starting SheCodes, I have been wanting to quit numerous times but I am not a quitter! I cannot wait for what is coming!

A brilliant course! There was so much content and so much to learn. I loved learning all about animation. The challenges challenged me again, and Matt was so right when he said coding can be frustrating but really fun. I am proud of completing the project as I seemed to have so many personal time constraints during this course but somehow managed it. SheCodes Plus here I come :)
