This was an excellent course. I've learnt so much.
It was a great experience! Sometimes it was difficult, but interesting to find out how to fix a certain error yourself. As always, very cool videos and explanations!

A great course for beginners! The structure of the course has made it very easy to follow and talks you through all the basics you need to know to get started on your coding journey!
I had never thought that coding would be something that I would be interested in, but I decided to take a leap of faith as I knew that my desired career path could potentially go hand in hand with coding! SheCodes has taken the fear of coding away from me and has only made me want to delve deeper into the world of coding and has made it so easy to learn something that I once thought was impossible for me to get a grasp onto! I couldn't recommend SheCodes enough!
I really liked this; it had many useful tips on the next step to finding a job. I was worried I didn't have a clue where to begin but after this, once I have put the useful tips in place I feel I will be in a better position to land the right job.
Absolutely enjoying learning more and more of coding, I took a small break due to other things but couldn't wait to get back on and finish my project. Time to start the next and last stage of Shecodes coding lessons.
After successfully completing the "SheCodes Basics" course, the "SheCodes Basics Add-On Course" has been a great opportunity for me to consolidate my coding skills and become more confident in coding. I am excited to now start the "SheCodes Plus" course!
A fantastic opportunity to progress further than the sheCodes Basics workshop. It was really useful to learn extra HTML/CSS/JavaScript tips to help improve the overall functionality and style of a standard website. Really easy to follow and there is always a brilliant team at hand to help whenever you are feeling stuck!
SheCodes has been a great way to get into coding
Very interesting course, react is definately a step up from what we've been learning so far. However, once you start to break everything down into components it all starts to make sense. Will definately be practicing some beginner projects on my own too.

This project was much interesting. I want to try to do something new, to do something of my own.Personally, I did not have enough people next to whom I could discuss the steps of the project. But in general, I am very satisfied and really began to understand much more. A big thank you to the whole team SheCodes!!!

Great workshop! Responsive design to so important in web dev, loved learning all the different approaches and techniques. Matt's lessons are easy to follow and a great way to learn! Highly recommend.
Learning about creating a portfolio was really useful and how the tech industry works with advice helped me to focus on what I need to do to get into the industry
Really enjoyed expanding my knowledge and learning new techniques associated with CSS, HTML and especially JS. Could not recommend more, the lessons are so easy to follow, and the team are really helpful when ever you need assistance!

I really enjoyed the Responsive project! The workshop was just as good as all others and I really enjoy Matt's teaching style. I would definitely recommend any of the workshops to friends/colleagues who are interested in learning how to code.

I've loved learning about using moment.js and developing my JS skills, to understand the tools available to ensure my coding doesn't take as long as it used to!
I've thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was challenging without be infuriating as there are plenty of places to get help should you need it. I've improved so much since the basic course and a few friends who are developers are so impressed with how much I've learnt in such a short space of time. I am too, really! Really excited for the next workshop already.

I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes Basics course. Initially, I was nervous I would not be able to grasp much of the content, considering I have no experience in coding. However, I surprised myself with how much I was actually able to understand and be able to implement that into the final project. As well as being very informative, it was FUN!

With weeks of amazing training by Matt and loads of help from Athena and the rest of the SheCodes Team, I feel proud to have reached to this stage in coding. With zero knowledge of coding to succesfully creating a WeatherApp of your own was a huge step and has changed my thinking about coding. Great courses! Definitely would recommend for beginners - easy to understand, great challenges. I had so much fun taking part in each lesson and completing the challenges. Perfect if you are also working full time as you can pick and choose when you want to start your lessons. Definitely have a larger understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Can't wait for the next workshop!
Having completed 3 SheCodes workshops already, it was great to bring it back to basics - consolidating and expanding upon my knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as practicing more JavaScript!

As a total beginner with absolutely 0 knowledge about coding whatsoever, I'd say this was an excellent introduction to the world of coding. Matt is a great teacher and explains everything in simple words which makes it super easy to grasp. Also, love that he didn't spoon feed the concepts and made his students use their knowledge & logic to complete assignments.
I've previously found looking into a screen of code intimidating. However, SheCodes basic has shed a light to programming.

I've really enjoyed learning with SheCodes Basics and very much looking forward to SheCodes Plus!! The lessons are extremely well structured and trying out each element bit by bit has helped me understand code quickly and in an enjoyable way.
I would still strongly recommend Shecodes as there is always something new to learn - I never knew how to do a light switch but I learned that in this add on module - Doing shecodes is very easy and the flexibility is perfect for those how have busy lifestyles to learn something new! Phenominal!
This lesson's project was tedious, but Matt made it easy with simple step-by-step coaching.

Enjoyed this part of the course where I got to build my own portfolio page, pulling together everything I have learned so far. This has really helped me to develop ideas further and make sure what I create is user friendly on all platforms

I really enjoyed building the dictionary app. I have learned so much from the add-on it is not easy however I have a much greater understanding after doing the React and the Add-on workshops.
After doing every other curriculum in SheCodes, returning back to the basics and STILL learning more and more things is jaw dropping - it was extremely fun working with just barebones HTML, CSS and JS and finding out just how powerful they can be without anything fancy adding onto it :)
Great course, totally head scratching but videos, explanations and help is great so you get there in the end, loved it! Now for the next one :-)!
I enjoyed everything about SheCodes Basic and am thinking of continuing onto the next level! The instructor is very clear, the videos are bite-sized and easy to digest. There is a challenge after every video, to put in practice everything that we learn, followed by a solution to compare code and learn new things. The slack community offer a first port of call for queries and doubts. I highly recommend this short course to learn the ropes about HTML, JS and CSS.

This is a great workshop if you have been curious about coding but overwhelmed about where to start. In only a couple of weeks, I feel so much more confident about my coding skills and I can't wait to develop them further!

Really helpful addition to the basics programme - I'm also doing Plus now, as think I can't stop now that I'm starting to learn more. Great teaching, clear explanation and step by step classes - so much better than trying to learn this myself from other online content or videos.
Very intense 8 weeks that kept me intrigued the more we dived through the world of coding.

The plus workshop really improved my coding skills! Going into it I didn't see how I would ever be able to create a weather app myself from scratch but Matt's tutorials are extremely clear and easy to follow going through it step by step and I have learnt so much over this workshop! One step closer to my career in tech!
