The SheCodes Basics Add-On was a nice little challenge. I really like the bite-sized learning style of the SheCodes workshops, so far I've done two and am starting SheCodes Plus tomorrow, I am excited!

I really enjoyed this workshop. I like the step-by-step approach and how we had to complete mini challenges for most of the lessons. This gave us the opportunity to apply what we have learnt. I also enjoyed the project at the end which brought everything together and allowed us to showcase our creativity. Thank you Matt and every member of the SheCodes team.
This course was soo great! I've tried to learn coding before but have never found a course as well structured out as this one! I was really excited each week to learn and submit my solutions. The videos are so clear and the slack channel was a great place to go when I needed some extra help. I'm super excited to continue my learning with SheCodes.
I highly recommend SheCodes. I have improved my html, css and javascript skills tremendously. I am now able to confidently use tools such as Vscode, GitHub and netlify.

SheCodes is a great program, I loved that we had access to Slack for help, and loved the pace and lessons as well!
I enjoyed learning these new coding skills. It was difficult at times but the team were very helpful and described the lessons in detail.
Another exciting and challenging workshop! I really liked the Responsive workshop which made me able to build a portfolio that looks good on any device. Like the previous workshops every step is explained by Matt and you can check your progress through the challenges before writing the code for the final project. I can't wait for React now!

The Plus Add On was a great way to learn more about Javascript, and really develop those skills.
This add-on project really helped with practising the skills you have already learnt. Also having the project being a landing page gives a great opportunity to compare how much you have learnt since your first project with SheCodes.

Loved the basics add-on workshop!
Having been in the tech industry for almost two years I was struggling to find accessible and intuitive resources to further my skills and knowledge. SheCodes easily to follow challenges and set up have been a great way to fine tune existing knowledge and build up where I was lacking.
Definitely tested the knowledge I already had from the basic course so was really useful to do this basic-add on to apply what I already learnt as well as learning a few new things tooβΊ
This add-on really solidified my current coding knowledge and was definitely trickier with embedding images on to a website. The videos that Matt created made things a lot clearer and really helped when putting the final project together. Looking forward to the next course!
I have been curious about coding and She Codes was a great place to start , there is so much information presented in a way that is fun and easy to understand. The workshop taught me the made me feel confident and want to learn more independently to become a front end developer in the future

Learning React was challenging at times! It is like making a million Jigsaw Pieces and then putting it all back together to make one large whole puzzle Lol. But I had a lot of fun and enjoyed Learning React. I can't wait to learn more about React and build more React projects in the future!

Challenging but very rewarding course. Loved the fact that content was delivered using very clear videos and most activities had an accompanying challenge task to practice what you just learnt and check understanding. I have really enjoyed working on my weather app. There were challenging times, however, Mat definitely explained for everyones understanding. Personally what I enjoyed most, ware the weekly challenges where I had to put my mind at contribution to find solutions that work. Slack was another amazing tool where I got answers to any of my questions from SheCodes Team. The support is there is you stuck.
The SheCodes basic workshop has given me a great insight into the joys of coding and has really sparked my interest. I will definitely be learning more!

I did firstly started off with Shecodes Basic, I found it so Interesting and I loved learning how to code. This made me want to learn more so I went for Shecodes Max, and I am loving it. A very thorough introduction into HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding from a very friendly and approachable teacher. The course is challenging in some areas but SheCodes is set up with multiple places to find help. I also loved the community chat - you can test your skills by helping others as well as supporting eachother! I would 100% recommend!
Learning how to incorporate everything from the first 2 courses with the responsive elements has helped me create a beautiful website from scratch, which I never thought I would be able to do!

I've really enjoyed going from a complete novice when it comes to coding at the beginning of the year to being able to create a fully responsive website that, fingers crossed π€, looks good on mobiles, iPads and laptops. I loved this workshop! The structure made it easy to follow and kept me engaged. I liked that I was encouraged to create something of my own so early on.

Due to past experiences with different coding courses, i had expected this to be a really difficult course. I was very surprised as how, it was set out and how easy it was to follow. I love that it is set out in bite size chunks, with challenges to show that we've understood what we've just learned. It's set out perfectly and i highly recommend it if you want to get into coding.
