SheCodes has made learning a new skill from scratch really enjoyable. It's very satisfying when you finally solve a problem or sit back and look at all the things you've just created from scratch! Can't wait to start on the next workshop :)
This is a very interesting course for beginners. At the end, you can make your own simple website. Homework gets harder each time and makes you look for ways to get things done. I recommend it!
Had an amazing experience again with the SheCodes basic Add-on, a great opportunity to delve even deeper into what I learned in the basics workshop. Learned a lot, and my second project already looks miles better than my first one π€£ looking forward to continuing my learning journey β€οΈ

The basics workshop was such an enjoyable experience and I learned so much in such a short amount of time. I really appreciated the chunked learning, the example-challenge-solution format and generally the explanations by Matt were super clear and accessible.
I decided to upgrade to ProMax. After finishing the SheCodes Responsive Workshop it was nice to go "back-to-basics" and learn new HTML, CSS and Javascript tools to better my coding skills.
The course is very easy to follow and the SheCodes team is super responsive. I feel confident to continue my coding journey now that I finished ShecCodes Basics!
I loved every minute of it. I just wish I had discovered this sooner. Looking forward to learning more and developing my skills and experience so I can actually do this as a full-time job π€

Nice and simple little project. I enjoyed working on the project and I learned some new things this week. I really like how Matt explains different techniques, he is not just showing you how he codes but he explains the logic behind it.
I wanted to learn coding to further excel in my career but most importantly to examine myself if I would enjoy coding. Joining SheCode is one of the best decisions I have made as everything is explained in detail and is very understandable for beginners. I am a stay at home mom (working part time in a shop) and this was my first experience with coding. I absolutely loved doing it, especially with Matt and his way of teaching it. By giving me the time to understand (often going back to listen and watch the video again) I could apply what he just explained. I feel very achieved in going from 0 to the simple webpage I created, handing me the confidence to learn something new! Thank you :)

This course has helped me improve my understanding of JavaScript, which is the coding element that I was struggling to wrap my head around. I feel really proud of my final project and would never have thought I would be able to build, having only learnt to code for such a short time. I found more confidence in using Visual Studio Code, CodeSandBox, Git and GitHub, and I also found the SheCode team very helpful on slack if I needed guidance. I'm now looking forward to the following two courses.

This was a great 3-week course to get to grips with the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript! Somewhat challenging at times, but not frustrating. I really liked how the course was paced and explained, and the fact that I could reach out to other students if I got stuck.
It was a very exciting course. Sometimes it was not easy, but that made it even more interesting.
I have had a lot of fun completing the SheCodes Basics course. I am excited by the skills I have learnt and have signed up to the Plus course because I am keen to learn more. I am currently acting as support to UX designers, but who knows, one day I might be a designer instead π€π€©

I did the SheCodes 3 week course which was a really great intro to coding and allowed me to see that I would like to pursue this as a career. The courses are clearly taught and the challenges are a nice length to fit in a few a day around work.
After a while looking for a course which would make me actually finish it...I found SheCodes. Not just felt like finishing it but defitnely I will do other workshops in the platform. The information and skills learned in this course will help me achieve my goals in work and my personal life.
SheCodes has been an amazing experience. I was a little hesitant at first, as I learnt to code in a statistical software during my masters, but I unfortunately did not enjoy the experience. Nonetheless SheCodes has been an amazing experience. The lessons are very interactive and Matt does an amazing job of breaking down the concepts related to HTML, CSS and Java Script. I loved the fact that staff & students were readily available to support with any questions that I may have regarding my code or certain topics. I have throughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely recommend SheCodes to anyone who is interested in learning about the field of coding.

Iv always been passionate about learning to code as I find it challenging and interesting especially whilst working closely with developers. I just couldn't find the right course however, when heard about 'SheCodes' thought id give it a try. Enrolling was the best thing I did I have already learnt how to code using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and Editor which is great achievement for me. I like the way the course is broken down to small weekly workshops, lessons and homework all of which was easy to grasp. This workshop was fantastic! I loved how each lesson built upon the previous one. Matt is a great teacher, he explains what he's doing and why he's doing it. After struggling with self-directed learning, I was looking for somewhere I could get more support and feedback and also keep me on track each week. I'm so glad I found SheCodes! The whole experience was friendly, inclusive and encouraging and I can't wait to get started on the next workshop.
I never thought I would be able to understand as much as I have in two weeks! This course broke things down to pure beginner level and the speed and format of it were perfect. So glad I signed up!

SheCodes basics have been phenomenal, I started the course with ZERO knowledge of coding, and to think that in 3 weeks I've created a website landing page is absolutely crazy to me.
