Great 3 week short course, I've learn't so much, and I'm very happy with what I have achieved. Matt is great explaining and I love that I can replay the videos and do the tasks at my own pace. Also, I enjoyed the actual explaining tips on how to view and understand how its build in order to fix bugs. Now it's time to keep on practising :) Thank you!
This course was challenging - a big step up from the basics course but still really enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
I LOVED this workshop, I learned so much in a short space of time and did so to prepare myself for my masters degree. As a complete beginner I was daunted by the computers aspect of my degree but now feel super confident going into it as I learned how fun and interesting it can be!

I have really enjoyed my experience with SheCodes so far. I feel like a developer whizz though I'm very from it π I was already familiar with basic HTML and CSS but still feel like I learnt a lot and I'm even more confident with it now.

If you work in Digital Marketing, I would definitely recommend finishing at least the SheCodes Basic workshop. You will have a better understanding of how elements on the landing pages work, and how to improve them for better on-page SEO.
I have never done anything like this before, and it was great! The lessons are really easy to follow and enjoyable. I've never had to use these skills in previous jobs, and now i wish i had been coding for years!

I really enjoyed this workshop and I have really surprised myself with how much I have learnt in such a short space of time. I literally knew NOTHING about coding and I'm super impressed with what I've been able to do for my final project. The course is broken down into really digestible chunks so it is easy to keep up. I feel like so many opportunities have been opened up to me from doing this course.

SheCodes, really helped me in breaking down the barrier between the stigma around coding being tricky! I found it really enjoyable especially with the challenge of working out which elements are incorrect. The 3-week course was definitely enabled me to feel confident going into my new role which has coding involved.
I had never thought that I would enjoy the workshop this much! I had taken a couple of coding classes before but always left with a feeling of overwhelming. SheCodes lets you learn at your own pace, and each video is quite short and concise, which doesn't cram you with a lot of new technical knowledge. I liked that we always had challenges after a video and weekly homework to refresh our memories. Super recommend SheCodes for those we are even slightly interested in coding, just start with SheCodes Basic and see how you enjoy it!

The SheCodes course was a brilliant course for learning HTML, CSS and Javascript. It is well structured with plenty of content included but not too much to overwhelm a beginner like me! The challenges were a good constant refresher of what we were learning.
Great basic introduction to coding - easy to follow and good forma with chunked out steps and a weekly project/homework to bring them altogether!
I loved SheCodes! It was so straightforward and easy to learn and understand. Everyone involved was so helpful and I really felt a sense of community. I love that I've gained brand new skills, especially ones that used to seem complicated, and am excited to learn more!

A few years ago I was afraid that if I would join any coding course I would be judged for lack of experience and knowledge in the subject but SheCodes is probably the nicest corner of internet that you an ever find!
Lessons are easy to understand even for total beginners. It's just the right amount of basic informations and they encourage you to explore. Materials are not too packed for each week and could always be squeezed into a busy schedule (extension requests can help in dire times, too).
Really enjoyed SheCodes plus, I love the split between learning through lessons and being set tasks to figure parts out. The SheCodes team are always so quick to get back to you about any issues with the work or needing any help with your account. Really looking forward to the next workshop!
I really enjoyed this course! I love how each unit builds on the previous one nicely. There are videos and challenges that help you understand what you are doing. I am starting to understand that coding can be extremely creative. It feels like the more tools you learn, the more you can combine them and create. If you love learning, I highly recommend this course!
The SheCodes beginners course was really convenient to do alongside my normal job. I fit in the hours before work and at the weekend, still managing to keep my evenings free. I would say the first week is the toughest but once you get through it, it definitely gets easier!
Great introduction to coding!
As a Graphic Designer I have always been interested in front-end development but never taken the "plunge" until I discovered SheCodes. SheCodes is the perfect introduction to coding for any Graphic Designer who is interested in broadening their skillset!

Although I have previous experience with basic web development languages like HTML and CSS, the challenge turned up to be a plesure, even if I found some concepts borring for myself in the first lessons, there were lots of things I had to learn from also. I never believed I would like this online format of learning, although it got me totally engaged.
I've had such a fun few weeks! Before I started SheCodes, I felt overwhelmed by the number of free classes available online and I didn't know where to start, what language to learn, how to structure my learning etc. SheCodes has made everything very straight forward and I am really enjoying the process. I particularly loved playing with color palettes on CSS and making my HTML update in response to user interaction using .innerHTML on JavaScript. I can't wait for SheCodes Plus!
Really great intro to HTML, CSS, and JS for a beginner. Lessons and challenges were really good and interesting, building on the lesson before creating your page. Slack really easy to use, and the replies were really helpful and quick!

Gives you easy to understand step-by-step instructions with challenges to really cement what you have learnt. Would definitely recommend to any woman wanting to understand more about code.
I completed the SheCodesBasic to get an idea if I was still interested in coding. The lessons are done very well, much better than previous courses I have done with other companies! I enjoyed the course, and I may go on to progress some more in the future when the time is right for me. I am looking forward to it!
Workshops were definitely more challenging then the Basics and consumed more of my time, but in the end it was worth it! I developed new skills and successfully applied them for the weather app project πͺπβ€οΈ I canβt wait to revise and learn more!

Wow! This was definitely a big step up from SheCodes Basics, but I'm so happy I pushed myself to add my own flair to the app, and I'm really proud of the end result. Matt broke down the toughest parts of the workshop SO well and whilst I've had countless nights of staring frustratingly at my code, I've learned so much over these last weeks and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. So glad I've still got two more workshops to go!

After completing the SheCodes basics program, I have learnt the basics of coding which is essential for my career. I would recommend this 3 weeks program to people who are willing to gain more knowledge about coding. What's greater about the basics program is that no coding background is required and I find this very important when joining an online program.

I have always had to use a bit of coding for work, but I always felt like I wasn't coding in the best way possible (and heavily relying on Google!). SheCodes is a brilliantly set up course that helped me build a solid foundation so that I now feel extremely comfortable using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
After coming to the end of workshop 1 I'm SO ready for more! I thought the pace and structure of the learning sessions, challenges and solutions was spot on and each video is really engaging and breaks down exactly what is being done and why. Everyday I've been so eager to take part and challenge myself by using what we've learnt and I've really grown in confidence. After having had enough with 0 hours contract jobs, I decided to make a change and start a new career. That was when I saw SheCodes Free Coding Class and joined. I now am really happy that I took the limited amount of time I had and put it in productivity. This course was very beginner friendly and I had help from them whenever I needed it! This was a great way to solidify and reinforce the coding skills I already had - with some really clear instructional videos on how to develop the functionality you'd built on the previous task.
This course is interesting and a lot of fun! The instructions were very clear. The structure of the course makes it easy to build on what you have already learned and to stay on track.

Highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to try coding or just to understand how websites are built. Matt demystified how websites work with great metaphors and after 3 short weeks, I've built my first website! I thoroughly enjoyed each assignment and looking forward to learn even more!
