I loved learning about responsiveness in websites and SEO compatibility. It was a very instructive journey and it really showed the way the workflow goes and exactly how app-building works. However, I did not enjoy it quite as much as the others, it is the first time I found workshops repetitive. Perhaps it is needed due to the topic but I was about 2% less enthusiastic. Still would absolutely recommend.
It is a valuable opportunity to learn basics of React and get some practice while building up-to-date projects.

I liked the course a lot. In a short time, it gives a lot of information to start understanding how things work in coding. Matt is very clear in his explanation and I liked the fact that after every video there was a small challenge to use right away what you had just learned.
I always want to stay updated and know the latest technology. When I found "SheCodes" I got very interested to dive deeper and learn working procedures, devops, backend development, which could be difficult to learn on our own, but even during this first, basic course I have been able to push my limits. I really love that I'm part of a team, that I have someone that is reviewing my work, that I am able to ask questions, that I get very good at debugging (since I also can help other student's with their problems through Slack) and the lesson setup with just right amount of information to get me going on the right track. I'm looking forward to the next workshop.
I highly recommend SheCodes! After initial free coding class I wanted to learn more and obtain new knowledge. Matt has a great way of explaining things, which makes workshops easy to understand and doing challenges for each lesson makes a real difference in learning. The React module really takes things one level up. The degree of complexity is definitely higher, but it's really rewarding to get to the end of the module with a fully working project and a lot of new knowledge.
I loved the idea of building the new project around one of my favourite hobbies, the workshop was really fun and provided a lot of tips on styling and CSS transformations.
I loved the course and I see myself taking more workshops with SheCodes.
Having completed SheCodes Basics, I couldn't wait to continue learning. I like that the videos are pre-recorded, so if I'm stuck on something I can pause, go back, and rewatch. I can go at my own pace. The flexibility is great, the lessons aren't too long so it doesn't feel overwhelming.

The workshop was really fun and, especially, it was perfectly tailored for someone (like me π) who had no experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Script! The lessons are short and at the end of each one there's an assignment, so that you can immediately practice what you learned. I also found Athena AI very useful for every question I had during the workshop.
Very funny and interesting. With this workshop I start to create a website for my own project and I feel more competent.
This coding course has been incredibly helpful for me. The highlight for me has been the ability to see the full cycle from planning to deployment and learning how to access APIs and use them in my code. Even though I am still at the beginning of my coding journey, I already feel more confident and prepared for the next steps. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn to code.

The little exercises after each unit are exciting and challenging and they show you that a lot can be done by self-teaching. I recommend this for those who want to jump-start their coding journey.
In this part of the course, I made a fully responsive weather forecast interface using React, JavaScript, axios, API (OpenWeatherMap), CSS, HTML. I am very pleased with this experience and the skills acquired. Thank you for that to your team!

This is my second course with SheCodes and I really enjoyed working on the new project.
When I was at university I enrolled into a Computer Science course to complete my studies. It was an horrible, extremely confusing, experience. We were left alone trying to cope with things that were never explained to us. I somewhat managed to pass, but whenever I would hear the word "coding" I would just label it as something I couldn't do. I decided to give coding a second chance when I saw SheCodes and I'm extremely glad I did! Sometimes, all you need is a good teacher and dedication π

Very VERY fun. Now that I was more comfortable with the material from SheCodes Plus, I was able to have lots and lots of fun with complex features and really try to unleash my creativity on this one. The JS has now become a real logical challenge, it's incredibly fun (I studied Physics so I really like solving problems that are logical and/or mathematical). I cannot wait to go on to the next workshop and find out how React works. πππππ
With this workshop I tested how advanced you can go with just vanilla CSS and added a new project to my portfolio building upon a professional design.

This is the most effective workshop to understand the basis of development. I was searching on Google and it's difficult to find the motivation online, since the topic is a little bit scary and confusional. The best thing about Shecodes is that you find motivation. Everything is clear and you will have the need to learn more.
I found the workshops engaging and educational. The challenges were stimulating and rewarding. Everything was well-organised and user-friendly. The fact that I could work at my own pace was a bonus.

Seeing my first React projects live and working is a huge satisfaction, I have to admit. However, during the SheCodes React workshop, I felt I couldn't gain organic skills, as some crucial pieces of information were missing and some topics were treated quite hastily.
