Amazing course to learn the basics of coding. It has been really funny and engaging.

Such a proper way to start coding! The schedule and challenges in every step make it really easier to grasp the hold on the concepts. I cannot believe all the stuff I learnt in only a week. I'm looking forward to achieve more.

I've started SheCodes Basic with just a small understanding of what coding really meant. I loved that first workshop, so I decided to buy the Pro bundle. I just finished the "Plus" workshop and I have to say that I really enjoyed building the weather app!

I absolutely loved this mini course! I learnt so much and had a lot of fun in general. It was a great challenge and I will continue learning coding for sure :)

I learned HTML in the middle class, and after some push from my friends, I decided to enroll myself, which is my first coding boot camp. Each class was super easy to follow, Matt explained it thoroughly and I feel so proud of myself for every homework and challenge I submitted. At the end of the course, I feel more confident in doing the coding. For sure I won't stop here, I am ready to learn and to improve my skills even more in the future.

I started the course without any knowledge of coding. The lessons were so well structured that I was able to follow and learn easily while having fun! Seeing the results that you can achieve in just a few days is extremely satisfying.

I am Jennifer, an absolute beginner in the world of coding :) I worked many years in Key Account Management and Events Management, and I've always wanted to acquire more "hard skills" in coding and programming. I am in a moment of transition in my work (and private!) life, and I was hoping SheCodes could help me make this process stimulating and smoother. I have attended many online courses in different fields; with SheCodes, I had the same vibes as in a real classroom, thanks to the support and the interaction guaranteed by Slack and the presence of the extraordinary and supportive community of learners and experts! Lovely way to approach coding!

This workshop is very well designed. It was challenging especially giving the fact that I just started coding. At the same time it feels so satisfying to get results after you put a lot of effort in something, which doesn't happen in every field, unfortunately.

I've been building a solid learning path thanks to SheCodes. The Responsive course gave me the opportunity to show my professional progress with confidence. SheCodesPlus has been both a fun and challenging journey for me! I enjoyed the fact that I could watch the video lessons as many times as I needed and I could even go back to them after a while in case of doubts! Matt's explanations are clear and easy to follow and the support team on Slack is really competent, kind and helpful! I am really appreciative of all of the hard work behind building/maintaining this project and of the great working opportunities many of us are going to get from the newly-acquired knowledge.

I found SheCodes by chance, in a period where I needed a challenge! I started from zero, two weeks ago, I opened the first video and I was hooked :) Matt is a great teacher, the videos are clear and walk you through every step. I loved the fact that it's on-demand, having a very busy schedule it's helped me a lot. I hope to be able to enroll in the next workshops too, I really love coding now!!!

I absolutely loved the course! Matt made even complex things easy to understand (even if English is not your first language) and the staff is always very helpful and responsive. It made me realise that I actually like a lot coding and that I could see myself working in this field.

Had a great experience with SheCodes Basic course! Matt made everything seems possible, even me being able to code! :) To be a basic course it gives the relevant basic information on a pretty wide and complex topic and I also liked the way it is structured, with workshops, solutions and help if needed. A few weeks ago I started to develop an interest in programming, but I didn't know where and how to start. Three weeks ago I came across an advertisement for SheCodes and after attending the 60-minute workshop for free, I decided to sign up for the basic course and start a journey that I hope will not end here. This course is suitable for those who, like me, want to start with the basic elements and have no knowledge of the area at all.

As Junior Product Manager, I loved SheCodes Basics, is a great starting point for understanding HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It provides the basics, with good examples and practice assignments. It also points you in the right direction for learning more and how to research answers to your coding problems.

I really enjoyed SheCodes Basic so I decided to continue my coding journey with SheCodes Plus and it amazed me. I learned so much and Matt is an awsome teacher. It's incredible what you can do at the end especially when you realize that you've started as a beginner. A coding adventure that I recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about coding.

It was fun coding on SheCodes workshops to learn new coding languages.

This course is great! I love the step-by-step process as you are learning how to code. The lessons are easy to follow yet the homework can be really challenging. Overall this course has been a huge boost of confidence. I encourage any women to try it as it is a safe environment to take the first steps into development.

Great workshop! This is a great and easy way to get into responsive web development and also to just keep on practicing and building on what was learned before. I’ve always wondered how coding works…I guess I’ve never had the chance to have a look into it. Generally, when you talk to IT guys, it is all about “yes, we can do this or that” but of course you don’t really talk about how, cause probably it is more complicated to tell than to do. Therefore, the “coding world” keeps hiding into this mystery bubble. Thank you to Matt and the SheCodes Team! The mystery is finally being revealed to me 😉 Great experience! Looking forward next week to get more knowledge. There is still a lot to be done!

It's such a big joy when you see the computer doing what you instruct it to do! I enjoyed this workshop a lot: the mini-videos help you understand coding step by step, so it's not scary anymore. It gets easier and funnier!

although i was rather sceptical at the very beginning, i am happy i have decided to take the course. I did doubted a lot whether it did actually worth it and if i really needed to take such a course. Now after subbmitting my final project i can definitely say that it is really worth taking. It gave me a very good understanding of what coding is and how i can use it. I got so impessed and curious that I am planning of taking also the shecodes plus.

Ideal for anyone looking to sharpen their existing coding knowledge, get creative with their coding skills, and build an impressive online portfolio to showcase their coding projects and knowledge.

I love this workshop and I would say this is my favorite so far! I would recommend this course for SheCodes Plus alumni because the course is practical and useful. It gives me much more confidence to offer more to my skill set as a designer.

Before attending the workshop, I knew absolutely nothing about coding and what inspired me to take on the challenge was the mission SheCodes has: to teach women how to code and to have more of them working in tech. Matt, the instructor, explains concepts in a very clear way and the course is well organized. It made me feel empowered and proud of myself for completing it.

Coding is not a scary word anymore, but a fantastic universe I can't wait to explore more. In these past weeks, I familiarised myself with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. First steps in a field I was completely foreign to before. I've never seen myself as a very technological person, let alone someone that can code. SheCodes really taught that it can be so fun to work and learn, sometimes it can be difficult, but you just need to find the right key and a world will open in front of you 🤘👩‍💻

The course has been very interesting and enlightening. It's helping me a lot with my job as digital project manager. Thanks to the workshop I'm able to better communicate with developers using proper tecnical language and manage on my own some activitities where coding is involved.

The Plus program boosted my self-confidence. It provided me with all the necessary tools, documentation and support to build my web app project, I couldn't be more proud of the results. The structure of the course was great and it made the learning process easy to assimilate. Every day I returned to do the lessons with excitement and if I had a problem I could always find help on Slack chat. This is the beginning of my coding training and I enjoyed it!

SheCodes has taught me things I NEVER thought I could even look at and not freak out. These 3 weeks have been really fun, despite the challenges. I would recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to try something different and so relevant to the era we live in. I came to SheCodes after a careful analysis of everything the internet offered to learn coding. Matt and his method won me over: the course was pleasant, intense, and although there was so much to learn, the method used make simple topics perhaps complex for those who don't know anything about it. I currently work as a language teacher. Due to the challenging situation of the past year, distance learning techniques and technologies included, I grew interested in the topic of coding. I am also an athlete, and my final project represents a way in which I could put coding skills in play to promote the sport I practice. I am generally a curious person and I like challenges, therefore, I took the opportunity SheCodes gave me. I am very impressed by the results, and I am considering coding as the key for a second career path.

The workshop is amazing, Matt Delac is fantastic, I have learned a lot during these months, if there is a problem you can ask for help in Slack, the staff are willing to help you in everything and they are very understandable. I highly recommend the course, if you are thinking of doing it, do it.

Thanks to this module I was able to implement a reactive page allowing me to interact with different APIs. This has also given me the opportunity to learn how to interact with APIs and how integrations work. Great module! I'll continue with the next one, willing to improve and reach a turning point for my education.

Good experience, overall

This course was an epic and incredibly fun adventure! I have learnt much more than I thought I would. The organisation of the course (short lessons, challenges and the Slack community) is its winning card. I will probably continue to study coding as I've become very passionate about it.
