I never thought coding would be this fun! Everything is clearly explained and fully detailed, besides the SheCodes team is extremely supportive and helpful!

i love this workshop. it had a lot of practical examples , which meant a lot of opportunity to practice the very digestable theory our teacher walked us through.

I am completely new to coding and this workshop made it easy for me to understand the basics. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is curious about coding !

I had a challenging but amazing experience with this workshop. I never thought that I would be able to build a Weather app from zero, but here I am all done and really looking forward to keep improving myself in the coding world.

Everything was truly understandable, the team of SheCodes gave me all the basics tools to begin this journey, I really enjoyed the workshop and I'm excited to continue with the next one and learn more.

The workshop was great, all well explained and very dinamic. I am happy learning new tricks.

I was always afraid to say "I want to code" because you have the idea that it's incredibly difficult, but SheCodes is an incredible platform, I love the ease with which you understand things and Matt's way of explaining. The SheCodes Basics course is an excellent way to enter the world of code and really achieve something that you like and can serve for you as a professional and for others to know your potential. I'm so happy and exited to start the next course.

At first I thought this would be so complicated because it's not LIVE and I wasn't gonna get my questions answered right away but Matt makes it so easy to understand and also gets you used to the idea of resolving things on your own by knowing how to research.

I started this workshop with high hopes and I was definitely not disappointed with SheCodes.I loved how Matt explained everything step by step and besides, it's not all practice but also tips that can help you to program better, I would definitely think about getting the next level of workshop.

I really liked the workshop! It was very friendly to follow and a perfect way to introduce me to the world of coding. It was awesome how everything we learned come together in the final project. :) P.S. The music on the Radio was awesome too!

The course is really well explained and easy to follow. You start coding since day 1 even with no previous knowledge.

It's functional. Wheter you are just curious or interested in learning the basics of coding, this workshop covers it. Plenty of resources and tools are given to you throught the course for completing the tasks, and so after completing it you can properly decide if you enjoy coding or not so much, and if pursuing it further is worth your time. On a side note, The Radio function is a pretty cool one!

Loved the program. The challenges were very helpful to keep me practicing what I was learning. It is great to see how you evolved so much already with the Week 1 homework. You won't even notice you're getting so good! :) I hope I can sign up for the next workshop soon.

This is an excellent workshop where you can learn a lot from, in an easy and structured manner. Matt is a great teacher and an experienced programmer who offers many tips.

I liked this course a lot, it was fun and easy to understand. Very reasonably paced too.

I'm currently a senior in high school who's always been passionate about art and technology. As university is right around the corner, at the beginning I struggled a lot to figure out whether if I wanted to go to university for something design-related or for something tech-related. High-quality courses like SheCodes gave me the confidence to be free to choose whatever I wanted to go to Uni for, knowing that these fabulous external learning tools would help me gather valuable knowledge to make of my vocation whatever I really want it to be, building it with the skills that I want to have, and not just with the knowledge I’d get from a single career at a university. SheCodes is really helping me reach my dreams in an even more fun way than could’ve thought.

I really enjoyed this course, it was easy to follow, the challenges are awesome because it allows to test what you have just learn! Coming from someone that hasn't coded anything in the past, this course is a great way to get the curiosity going. Looking forward to learn more advanced tools. Thank you!

The basic workshop gives a good overview of what is needed to create a page. The program is easy to follow and the time limits are great to keep a good pace.

I've always felt the need to learn how to code and being a graphic designer people ask for that skill, but it seems too complicated. This course has helped me go step by step and I'm having a lot of fun.

At first, I thought that it would be really difficult to learn how to code. But this course it's amazing, you learn a lot of things in 3 weeks, I really loved the course and can't wait to star the SheChodes Plus course.

I really liked how everything was structured and that at the end of each video there was an exercise to practice what was learned. It was a lot of fun programming, I learned a lot!

I enjoyed the course! it was easy to understand and you don't feel overwhelmed by the new information. The community is friendly and also supportive, you learned more by sharing your doubts and checking others' doubts and experiences. It is a course that inspires you to keep learning and coding.

JS aint easy... but it it worth it! Faced many challenges during this course but I was able to learn so much more than I expected, and at the end I was able to understand how it works, plus it gets me one stpem ahead for the next one.

This is a great experience, I learned and enjoyed a lot! I thought it would be too difficult since I'm not a programmer but Matt explains every little detail very well, gives you the info about the tools you need and you can go back anytime to review every part of it. Also, I had a very hard month in my life and the course is very friendly with the deadlines of lessons and final project, found that very useful.

I loved this workshop. Before I started I was looking for something to learn to see if I liked coding, this is a very nice way of starting, definitely looking forward to learn more. Also great teacher!

This worked great for me! As a designer, it's sometimes hard to bridge the gap and express your ideas in ways that make sense to the developers, so this has allowed me to not only understand the terms and complexity of what I'm asking for but also believe/know I'm capable of building something to help out.

This was very fun and much more easier than I ever thought. I was able to learn everything quite easily and I could go back to lessons without hesitating to remember how things worked. I am very excited to have learned this.

After completing the 4 courses, the only thing I can say is thank you, never, not even in my wildest dreams, could I imagine that I could create my own apps. SheCodes makes coding the easiest and most addictive thing in the world. I know this is the beginning of a long and fun career in tech.

It's the best course i ever had. The way the themes are distributed are really organized and i loved it. Learning was so easy and practical.

Coming from an International Relations and Administration background coding seemed a little bit scary. Nevertheless it was something that I really wanted to try and I am glad that I did. I also found an amazing community of women that are really there for you if you have a question or you just want to share your goals and dreams on this journey.

This has been such a helpful and enriching course because it takes you through all the things you need at your own pace, making make sure you understand everything, and do it the best you can. Plus there's always someone there to help you if you get stuck.

This was a great course to take for intro to coding. Within three weeks, I feel more comfortable in creating a simple webpage and I also learned a little bit about reverse engineering codes used on other pages to see how they work, which is great to know. Its more self-paced course and will be great for those who learned better on their own with a little guidance. Anyone can take this course and pass successfully all you need is the willingness to learn.

For someone like me, who all my career feared about coding, this course was the best initiation. I realized there is nothing to fear, also discovered a new activity to get in a 'flow state.' I have a whole new opportunity in my career and a hundred things more to discover! ♥

It is the best course there is and I learned a lot, sometimes I was frustrated because things did not turn out the way I wanted, but with peace of mind they turned out, and Matt is a very good teacher who explains super well, this is my 2 course I take, and I would like to take another course. every week I get up very excited to continue with this course. It has been life changing for me and my confidences; let me explain, i had no clue i was able to understand something like this. school made it look so horrible and so complicated that i just didnt even want to try, after ignoring a lof of the adds of SheCodes i finally said "well....one more thing you can try and fail on...". and to be honest this has been one of the greatest things i have ever tryed, because it showed me things dont have to be complicated with a huge paper list of the if and else, and what we call in mexico a diagrama de flujo; that looked out of this world. so thank you a lot SheCodes for your team and the lessons, the best lesson i learned is why not to give it another try? even when you think your not good at it

I started this course with minimum knowledge, and now I can't wait to continue my journey! Matt makes coding easy, I'm really glad I join the course. At first, I wasn't sure about joining, there are a lot of expensive courses and bootcamps and wasn't sure in which should I expend money...but SheCodes it's very accesible! You won't regret.

I loved SheCodes! Super easy to catch up on assignments and you really get an overall useful view of coding.

I learned a lot of essentials for my work, where I was stuck a lot because I was missing some basic knowledge about html, css and javascript when using builders. Anyways the basic SheCodes course is very basic and additional learning is necessary. I will definitely continue with advanced course!

It's been quite a challenge getting here, between school and work, coding has become a hobbie and an activity I like to do. I signed up for SheCodes Plus because I wanted to test my coding skills, and yet learned and enjoy all the programming. :)))

Code literacy is becoming increasingly important nowadays and I didn't want to be detached from it. Thanks to this accessible workshop, I updated my HTML and learned the basics of CSS and JavaScript. I loved the fact that it encouraged me to do research and challenge my skills.

I love learning new and challenging skills, coding is one that I have in my To Do list. This is a great plan to start on the Coding path, the lessons, exercises and the time to complete each task is good enough to stay on track.
