Continuing my coding journey with the SheCodes Responsive workshop as soon as it was available was a no-brainer for me π. I have never thought that it could be so easy to learn coding! During my quarantine, I decided to develop myself to make a career change which I have alwasy wanted. I stumbled upon SheCodes after a quick research. I've learned the basics of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Matt's way of teaching makes it a lot easier to a complete beginner to understand. SheCodes is not offering just videos to watch! The fact that there are challenges following each lesson enables you to practice what you've just learned. I think I might just have discovered my new passion;) I really enjoyed the course and I was a total beginner to start with. The workshop helped me to evaluate and organize my programming knowledge. I've been working with html, css and JS for a while now, but they were rather primary than intermediate projects. Was it worth spending time and money? Of course, what a stupid question! π Matt really do know how to teach step by step and nothing remains unexplained. After finishing the beginner workshop I decided to continue with SheCodes Plus, in order to gain more knowledge and skills of the coding world. It was a very intense and also frustrating time, but I'm very happy about my decision. I still have a lot to learn and definitely need more time to understand what I'm doing, but I will happily continue with coding (now with the SheCodes React workshop) and see where it takes me in the future π

SheCodes workshop offers an insight into the world of coding, making it both accessible and ENJOYABLE for absolute beginners like me! I was thinking about taking up a course for quite some but I was also very hesitant, thinking I will not manage to complete it without any background programming knowledge. I couldn't be more wrong! Coding with SheCodes was engaging, interesting, colorful and it was fun! I felt motivated at all times and wanted to submit all challenges without fail. I recommend the workshops by all my heart! It wasn't that easy to keep up with all deadlines because of crazy Xmas time nevertheless I've managed because it was SO MUCH FUN to finally understand what it is all about π Formula of the course is great and thanks to the small steps method you quickly gain necessary knowledge of tools and skills to create your own basic web page and the best part of it you can continue to learn individually thanks to Matt's tips.
