This course was really amazing for beginner like myself especially when its comes to Javascript. Videos i watched about Javascript were complicated and hard to understand, however Matt explain everything in a very easy way to understand. It was great journey which i want to continue. Thanks to Matt and the Shecodes team.
Having experience working with design software's like Photoshop and Illustrator the concept of CSS was fairly easy to grasp and made sense. JavaScript was a completely new language to me but reminded me of DAX functions that I've some, but limited, knowledge of. I consider myself more creative than analytical and the logic of JavaScript took some time figure out. The workshop was a lot of fun and Matt is very pedagogical and made it easy to follow and not get overwhelmed. The lessons gave me a great foundation to build on and now I know what to look for when I inspect the developer tool in the browser. The course left me wanting to learn more!

This is my fourth course in SheCodes and definitely the most challenging. I was expecting React to be easier because it was created to simplify programming. But it turned out to be easier to figure out the logic of javascript than to understand React. But I'm not giving up on that. Now I face the task of conquering the logic of React.
The best coding workshop for woman!
I always wanted to learn coding but I never dared to...The SheCodes beginner's course was for me a great introduction to programming. Now, I have realized that coding is more about knowing where to find info and training how to solve problems than memorizing commands. You put your imagination to work and miracles can happen!!

The SheCodes Plus course was intense and not always easy. Some tasks took me hours, if not days. Very informative course, fascinating and focused on practice. But I still haven't understood the units π

The responsive add-on weeks has helped me to better understand how to create structured pages with grids and cards with more HTML and CSS. It has been fun and I really enjoyed building my workout landing page.

It was a ton of fun! Learning about JavaScript was the most fun for me I think. I'm pretty sure I got a little too excited with it in the final project, but oh well. The project was just so much fun, making everything from scratch, having to redo a bunch of things because you realize it doesn't really look as good as you'd envisioned it and then finally finishing and being so proud of yourself. These weeks have introduced a new beginning for me and I am very much looking forward to the next workshop.
It's been a little bit more than 2 weeks that I have started my journey with SheCodes. I am a mother and I work at the same time but the workshop is so well-organised that you can find your own way to study and to make it at your own pace. I can't wait to reach the next step with you guys. Sometimes, I felt overwhelmed but Matt encourages us in his well-explained videos! I am about to achieve one of my dreams on my bucket list.
