SheCodes was a nice introduction to web development. Couldn't believe what I have managed to learn and achieve in such a short time!

Exceeded my expectations straight away! A very hands-on course that is well thought through and easy to take in – but challenging at the same time. Mat guides your though each workshop very well and he is easy to listen to and explains in a way that I found easy to understand. I also loved the community within SheCodes – it is very welcoming, and I love the fact that it is easy to ask questions and having a community of female coders that support each other. I would highly recommend this course to anyone thinking about getting in to coding or just to try it out and see if it is for you. If you are thinking about it – just do it! You won’t regret it 😊

The SheCodes Plus course was a lot more interesting (and challenging!) than the basics course and I feel like I have learnt a lot! As always, Matt's teaching style is really nice to follow and going deeper into java script was fun and rewarding!

I am very happy that I've enrolled and done this class, I've really learned a lot during the timeframe, and the short video lesson format made it very flexible to study and very easy to stay focus and optimize the learning time.

This course in, without exaggerating, the best course I have ever taken. For MANY reasons. I have no background in the Tech. I never had ANY interest in it either, until a couple of weeks ago. I love how flexible, pedagogic and mind-blowing this course is. For me, someone with zero experience, it was a bit TERRIFYING to start coding, but this course is almost impossible not to pass. The instructions are smooth to follow. Lessons are short, informative, and bring lots of value. Challenges are in line with lessons. This entire course is divided into shorter sessions, making it so smooth to learn. I cannot believe how much I have learned in under three weeks - it is INSANE! If someone would have told me few months ago that I would be able to create a webpage using HTML, CSS and JavaScript all on MY OWN, I would never believe them. And this was just a Introduction Workshop! I am looking forward to starting the next workshop! If you are hesitating, if you have second thoughts, DO NOT. This will be the best investment you will ever make. Matt is an incredible teacher and this course could change your life! I have never been this proud and HAPPY with MYSELF and my achievements. SheCodes is perfect if you don't want to spend hours on watching videos on how to code, Matt made short but informative videos that made it easier to understand and fun to learn!

SheCodes is a fun and interactive way to get started with web development and programming. Matt is a great teacher who explains things in a very simple way. The course consists of several videos by Matt which are followed by relevant challenges. If you have never written a line of code before in your life like me, then this is a good place to get started.

Amazing course to learn the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript!

Matt is a great teacher and the course is really fun! 😊 What really made the difference for me was having well thought through challenges at the end of each class and week, which ensured that I had understood the material properly and could apply it in a different setting.

The three weeks of Basic coding was sufficient and easy to follow with demo videos, materials and useful tips. I enjoyed the fun challenges for every necessary function mentioned in CSS, HTML and JS. Now, I feel more motivated to continue with the rest of the workshops.

I'm proud that I took the step to try out the basic coding workshop to learn about coding, and I truly discovered my interest in this field and looking forward to learning more and expand my knowledge. Thanks for all that supported me during my journey!

A great course to learn the fundamentals of html, css and java script, packed with loads of useful advice and explanations of tools that come in handy when building your own webpages or analysing websites created by others. This introductory course was at the same time challenging, great fun and very rewarding. Credit to the pedagogical approach and guidance provided by Matt and his whole team!

I loved the sessions, easy to understand, I was learning at my own pace ....with no pressure.

I had a lot of fun building my final project. It was challenging and sometimes felt desperate, but in the end you can always find an answer if you ask or google well enough! It feels that I`ve learnt so much in the course of this project.

I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone willing to learn/try out coding. I started from 0 and was surprised how steap my learning curve was. As our instructor Matt Delac pointed out several times, it is actually not a rocket science and anyone can learn how to code. The course is up-to-date and the lessons are well explained.

It has been great to learn about responsiveness and more about styling and CSS. I will continue to code for sure.

I thought building a responsive webpage was much more complicated, but this class explained everything easily. I learned a lot and would recommend this to any aspiring web developer!

Working with api and javascript, I truly felt inspired and motivated to keep pushing myself and learn more by seeing how powerful it can be!

Before SheCodes, I tried various code camps on different platforms but I dropped out every time because they turned out either intimidating or boring. But with SheCodes, it is neither boring nor intimidating thanks to very well structured steps and encouraging instructor. Finding the help in times of need creates a strong sense of community. I am so happy with my decision and can't wait to start my next workshop 🥳

This was such a great course for a newbie like med - the videos were super informative and helpful. I loved the challenges at the end of each video to put into practice what we'd just been taught. I was worried I'd feel overwhelmed but I just got a sense of childlike curiosity - can't wait to learn more🤓

SheCodes Workshop is phenomenal! I started the SheCodes adventure as a total beginner without feeling it at any point, because the way Matt explains every part and every step is perfect. The challenges are very interesting, but not everything is served, so we also have to learn to use Google for research and develop thinking in the right direction. The SheCodes workshop was easy to understand yet challenging at the same time. The workshop plan had a well thought out time-span but was adaptable even for people with tight schedules. This workshop offered me a great foundation that I didn't have before and I had so much fun exploring the different challenges presented with each lesson. This three weeks have been amazing, have learned so much about coding and found a new self-confidence in the coding and will in the futher I will expand my knowledge.

I had a really good time learning to code! It was understandable and you had a deadline so it was superfun to challenge myself with this. I have never coded before and now, its making sense and it feels like I am in a new world and can totally benefit from this course in the future!

I never needed to use the help service so can't say anything about that, but for the one motivated to learn this is a great way to get a structure to the learning process. Also, the videos are very easily formulated so anyone with the will can easily follow.

I am a designer and I was interested in learning coding. The best site to learn this for me was SheCodes. SheCodes is pretty clear in all subjects and I learned everything I needed to start my journey👌

The lessons are well-paced, well-explained and methodical; things are put in a logical order and you immediately get to try out the things you learn. All in all, I'm very happy with the course!

After my 3 week intro course I was ready to learn more. I have now submitted my final project in SheCodes Plus workshop and I am so proud of my self for how everything turned out. Can not thank Matt and the whole SheCodes team enough for making coding so much fun and for always being there. Now I am ready to join the React workshop to learn even more.
