it was very understandable it help me build a solid foundation of the rules of coding

I really enjoyed this introductory part of the program. I learnt a lot and got to discover a whole new world outside of what I'm generally accustomed to. The lessons were short and easy to grasp and the challenges were the most exciting part of the entire course.

When I started the workshop, I had zero knowledge of coding, and I pretty much doubted that I would even understand it, but here I am now, having so much fun with it. Matt is an amazing instructor. Thank You so much!

Whew, what a ride. This is an experience I would recommend to everyone. I started here with only the bare minimum basic computer skills and I have learned a lot. I'm excited to learn even more. This bit was challenging(I wanted to throw my laptop and I away a couple of times), but thank you to everyone who answered my questions. The success stories kept me going and for that I am grateful to everyone .

I absolutely enjoyed the lessons. Seeing something that I created come alive with API was surreal. To think that I created something (with the help of Matt of course) that has actual data is exciting. The lessons were easy to follow too.

The SheCodes Basics workshop has enabled me to learn the fundamentals of coding at my own pace. I am confident in my HTML, CSS and Javascript skills! I look forward to learning more programming languages through SheCodes.

Shecodes Plus was quite challenging but with all of that brain cracking i can safely say this course was fun and provided the most amazing satisfaction more especially that my Weather-App turned out good.

It was a lot of excitement when I got a concept right and a lot of frustrated grunts when I couldn't figure out how to make a button work but It was all worth it. I had fun learning coding basics and Matt did a fantastic job guiding us in this journey. I highly would recommend this workshop to others as well.

I loved doing the basic coding exercises, really fun!

My confidence and coding passion were further stoked by SheCodes' practical, hands-on approach that combines theory with real-world projects. As the workshop came to an end, I reflected on how I transformed from a "somewhat experienced individual" to a confident person with practical skills and an insatiable desire to learn . The influence extended beyond knowledge, reminding me that obstacles are really just opportunities in disguise and that progress is a lifelong endeavor.

I had a very hard time understanding the concept behind coding while at the same time being curious about what goes on in the world of tech. That alone frustrated me. Then I came across SheCodes. I do not have enough words to express how grateful I am. Today I am able to code all by myself and it is all thanks to SheCodes.😉

Fun learning experience

It has been truly amazing to take this journey with Shecodes! They weren't kidding when they say anyone can learn coding! I can't say it was as easy as SheCodes basics, there were times I wanted to cry and give up because I couldn't identify where I went wrong, but then I decided to code as Matt explains in the background and I couldn't be happier. Taking coding step by step, fixing issues one at a time has really helped me grasp onto concepts better than what I was doing before. I am interested in tech and this course has been the most perfect course to learn coding even though I've had my challenges finishing my first certificate. But its been absolutely worth it.

My name is Sthandiwe Msweli from South Africa and my coding journey so far has been amazing. So before I started coding I graduated in Business and information Manangement and I was not happy with what I've studyed but because I wanted to have a qulification and get a job so I can earn a living so i went on with it. Fast cracking my story after I graduated had no luck in finding a job so after a year, on my second year of staying at home without any luck of getting a job, I did a free trail in coding on some bootcamp and I fall inlove with it but to enroll to that bootcamp you needed funding which I did'nt have. So I did my reserch and I ended up founding Delac Foundation that when I start my coding journey and it has been a wonderful journey and I thank the Lord for this opportunity still on it and excicted for more learning and more adventure in coding 💜 plus I have completed my shecodes plus and responsive it was challenging but yet amazing experience the fact that I now have my first project that operates with real life data it amazes me I’m learning a lot can not wait for my next lessons and project ❤️”
