This workshop was quiet challenging but what kept me going and not giving up is that wherever you are challenged there is always help in the slack community. The hands-on experience that I've gain, I believe it will help me in elevating in tech.

A few months ago I took a leap of faith and joined Delac Foundation. I had the opportunity of creating a web page from scratch, this has improved my skills in HTML, CSS, JS and VS Code. In a short period of time I am astonished by all the knowledge I have acquired in the workshop. I am looking forward to creating more advanced projects. This workshop is challenging, yet fulfilling at the same time. Learning to code when you've never even known how a website is created is very interesting. Matt's videos are very informative and enjoyable. They are short and to the point so you always stay engaged. The support on Slack is awesome. You promptly get all the info you need. Started this journey with no experience nor skills, just a simple girl from the rural areas of South Africa wasn't easy at first but the exciting way to express creativity whilst learning a valuable skill that can lead to rewarding career. The responsive workshop was very nice. It was fun to learn that we can manipulate a website to work and fit the way we want it to in different devices of different widths.

I highly recommend SheCodes, I am glad I decided to try coding with it. Matt is a really great instructor and everything he teaches is easy to follow. I managed to finish the SheCodes Basics classes within a month at my own pace and time and now I am able to apply the basics and build a proper landing page with what was taught.
