Despite its overall difficulty, I strongly recommend the bootcamp.
SheCode plus kept me on my feet. I would not lie it is interesting and keeps you thinking. It made me improve my analytical skills. Sometimes we over think things hence we see them difficult but once you do it you realize it is worth thinking and spending time on. This was definitely worth it and would still recommend SheCode to anyone who would want to learn to code.
I really enjoyed this basic course. It was very fun and beginner friendly. I really liked the assessments we had along the way as they helped us to apply our knowledge and identify any areas of weakness. When I started this course I thought it would be hard. The duration(time) of each lesson is below 10 minutes and this helped me concentrate through out every lesson, and the challenges after most lessons made it easy for me to practice. Upon searching for a job after graduation, I saw the need to expand on my skill set and how that could potentially be helpful with me getting a job. Coding was one of the high income and high in demand skill set that I was interested in while on my hunt for things I could learn. I was skeptical about how I would breakthrough in the industry seeing that I didn't carry a Computer Science degree. Upon further research i found sites and online schools that offered to teach the skills. I then stumbled upon SheCodes, which was said to be dedicated to helping women break into the tech industry. I was fortunate enough to get access to their foundation that would teach women the basics of coding. So far my interest for coding grew due to their easy to follow lessons, that help you to understand what coding is, even when you do not know what you are doing. The self paced method they use, not only helps me plan my days well while integrating the lessons in it, it also allowed me to feel in control of my work and also pace my deadlines to my own understanding. I enjoy learning coding with SheCodes and I will forever be grateful to them for allowing me to learn and grow with them
