Learning how to make a website without using an outside framework was really beneficial! I will be using this knowledge moving forward, as it provided a greater insight into coding for me. I liked the website I created, and believe it does a great job reflecting my interests!

I really value how challenging Matt makes the course, which has taught me how important it is in coding to know how to search for answers online. It's really satisfying to finish this project and start a portfolio!

I knew JavaCode was complicated before doing this workshop and luckily Matt was there by my side explaining everything clearly and made the logic understandable!

React is most likely the most challenging language to understand. I did enjoy, however, how easy it was to understand the lessons with the instructor's help.

Fun to build another weather application with some new tools.

SheCodes has been an amazing learning experience for me. The lessons were easy to follow, well-structured, and very beginner-friendly. I gained confidence in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and enjoyed building real projects step by step. Completing the SheCodes Responsive workshop was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. I learned how to build fully responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and media queries, and how to adapt designs for different screen sizes. I came in this experience to improve my skills in coding and i am proud to say that this SheCodes platform is a very interesting workshop because i got exposed to new interesting challenges and with the help of the videos i found them a lot interesting a challenging at the same time, but at the end of the time the perfect skills were gained.

I took a holiday break right before starting React, and when I jumped back in, I felt zero pressure to rush! I was able to take my time truly understanding the key concepts and what makes React such a powerful library. It makes learning so much more fun when you realize you have such an incredible tool to use alongside vanilla JavaScript. Learning both is absolutely worth it!

I really enjoyed the Advanced CSS course. It challenged me to think creatively with layouts and design. My “Let’s Fly” project helped me apply animations, grids and dark theme toggles. I learned how to make pages interactive and visually appealing. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that strengthened my web development skills.

I have learned a great deal throughout this course. The two-part Python with AI curriculum has been significantly more accessible and easier to follow compared to other lessons I have taken previously. Working with code, APIs, and AI technologies has become much more intuitive for me, and I now feel considerably more confident in my abilities to work with these tools independently. The hands-on approach and structured learning format have been particularly effective in building my technical competence. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience and feel well-prepared to apply these skills in practical applications.

Designing a dark theme was a fun and motivating experience. It allowed me to think ahead about future improvements and encouraged me to learn more about different styling approaches and how they are implemented in code. I also enjoyed experimenting with animations alongside the dark theme, which helped me explore how small interactive details can improve the user experience. Although working with JavaScript can be challenging to understand when writing it, it motivates me to keep practising and improving my understanding of how functions work, as it has the potential to do so much. Thank you to Matt and the team for providing clear explanations that were easy to follow.

I learn a lot about how to manipulate dates and times using moment.js , how to make select menus work and advance HTML.
