SheCodes Basics was an amazing introduction into coding! I had no prior experience, and the modules were really easy to follow. I feel that I got a lot out of it!

SheCodes gave me the opportunity to try coding the first time one year ago, with the "Introduction to Coding" workshop. I loved it so much that I decided to continue my coding studies by doing the Plus workshop, and all I can say is that I am going to continue until the end! She Codes was such an amazing experience to learn the basics of coding in a step by step fashion. I took the class to have a better understanding of what coding is, as a teacher that now has to teach coding as a part of the curriculum. It's my third SheCodes workshop. And every time I think that it's so amazing to try something new in the welcoming atmosphere of true mentorship, support, and appraising students' progress. I feel that I become stronger and more curious with every week and every lesson.
I learned such an amazing amount about how to built a beautiful website in such a short amount of time. Not only did I learn how to do specific things, but I also learned how to look things up on my own. This will allow me to do even more than I learned in this class in the future, and continue to build upon the knowledge I gained in this course. This will help me in so many different aspects of communicating with designers, engineers, etc. in the future.
It's been an amazing journey and I cannot wait to proceed to the next phase. Matt's teachings are very comprehendible with examples to help you along the way. The sheCodes team is also on standby to assist with every question. It's also amazing to see the coders assist each other however they can.

Before joining SheCodes i was a little scared of Javascript as i have heard people say it was very tough. It was definitely a brain tester but overall it was an amazing experience. In my opinion, SheCodes Basics is an amazing start for your coding journey. I really enjoyed the process, it was pretty easy but interesting and challenging at the same time! One of the things I liked the most is the UI/UX of SheCodes, as it shows a real example of good design and motivates you to continue coding.

I have learned a ton of coding taking SheCodes Plus workshop. The main focus in this workshop was Javascript and not gonna lie, it was difficult to understand at first but once you get the hang of it, it can be fun watching it come to life. Matt explains things thoroughly which is sooo helpful. He has an amazing teaching gift. I'm excited to go on to the next workshop!

Thanks to SheCodes Plus I learned a lot about programming. It's amazing to be able to create apps that can already be published and used by people all over the world. It may seem that programming and this course may be too difficult. However, step-by-step instructions, clear explanations and separate lessons for each topic help you to understand and practise everything, so you're not going to fail. The result is gorgeous!
