Frankly, SheCode is amazing hands-on Coding Workshops for Women. Participation of this workshop was a fantastic experience. If you want to actually learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript in an easy and fun way - take this course together with SheCode and Matt.
It was useful and interesting. Creating something from a scratch was a great experience. Matt is amazing, I like how easy and clearly he can explain difficult topics.
SheCodes Plus pushed me to my limit and further! There were quite a few times where I wanted to give up but I went back and rewatched Matt's videos as many times as it took until the concept stuck and I could replicate or make changes on my own. Seeing my fully functioning weather app after only a few weeks of lessons and knowing I can add or change anything I want is such an amazing feeling! I can't wait to move onto Responsive and see what comes next.
SheCodes makes learning how to code fun :) The challenges can be a little...challenging, but the support you get from fellow coders is amazing. I would highly recommend SheCodes to anyone who is interested in web development.

When enrolled in this course I did not know anything about coding, not even what software to use or how to open a new file, and it is amazing that after 3 weeks I am able to build a simple webpage. I am currently using this knowleadge to create my own consulting company's webpage.

SheCodes Plus workshop is amazing. JavaScript can be intimidating however, Matt does a good job of explaining the logic of writing code. The videos are easy to follow. I would highly recommend.

Best decision I ever made, I have to be honest I did not think I was remotely smart enough to do this and when I signed up I was really nervous, however this was amazingly challenging and well thought out, each lesson leads well into the next one without over whelming. Sometimes you can get confused but with all the resources to help you figure it out, makes it easy to get back on track! Really enjoyed it!
As a Web Developer, I was seeking to brush up on some skills, especially JavaScript. I wanted to see how the course was presented and taught before moving on to the other courses. So I started with the SheCodes Basic workshop. Matt is an amazing instructor. The course is presented in bite-sized chunks so you don't get overwhelmed. It leaves out all the bloat found in other online and classroom courses. It is a great course for anyone wanting to see if coding is for them. The Slack channel offers assistance when you need it. Overall, I am very pleased and will be recommending SheCodes to others.

I had a great experience. The solutions after challenges really helped me understand and I love the concept behind the company. It's amazing to see women from all around the world in the slack channel and all our work in one place. I learned html and css during design school (its been awhile) but this was my first time learning javascript. Overall I feel like the basics workshop was well worth the money. Give it a try!
This course was amazing! I would highly recommend it. I loved how we used real-world tools and had challenges throughout. Throughout the course, I was building on the skills from week 1 which gave me the confidence to play around with my final project.

SheCodes Responsive gave me the confidence I needed to really see that I CAN DO this. I loved the final project. Being able to showcase our work on a website we built is an amazing feeling. This has been an amazing journey! I started with the first course thinking I would stop after the basics level...but I have loved learning how to code and completed every course available. I chose SheCodes because it was structured (deadlines, I need them) but also flexible (I was still teaching full time so I was coding on weekends). I know that there is SO much more to learn, but I am excited and ready for it. As a transitioning teacher, I never considered FrontEnd Developer as an option for me, but now I do. ❤️. AMAZING!!! Matt is a really talented teacher. I started my coding journey with SheCodes basic, fell in love with coding, and decided to make a career shift. I then enrolled in a university bootcamp (BIG mistake) and I dropped out because the tutors were not as talented in explaining the material as Matt and the curriculum was rushed and unorganized, I then decided to sign up for SheCodes Pro and I could immediately notice the difference! I am telling you if you enjoyed your SheCodes basic course, go for it and invest in the SheCodesPro, it is worth every penny! I didn't imagine that coding is something that I could ever learn; I have always thought that it is a very complicated subject and only those good in math or "engineers" can understand it. But as I started the lessons I began to see that it can be an interesting and fun experience. SheCodes lessons were divided into a few minutes per topic so the student wouldn’t be overwhelmed. There were challenges at the end of each lesson so it served as a review and to practice what I understood about the topic. Matt is also a great instructor; he was able to explain things very well, in a simple and clear manner. I found myself looking forward to watching each lesson! And to the amazing support of the SheCodes team, where you can readily ask for help in case you get stuck on the assignments that you are working on. I am beyond grateful for this opportunity and blessed to be a part of this community.

This was another excellent workshop. The creation of the weather app was engaging from beginning to end. In each video Matt explained everything really clearly. He was always challenging me to do my best and although it wasn't easy, it wasn't impossible. Matt really know how to go into concepts one step at a time and gradually took me from HTML and CSS to Bootstrap and JavaScript. This was another amazing workshop and I can't wait to the next.
