I highly appreciate SheCodes' possibility for Ukrainians to learn how to code. I admire the way the process is organized by small steps and practicing. Matt is so amazing at explaining complex things and has brilliant English which is an advantage, especially for non-native speakers who listen to his lessons.

I did it!!! Yeah!! 5 months ago I would have never imagined myself coding or aspiring to a career in tech. But SheCodes made it possible. I just completed the react workshop! It was so much fun and exciting learning new things and building a weather and dictionary applications with React. It's the best workshop for people who have never learnt any coding. The structure, short videos, challenges, homeworks are absolutely awesome! But also I want to mark a high level of support and attention, which is given to everyone. I would highly recommend this SheCodes Workshop since it has given me so much theory and practice. It is the best first step to start a career in coding. I have understood the basics and principles, although I still have so much to work on and improve. It is an exciting journey into the IT world, and I am eternally grateful for such an amazing oppurtunity to develop.
It's challenging, but very rewarding, knowing that I've accomplished learning new skills. Being able to build something as complex as a weather forecast on my own is amazingly satisfying.

Matt is an amazing instructor. I'm a slow learner but the way this course is taught coupled with the autonomy of getting to do it at your own pace makes this both enjoyable and easy to understand. I actually look forward to learning from Matt after my 9-5 and started viewing these lessons/challenges/homework as a mental break from my reality. I've already started recommending it to friends. I really enjoyed the course! The structure of the course is very well done, lessons are short but they include everything that you need to know to do your homework. And even if you don't know something or can't figure out where you made a mistake your can always check for the answer in the chat or write your problem there - you always have the feedback and this is really great! It's amazing! Only in 3 week I had to learn so much interesting about coding! For this stage all is clear and simple and it's not a rocket science! I strongly recommend this course for everyone who just want to be clear with the base things in coding you'll definitely feel more confident!
I started learning coding through a game that teaches programming languages, and I loved the puzzle-solving aspect, which inspired me to delve deeper into coding. SheCodes has been the perfect platform for that journey! I enjoyed exploring HTML, CSS, and JavaScript during the SheCodes Basics workshop, and I'm eager to continue learning in the next workshop. Coding allows me to be creative and feel challenged, which I find incredibly rewarding. SheCodes has been an ideal learning experience, and Matt is an amazing teacher! For my project, I chose to create a page advocating for expanded shore access in Massachusetts, driven by frustrations over recent changes to local beach parking policies.

SheCodes is amazing! The fact that I was able to build a simple website with html, CSS and JavaScript in just under 3 weeks just shows how good the lessons were. Step by step with enough guidance to help you get there but still build skills to answer your own questions. Brilliant.
React is amazing! Again, Matt teaches it so well, super informative, very easy to understand and it is very fun when you can read and understand everything! I 100% recommend :)

This is a dream come through. I had always wished to learn how to code while I was in school. Luckily for me, I got to know about SheCodes through a platform on facebook called, Portfolio9. I applied and was given a scholarship to learn coding at no cost. Today, I'm happy to announce to you that I can build some nice page using HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT. I appreciate SheCodes team and Matt Delac, the founder who is also my tutor. He made everything I thought was difficult very simple and understandable. Believe me when I say, I have never met an amazing tutor like him.
All lessons were very productive. I learned a lot and I will continue to learn. Coding is an amazing world. Learning new things always excites me. JS topics were a bit difficult at first, but I never gave up and kept trying. Although not perfect because I must learn more more more. But now, I have my own project! And this is very amazing!
