React is incredibly fun and challenging, this project re-worked my memory into remembering what I learned for my weather app a long time ago, and what not to do!
It was really important for me to improve even more my techniques on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Matt teacher is really amazing at teaching and making everything easier to understand! Codind with SheCodes workshops is more fun than I expected it to be :)
This workshop was life changing, and amazing. I was a little afraid of al the letters, the tools but it was amazing, I want to continue this incredible journey of coding. When I heard of SheCodes i was amazed that it was for only for women, to empower all the girls around the world to follow this adventure. That women can code, we are capable of, and is so fun. Taking this workshops is one of the best decisions I have made
After starting with SheCodes, I have a newfound confidence in myself. I had many years is struggle not being able to get a further education beyond High School. SheCodes has made it possible for me to educate myself in something that is in high demand and that I enjoy. It has been so much fun and life changing so far. I enjoyed my journey with SheCodes program. it was very clear and straightforward, so i think anyone could follow it easily without any problem even beginners with no coding experience. Coding is fun! Before starting at SheCodes, I thought that coding was difficult and that I would have a hard time learning it though I found it interesting. But, thanks to Matt and the SheCodes slack community, it was a wonderful experience. In just 3 weeks, I've become 3 languages smarter. The best part of the workshop for me was working on my final project where I was able to freestyle and be creative.

I've learnt so much in the SheCodes Basics course—I can't believe it! I was initially hesitant because I had never programmed before, but the course's format and material made it very approachable. The hands-on projects were not only enjoyable but also aided in solidifying my comprehension of coding fundamentals. The instructors were patient and knowledgable. I now feel confident to delve deeper into the realm of coding thanks to SheCodes Basics. Anyone interested in dipping their toes into coding should take this course, in my opinion!
Just finished my Basics add-on project. It was fun creating another page. Learned how to create grid layouts and changing the theme of a page using JS. Nice way to practice more of your css and html as well. I liked how we made the project together step by step per lesson. Saved me from going back and watching the videos for the final project over again.
This was a very fun and exciting project to work on during the weekend!

SheCodes made learning a fun experience. It has an great way to make you want to learn. The homework was my favorite part as I get to try what I saw and if I got stuck I could get help on the slacks community which is welcoming and helpful but mostly encouraging.
I found the learning experience to be engaging and interactive. The hands-on coding exercises were invaluable in helping me practice what I learned. The bite-sized video lessons were easy to follow, and the final project was fun and challenging. I will definitely recommend it to others looking to embark on their coding journey.

My web design adventure began earlier this year when I took part in the inspiring workshops offered by SheCodes. Since then, I've been passionately crafting digital experiences that seamlessly merge form and function.
I enjoyed every minute of the SheCodes Basics workshop! I love Matt's teaching style. I learned while having fun and even laughing sometimes. I loved that there are challenges after most of the teaching videos. This is the best teaching style for me. You implement what you learn. I also like that it is self-paced although there is a deadline for submitting the weekly homeworks and the final project. This is good for me too because I need to be able to learn on my own time but I also need that little push to stay on track. Can't wait to start with the SheCodes Plus workshop!

This Basics Add-On was SUPER FUN to do! I can see how much progress I've made because, although I'm working on my code writing to be more intuitive, I was able to follow along quicker and easier than I did in my first three weeks. I really like flexing my design muscles in CSS!
this is a course that make participants familiar with front-end coding.The focus of it is on HTML and CSS but I've learned some basic codes and concepts of JavaScripts. I wish the course was more elaborated with some details. Also it would be useful that fundamental concepts(like variable scope) were explained. Excellent point of the course is weekly home works which engage us to what we learned. Thanks a lot Shecodes and specially Matt.
It was an intensive 3 weeks, but I feel much more confident about my coding skills and learning how it works. It provided me a sense of accountability, but also, I was having fun!

I really enjoyed doing the SheCodes Basics workshop. It helped me realize that I really like coding and that I do have a future in it. It's true that sometimes it's a bit frustrating but at the end of the day you have fun in the process and you are happy with your result. Right now I'm applying to universities and this course made me realize that I don't only want to study design but I want to combine it with some software programming like computer science, animation and videogame engineering and digital design. My final project was a web page where I wrote my college admissions essay and that way I could show them my skills. :))))

I've been trying to grasp coding for a couple of months but kept getting stuck with no idea how to find answers to my questions. I love this format where not only are we taught how to look up answers for ourselves, but if we can't figure it out there's a chat with classmates as well as an entire walkthrough of the problem. It's also super fun!

I postponed this assignment twice! I wanted to submit it when my vision for it was complete. While figuring it out and brainstorming I developed some skills and some techniques that I didnt know about and didnt think I could do. I had some oh my gosh moments, some excited moments, some ok girl you've got this moments, and most of all I had fun doing it. I am very satisfied with my end results. SheCodes was such a fun experience for me! I just moved to a new country recently and had some complications that resulted in me only being allowed to study in January of 2024. SheCodes has been a great opportunity for me to still be able to study and learn while waiting for college to start. The videos and exercises are easy to understand, it is so easy to ask questions and I love that there are deadlines. They really helped me to stay focused during the course. The basics course is great for people like myself who never tried this before and wanted to discover if this is something I would be interested in doing in the future.
SheCodes has been really motivating, supportive, and fun for my beginners coding journey. I really like that there are constant challenges and a network of cohorts and support team to help you with any questions or problems along the way.
The longer you code the easier it gets and it starts to become second nature. It's fun to see your progress come full circle.
Time to get a crazy coder! XD I learned very nice and new features to make a website look more beautiful, among some with which - I can order images on a website nicely in different possitions (called grid) - I can spin images and texts around and can decide how fast I want them to spin.🤠 - I can put images in crazy positions.😆 - And I can change the settings of a website to a darker mode (or other color mode if you want). :) These are some of the features I learned at the workshop. 😄 This was another very educational, nice and fun workshop! 🤓🥳

This boot camp made learning to code really a lot of fun. I enjoyed the fact that I could do my work anytime from anywhere, the challenges where hard at times but I always had that support on Slack if I needed it.
