This was so much fun! Yes, there are times when it can be extremely frustrating, as with learning anything new, but it's so worth it to code and see your designs and functions come to life. I've grown to love coding because I get to be both creative and analytical at the same time. I had a blast learning and Matt, you are AWESOME!!

I recently completed the SheCodes program, led by Matt, and it was an incredible experience. I was able to learn a lot of excellent fundamental coding skills in just three weeks which have helped me feel more confident making the transition into tech. Matt was an excellent instructor and clearly and concisely explained each topic. He also gave us plenty of time to practice our newfound skills with fun exercises. What a fantastic introduction to coding! After completing four SheCodes workshops, I feel empowered to make my own projects and continue my journey with web development. React isn't the easiest to learn, but Matt is an excellent teacher and the Slack team is amazing. The learning is project-based, fun, and engaging. I highly recommend!

This workshop is perfectly designed for someone who has no background in this industry. I found it very useful and fun, but hard. Search engine was not easy to code, but thanks to the help of the team on Slack and all the material provided it was possible. SheCodes is my first step towards changing career paths and I think this coding bootcamp is really good, so im looking forward to start with the next conding workshop.
This was a lot more fun! I enjoyed working with the responsiveness and SEO of a site. I felt like that was more my element.
SheCodes was really fun and was very educational for me. Matt was a wonderful teacher who was very encouraging and made everything easy to understand. I completed the React Final Project, and I have to say, it was one of the best investments I've made in my career. The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and packed with practical examples that helped me understand the fundamentals of React. The instructor was knowledgeable and approachable. Thanks to Matt and his team for this great opportunity. I had a lot of fun, it is great to have a challenge with most of the lectures to apply what you have learned and I loved to have actual results in the end that I can show to others. I started this course to get some basic knowledge in coding as I am trying to change careers into UX Design and be better equipped to talk to developers, but I might just change course completely and switch to coding ... I am not sure yet, the jury is still out there. But who knows?
SheCodes Basics was a fun, albeit challenging at times, workshop. As someone who's completely new to coding, it was overall an awesome learning experience. Definitely recommend it 🙌

More challenging than the SheCodes Basics courses, but incredibly fun to advance quickly into advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Understanding and using APIs is a great benefit for my current role at the FinTech company I work for, so this is definitely helping me in my career as well. A big thank you to Matt and the SheCodes team for this excellent Web Development course!
The responsive add-on weeks has helped me to better understand how to create structured pages with grids and cards with more HTML and CSS. It has been fun and I really enjoyed building my workout landing page.

It was an amazing learning experience. Through the course, I was able to build a fully functional weather app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and also work with APIs. The challenges in the course were well thought out and helped me to develop my skills. I really enjoyed this course and look forward to learning more.

I had fun building a landing page from scratch. And when the code didn't work I had to find out how to do things and connect with people. It was very interesting to see and share different solutions to the same challenges. I feel like I have learned a lot so far and it's only been a couple weeks.
This workshop was really fun. I especially enjoyed creating my travel project.
This was so much fun! I enjoyed taking my own little twist on the project and creating a world clock for the Eras Tour based on the tour dates. Obviously, there is room for international dates once they are announced. :)

This kind of learning is what I really wanted from longtime ago. I've always been intrigued and curious by how all those webpages are built and really wanted to find courses. I loved doing the workshops, even though I really hadn't enough time I love doing the research; the challenge of resolving sometimes the bug is so excinting. I really had fun! This add-on project was challenging, but walking through the project together as a reference helped me complete my project and understand how to correct my mistakes, and get the styling and functions to render correctly.
SheCodes has helped me to better understand Css and Javascript, I now know how to style my websites and to make them interactive. Furthermore I was doing this course at my own pace. I really had fun learning with SheCodes .

The SheCodes Responsive workshop was, like the others, as interesting and challenging, but I had more fun in completing my final project and using the tools we learned throughout the weeks. I felt more confident in completing my Portfolio and put finishing touches to my previous projects. Even after weeks of following the workshops, seeing a project come to life, after hours of work, will always be satisfying and rewarding.

During the SheCodes Plus Workshop I had the opportunity to build a weather app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The experience was both challenging and fun, and I learned a lot along the way (Bootstrap, Github, API). The format of the workshop was excellent, and I enjoyed creating the weather app despite the difficulty. I found that Matt, our instructor, did an excellent job of explaining each element and function clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand JavaScript.
Great workshops that have been a heap of fun to progress through and I'd highly recommend. The projects have been integral to cementing the skills learned. I have no hesitation in recommending the course and if you apply yourself fully you will really progress quickly.

Learning how to build a weather app from Mat proved to be a steep learning curve. Analytical thinking and slowing down to break things into logical steps is a must-have skill for anyone wanting to be successful in writing code. Mat showed us that it can be done, and that coding is fun. If you want to learn the fundamentals of coding, you are in the right place.
The basics course seems to have been well structured into bite-sized, easy to understand and remember videos and challenges. I liked having the chance to summarize at the end of each week in the form of homework. I would say the course is busy-life friendly. I was relieved to have the chance to apply for extensions when life happened. Overall, I had a lot of fun finishing this course especially, the final project.

I really liked the training format with short lessons and constant practice. I had a little difficulty with classes and sometimes I didn't understand the meaning of a function. But I think everything comes with practice and it was already easier for me to do the final task!
