I started coding as a hobby, but now it's becoming one of my favorite activities to spend time on! Thanks to SheCodes for making such a fun and helpful course. After finishing my final projects, I am really feeling empowered for being able to develop such a relatively sophisticated code in a short amount of time.

I had a lot of fun following this workshop! I have learned so much! Matt's explanations are very detailed and the support of the team on Slack is very helpful. It helps to have a community to support you in the process and learn as well from other people's questions and open your mind by looking at other people's projects. This was challenging but mostly fun. I had a bit of background with HTML and CSS but with the lessons i have improved so much. when it come to Java script, i still need to practice more to perfect my skill.

I am very glad to participate in SheCodes Basics workshop. Although I have no prior knowledge of web development, I was able to build a web page by myself. It is just a simple website but I feel accomplished that I've done it. During this workshop, I learned the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I was really fascinated by the homework in each lesson and I believe I have had a good foundation through this workshop.

Shecodes basics is incredibly helpful in terms of giving me insight into the basics of websites and how they function. There is so much more to learn but I found it incredibly helpful how things were broken down and explained in a simple way.
SheCodes makes learning really fun with a great balance of theory, practicals and code-a-long videos. I've found that the structure of the lessons has helped me to pick up concepts quickly and you do feel you have achieved something each week with the homework tasks. I've also picked up lots of tools and tips that aren't necessarily taught in other self-learning platforms I've tried.
SheCodes is a great boot camp for beginners in coding. It's approachable, fun, easy to follow, and highly practical. The curriculum involves a lot of hands-on coding exercises, and the community is supportive, making it an ideal place for beginners to learn.
As challenging as it was, I loved doing this entire course. It opened my mind to new ways of thinking, and strengthened by growth mindset. It's nice to be able to have something challenge me and it be fun at the same time. So happy I committed myself to the experience!
She codes basic is a well designed simple introduction course to coding. I've had a lot of fun developing new skills and possible career pathway!

Coding really can be fun! Once again, Matt has laid the class out in an easy to follow manner - learning some new tricks and also re-iterating things we already learned. I found the review to be especially helpful for getting some things to stick in my brain. Highly recommend the classes, it has helped me to feel quite accomplished with Java Script!
I loved taking this workshop. As a complete beginner, I found the lessons easy to follow along, and enjoyed all of the tasks, and the project that was assigned. It was fun being able to be creative, and start to develop a new skill that I hope to use in the future.

I liked this Basic course that i did. It gave me a better vision what a Front-End Developer is. Even beginning this course with some doubts in myself, i realised that i am quite good in it ,it makes fun and i really enjoyed to go through every lesson. I am sure that i will continue learning coding and may be one day will work as a Front-End Developer. Everything is possible, you just need to believe in it truly.

I was able to grasp some of the fundamentals of web front-end development with the resources provided in the basics workshop. The pace for learning the materials and doing the homework and challenges was also set well especially for beginners. The content was fitting to get me interested but not overwhelming for me to find it difficult to learn.

Learning React is not an easy task. I appreciate how this workshop focuses on key elements and models each step to creating a working weather app. There's still so much to learn, but I now have the foundational knowledge to figure out how to make functional React apps.

Wow, this class was intense. I enjoyed learning React; you can do many neat things, and the code looks prettier. It was a very challenging class, especially figuring out how to transfer my CSS to the correct file, and which parts of your code you should leave or move into the next component to keep the design how you want it. If you take this class, utilize the Slack channels to help solve any issues you may come across. Overall it was super fun and I am excited about the next section.

I have really enjoyed the SheCodes basic course, it's been a lot of fun and rewarding to see what I can create after such a short period of time!
I have learn't a lot from the SheCodes basic course, the course is well organised which makes learning how to code fun.
This workshop really helped deepen my knowledge in Javascript and it was mostly my first time working with API. I'm still going to add more functionality to the weather project to keep learning and I can´t wait to finish the next projects and the React app.

It also taught me some new skills in HTML, CSS, and JS that I had not yet learned (even having completed the Plus course first). I feel much more confident with my coding basics after completing this course. As always the lessons were very clear and easy to follow and the challenges in each lesson were fun and really reinforced what had been taught.
This project was very fun to make, I should have finished this add-on first. But I totally missed it, when I had finished the Basics SheCodes, I guess I was too eager to jump into the SheCodes plus part of the training. The extra challenge was worth the knowledge I have gained. Now I can look back and realize where I was struggling.

The most challenging coding chapter, it was fun learning it but it gave me some tough time at the end I conquered.

I loved the SheCodes workshop. All the lessons are clearly explained and bite-sized. There are some challenges in the tasks, but it was fun to look for the solutions and make the assignments. It's easy for anyone to begin their coding journey with SheCodes! 😁
The Plus workshop was instructive in creating a fully functioning weather app. The lessons guide you through the process of implementing APIs, multiple functions, loops and arrays, etc in JavaScript and HTML, and also give you creative freedom in adding personal touches in the CSS.
Just completed my SheCodes Basics Add-On and it was great! I enjoyed it very much! Such a fun challenge. SO much that I'm moving forward with SheCodes Plus.
