SheCodes workshops are one of the best courses I have ever taken! Weekly homeworks, slack group, helpful team, and the dearest Matt Delac makes coding very fun.
Another great workshop from SheCodes where I had fun creating my website and making it responsive! Highly recommended!
Jumping into the SheCodes Plus workshop after the SheCodes Basics was both challenging and a lot of fun. Coding the weather app bit by bit and seeing how it builds up to a fully functioning solution was a really satisfying experience. Every lesson was clear and excellently conducted and the SheCodes Team was really helpful on Slack. I highly recommend this course!

This workshop has taught me so much in 3 weeks and it is really enjoyable. The lessons and challenges were clear and easy to follow. From someone who came into this as a beginner, this workshop not only teaches you a lot, but also helps you practice in gaining confidence with the things you learn. Seriously a lot of fun.

I had no knowledge about codding so i had no idea what i was going into but I really enjoyed and it was a lot of fun! Definitely recommend!
I would have never thought it would be possible for me to become interested in coding but I had a lot of fun! It really is amazing to be able to create something out of nothing and lots of fun when something does not work and you have to figure out why! The sense of accomplishment when you manage to figure out and solve your own issues is incredible. I am so happy that I decided to take this step but this was just the start! Thank you, Matt
SheCodes basic was amazing. It was fun and perfect for beginners, the challenges were just the right difficulty to keep you going. I highly recommend taking this course if you want to try out coding and are completely new to it!
I was afraid to learn how to code because I had always thought coding was intimidating but taking this beginners course had helped me realized that coding is very fun and anyone is capable of learning the basics! I loved every moment of it, and I plan on taking more courses to further my learning.

I really had fun learning the API integration and hosting my very own app on Netlify. It was really challenging sometimes but couldn't be more happier with the outcome.

This course was fun, and sort of fast paced, but formulated where it is understandable by all learning types. I had a lot of fun with the projects, even though sometimes I felt overwhelmed. Great experience working with other like-minded women! Can't wait for what comes next in my coding journey!

I really enjoyed the setup and organization of this course. The fact that it was at your own pace and the lessons were broken up made it manageable with a full-time job. When something in my code wasn't working, I used the Slack channel and was able to find the same question and a solution! Everything I learned in this course was valuable and it was fun to create my own page as the final project!
I had no idea what to expect when I thought of learning a framework but each lesson was easy to follow, I've learnt a lot and it's been a fun journey :)
I really enjoyed this module of the SheCodes program. It was really fun to start thinking about the ways in which you can make a website you host responsive, rather than just having it remain stagnant and run the risk of it looking less than ideal in the mobile-sphere. Overall, I would recommend it.

Super fun and well-structured course! I finally feel like I know what I'm doing while using HTML and CSS, and because of this I was able to use my creativity and design my own website. It can be really frustrating when something breaks, but so satisfying when you get it to work again. I definitely had trouble with JavaScript in SheCodes Plus so I'm excited to get more practice in with React. Thanks Matt!
I have had a lot of fun coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through this introductory workshop of SheCodes. I have learned not only about coding, but I also had the chance to play with visualization for my homework as well as my final project. Matt's instruction is quite easy to understand and follow up. I hope that I will have a lot more fun with my upcoming workshops on SheCodes.
I've always felt like a have a thing for coding but never actually had the courage or time to explore this passion, until I found SheCodes! The lessons are brief, so neatly organized, logically flowing from one concept to the next. Matthieu's explanatory videos are very clear and make it easy to learn this new language. The challenges at the end of each lesson are also really fun! I think I'll be continuing this journey with more advanced courses with SheCodes.

I enjoyed participating in the SheCodes Basics workshop. Before signing up for the SheCodes React workshop package I looked around at a lot of different virtual learning options and was more drawn to the overall look and feel of SheCodes. I like that it seems approachable. That may feel small to someone more experienced, but for me it made all the difference. The lessons are broken down into easily digestible subsections, are very concise, and build upon the prior lesson so one gains a cumulative skillset without even acknowledging it. Additionally, Matt is easy to listen to and unintentionally funny. Having open access to the SheCodes slack channels is also an amazing learning tool. It's easy to get caught up and bogged down in the minutiae of whatever one may be building/debugging. Reading thru the slack and testing other people's code can help one to look at their own project differently with new eyes. I'm honestly really proud of what I made for this final project with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
SheCodes was a great opportunity to get some hands-on experience with projects. It was a well-structured course that was both educational and fun to complete.

Great course! I come from an entirely different field (HR) and this course has given me the confidence to take on a career change. I found myself excited to learn and obsessing over coding! It's so much fun to learn and be creative.
A lot of fun to learn new things and play around with the concepts. The video lessons are helpful and easy to access if you need to rewatch them!

I had so much fun in this 3 week workshop. Matt is an amazing teacher, he really breaks down the process in a way that makes coding a lot easier to understand he makes it feel less intimidating. It's a great way to get your feet wet so to speak and see if coding is right for you. I am fully committed to learning this new skill set and feel very confident that If I continue with living and breathing all things coding I will reach my goal of becoming a web developer in the next 6 months. Before this course, I was looking to develop new hard skills for my career. I signed up for this course on a whim, never having had ANY prior experience nor exposure to coding. I truly had no idea what to expect. So I told myself "let me just try this and see where it goes". And it was one of the best decisions I've made for my self-development! Matt is an excellent teacher, and he balances just the right amount of teaching & challenging you to find your own answers. At times, I got very frustrated with learning Javascript in particular (it honestly looked like gibberish at first), but like learning any new language, it comes more naturally with time and repetition. This course was very empowering, and has opened up a whole new world for me. I had so much fun! I highly recommend to any women looking to develop new skills for their current career, or women even considering a career change. I also highly recommend if you're a creative person that enjoys problem solving. Thank you, Matt and SheCodes team!

I absolutely love the SheCodes workshops. I am a single mother of two preschoolers, so I did not want to take on a full work load of going back to school. I loved taking this course. The videos were short but informative and everything was easy to understand. As someone who would stray away from coding because it seemed intimidating, I had so much fun during this workshop! I can definitely use these coding skills to learn other languages.
When I decided to transition into tech, I had no idea where to even begin. I didn't know how vast the field was. Im thankful for Matt and his team for creating this workshop. Very easy and fun to interact with, especially for those who didn't have any development experience (like myself). This workshop definitely gives you an idea of what to expect, the very basics of front/back end development. I love the message behind the workshop! This was a fun journey, even though I had to stop a couple of times. However, the explanation was so great, that once I picked up where I left off, it was like I never stopped. The knowledge was wired into my brain!! Thank you guys again, this was really fun! For all those who are hesitant, this is the sign for you to sign up! You wont regret it !!!

I had so much fun with the final assignment, and the rest of the workshop was great as well. I knew some HTML and CSS from before, but it was nice to be able to have it make more sense than it did before. A very good entroduction to the world of programming!

I found this platform extremely exciting! This is a great course for someone who wants to understand how websites function and for those who want to learn how to build their own. Woohoo! I have achieved my final certificate with SheCodes (React)! It's bittersweet as I'm going to miss the community and the staff.
